Emballage
La présente invention a pour objet un emballage, comportant au moins une enveloppe semi-rigide, comprenant au moins un compartiment destiné à contenir le produit à emballer. Cet emballage est caractérisé par le fait que l'une de ses faces au moins, comporte au moins deux parois superposées dont l'une, extérieure, présente un découpage en forme de languette constituant l'extrémité d'une surface déterminée par deux lignes de perforations aboutissant à l'arte limitant ladite face et constituant une déchirure préparée qui permet de détacher un couvercle articulé sur ladite arte et masquant une ouverture ménagée dans la seconde desdites parois afin de mettre ledit compartiment en communication avec l'extérieur,
cette dernière paroi présentant en outre une fente dans laquelle ladite languette est susceptible d'tre insérée en vue d'assurer la fixation dudit couvercle en position de fermeture de l'emballage.
Dans une forme d'exécution particulière de l'emballage, le compartiment renferme un sac en matière souple susceptible de contenir des produits liquides, pâteux ou pulvérulents, ce sac comportant au moins un appendice étanche dont l'extrémité est suscepti ble d'tre coupée en vue de constituer une goulotte de distribution. Dans cette forme d'exécution, I'em- ballage est caractérisé par le fait que ladite ouverture est établie de façon à permettre le passage hors de l'enveloppe dudit appendice qui est disposé en saillie par rapport à la susdite face lorsque le couvercle est ouvert alors que, lorsque ce dernier est fermé, il est étranglé par le bord de la susdite ouverture et maintenu replié entre ledit couvercle et la seconde paroi de ladite enveloppe.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'emballage objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue partielle en perspective de ladite forme d'exécution de l'emballage avant l'utili satin.
La fig. 2 est également une vue partielle en perspective de l'emballage après déchirure du couvercle.
La fig. 3 montre la mme partie de l'emballage, ledit couvercle occupant sa position de fermeture.

Tel que représenté au dessin, l'emballage est constitué par une enveloppe 1 se présentant sous la forme d'un solide à base rectangulaire et exécutée à partir d'une feuille de matière semi-rigide, par exemple du carton. La face supérieure de ladite enveloppe comprend, d'une part, une paroi extérieure constituée par les deux éléments 2a, 2b formés par les extrérni- tés repliées des deux faces verticales la de petite largeur et, d'autre part, une paroi intérieure formée par des panneaux 3a, 3b superposés qui constituent les extrémités repliées des deux faces verticales lb de grande largeur. Les éléments 2a, 2b sont rendus solidaires des faces la, lb de l'enveloppe par collage des bords 2c qui chevauchent l'extrémité desdites faces.
Les panneaux 3a, 3b ne sont pas collés entre eux ni à ladite paroi extérieure. Leur longueur est telle qu'il subsiste entre leur extrémité et l'une seulement des faces la une ouverture 4 ayant toute la largeur r de ladite face, cette ouverture étant masquée par l'élément 2a lorsque l'emballage n'a pas été utilisé (fig. 1).
Les extrémités des éléments 2a, 2b de la paroi extérieure présentant un découpage de forme exécuté de telle sorte que les deux bords s'épousent rigoureusement. L'extrémité de l'élément 2a forme une languette 5 dont la surface est limitée par une rainure 6 d'amorce de pliage. Ledit élément comporte en outre, à partir de la rainure 6 et à faible distance des; artes longeant les faces lb, deux lignes 7 de perforations, parallèles, aboutissant à l'arte longeant la face la de l'enveloppe. Ces lignes de perforations constituent des amorces de déchirure qui délimitent la surface d'un couvercle 8 qu'il est aisé de dégager en soulevant la languette 5 puis en exerçant une traction vers le haut. Ledit couvercle reste cependant solidaire de l'emballage; il est articulé autour d'un axe se confondant avec l'arte précitée.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, le compartiment formé à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe 1 est occupé par un sac 9 en matière souple, par exemple en une matière plastique synthétique telle que du polyéthylène. Ce sac comporte, en regard de l'ouverture 4, un appendice 9a étanche dont l'extrémité est destinée à tre coupée en vue de constituer une goulotte de distribution. Avant que le couvercle 8 ait été ouvert pour la première fois, ledit appendice 9a, passant par l'ouverture 4, est maintenu replié entre le panneau 3a et ledit couvercle. Lorsque ce dernier est ouvert (fig. 2), l'appendice 9a se dresse et se place dans une position sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan de la face supérieure de l'enveloppe 1. On peut alors prélever, après avoir coupé l'extrémité de l'appendice 9, la quantité désirée du produit contenu dans le sac 9 précité.
L'emballage décrit ci-dessus comporte un moyen de fermeture rapide et efficace dudit sac après tout prélèvement. Ce moyen consiste à rendre le couvercle 8 solidaire de la paroi intérieure de l'enveloppe; l'appendice 9a est alors pincé entre ledit couvercle 8 et le panneau 3a et son goulot étranglé par le bord de ce dernier. Quelle que soit la position conférée à l'emballage, aucune fuite de liquide ne peut avoir lieu. La fixation temporaire du susdit couvercle s'opère en insérant la languette 5 à l'intérieur d'une fente 10 ménagée dans le panneau 3a seulement.
Lorsque le couvercle 8 est en place, l'extrémité de ladite languette est pincée entre les panneaux 3a et 3o de la paroi intérieure de l'enveloppe 1 et, par conséquent, y est retenue contre tout déplacement intempestif.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin l'enveloppe 1 ne comporte qu'un seul compartiment, entièrement occupé par le sac 9 en matière souple. En général, ce dernier présente deux appendices répartis aux extrémités de sa partie supérieure, l'un d'eux, l'appendice 9a, passant par l'ouverture 4. Le second desdits appendices, 9o (fig. 4), est placé, au cours de la fermeture de l'emballage, entre les deux panneaux 3a et 39 qui, à leur tour, sont recouverts par la paroi 2F. Ledit sac est ainsi rendu solidaire de l'enveloppe 1.
