Transport device The transport of small components, such as roof tiles or bricks of various types, some of which are fragile, has not yet been solved in an economically satisfactory manner. Trans port containers used for this purpose are complicated and expensive and they can be handled only with difficulty at the construction site, namely removed from the truck and lifted to the job, since suitable lifting tools are usually not available. In particular with roof tiles, particular difficulties arise because the containers are so heavy that it is difficult or impossible to place them on high scaffolding or in the light beams of a roof structure.
There is therefore no other option than to bring the transported goods piece by piece over long distances to the workplace.
The purpose of the present invention is to avoid these difficulties. The transport device according to the invention has a loading container which can be moved vertically by means of lifting devices which are arranged on it or which can be coupled to it.
In the accompanying drawings, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically, namely FIG. 1 shows a transport device consisting of a loading container with lifting devices mounted on it and connected chassis from the side, in the driving position, FIG. 2 shows the transport device according to FIG. 1 in the operating position, wherein the container is only supported on the ground and the chassis are removed from it, Fig. 3 on a smaller scale the Transportein direction according to FIG. 2, but with a raised loading container,
4 shows the transport device according to FIGS. 1-3 with the loading container supported on the floor, but with modified lifting devices, FIG. 5 shows the transport device according to FIG. 4 in a front view with partial section, FIG. 6 shows a transport device similar to the one 1-3, with the loading container supported on the floor, but with modified lifting devices, in perspective,
7 shows the transport device according to FIG. 6 in the operating position for unloading the transport goods onto the roof of a building, FIG. 8 shows a variant with lifting devices with lifting elements designed as articulated rods, and FIG. 9 shows a further variant with lifting elements designed as scissor rods .
In the transport device according to FIG. 1, a large loading container 1 can be moved with the aid of two undercarriages 2 and 3 releasably connected to it. On the container 1, on the side of the container facing the viewer at 4 and 5 and on the other side of the container at corresponding hinge points, two fork-shaped swivel arms 6 and 7 are articulated, on which hydraulic or pneumatic lifting elements 8 consisting of cylinders and pistons are hinged or 9 are attached.
In the position of the pivot arms 6 and 7 shown in Fig. 1, the lifting members 8 and 9 are above the container one above the other. The pivot arms 6 and 7 can be pivoted with the help of hydrau cally or pneumatically actuated drive members 11 from the position shown to the end faces of the container.
On the lower side of the loading container 1 there are extendable supports 10, with the help of which the container 1 can be placed on the ground to remove the chassis 2 and 3 from the container, and the two pivoting arms 6 and 7 with the lifting devices 8 and 9 from being able to pivot.
Fig. 2 shows the transport device with the parked with the help of the supports