Selon une variante d'exécution, l'enveloppe 1 comporte deux compartiments séparés renfermant chacun un sac en matière souple pourvu d'au moins un appendice susceptible de former une goulotte de distribution. Lesdits appendices sont placés en regard d'ouvertures ménagées aux deux extrémités de la paroi intérieure de ladite enveloppe et la paroi extérieure comporte deux couvercles disposés symétriquement et articulés sur les deux artes opposées de ladite face. Grâce à cette disposition, la moitié du produit contenu dans l'emballage est maintenue dans un récipient étanche aussi longtemps que des prélève ments peuvent tre opérés sur le contenu du sac représentant l'autre moitié.
Packaging
The present invention relates to a packaging, comprising at least one semi-rigid envelope, comprising at least one compartment intended to contain the product to be packaged. This packaging is characterized by the fact that at least one of its faces has at least two superimposed walls, one of which, outer, has a tab-shaped cutout constituting the end of a surface determined by two lines of perforations leading to the edge limiting said face and constituting a prepared tear which makes it possible to detach a cover articulated on said edge and masking an opening made in the second of said walls in order to put said compartment in communication with the outside,
the latter wall also having a slot into which said tongue is capable of being inserted in order to secure said cover in the closed position of the packaging.
In a particular embodiment of the packaging, the compartment contains a bag of flexible material capable of containing liquid, pasty or pulverulent products, this bag comprising at least one waterproof appendage, the end of which is liable to be cut. in order to constitute a distribution chute. In this embodiment, the packaging is characterized by the fact that said opening is established so as to allow passage out of the casing of said appendage which is disposed projecting relative to the aforesaid face when the cover is. open whereas, when the latter is closed, it is constricted by the edge of the aforesaid opening and kept folded between said cover and the second wall of said envelope.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the packaging which is the subject of the invention.

As shown in the drawing, the packaging consists of an envelope 1 in the form of a solid with a rectangular base and made from a sheet of semi-rigid material, for example cardboard. The upper face of said envelope comprises, on the one hand, an outer wall formed by the two elements 2a, 2b formed by the folded ends of the two vertical faces 1a of small width and, on the other hand, an inner wall formed by superimposed panels 3a, 3b which constitute the folded ends of the two vertical faces lb of great width. The elements 2a, 2b are made integral with the faces 1a, 1b of the casing by gluing the edges 2c which overlap the end of said faces.
The panels 3a, 3b are not glued to each other or to said outer wall. Their length is such that there remains between their end and only one of the faces 1a an opening 4 having the entire width r of said face, this opening being hidden by the element 2a when the packaging has not been used. (fig. 1).
The ends of the elements 2a, 2b of the outer wall having a shaped cutout executed in such a way that the two edges closely match. The end of the element 2a forms a tongue 5, the surface of which is limited by a groove 6 for starting to fold. Said element further comprises, from the groove 6 and at a short distance from; edges along the faces lb, two lines 7 of perforations, parallel, ending in the edge along the face of the envelope. These lines of perforations constitute tear initiators which delimit the surface of a cover 8 which it is easy to release by lifting the tab 5 and then exerting upward traction. Said cover, however, remains integral with the packaging; it is articulated around an axis coinciding with the aforementioned arte.
In the embodiment shown, the compartment formed inside the envelope 1 is occupied by a bag 9 made of flexible material, for example of a synthetic plastic material such as polyethylene. This bag comprises, facing the opening 4, a sealed appendage 9a the end of which is intended to be cut in order to constitute a distribution chute. Before the cover 8 has been opened for the first time, said appendage 9a, passing through the opening 4, is kept folded between the panel 3a and said cover. When the latter is open (fig. 2), the appendix 9a rises and is placed in a position substantially perpendicular to the plane of the upper face of the casing 1. It is then possible to take, after having cut the end of the casing. Appendix 9, the desired quantity of the product contained in the aforementioned bag 9.
The packaging described above comprises a rapid and efficient means of closing said bag after any removal. This means consists in making the cover 8 integral with the inner wall of the casing; the appendix 9a is then clamped between said cover 8 and the panel 3a and its neck constricted by the edge of the latter. Whatever the position given to the packaging, no liquid leakage can take place. The temporary fixing of the aforesaid cover is effected by inserting the tab 5 inside a slot 10 made in the panel 3a only.
When the cover 8 is in place, the end of said tongue is clamped between the panels 3a and 3o of the inner wall of the casing 1 and, therefore, is retained there against any untimely movement.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the envelope 1 has only one compartment, entirely occupied by the bag 9 of flexible material. In general, the latter has two appendages distributed at the ends of its upper part, one of them, the appendix 9a, passing through the opening 4. The second of said appendages, 9o (fig. 4), is placed, during the closing of the packaging, between the two panels 3a and 39 which, in turn, are covered by the wall 2F. Said bag is thus made integral with the envelope 1.
According to an alternative embodiment, the envelope 1 comprises two separate compartments each enclosing a bag of flexible material provided with at least one appendage capable of forming a distribution chute. Said appendages are placed facing openings made at both ends of the inner wall of said envelope and the outer wall comprises two covers arranged symmetrically and articulated on the two opposite edges of said face. Thanks to this arrangement, half of the product contained in the packaging is kept in a sealed container as long as samples can be taken from the contents of the bag representing the other half.
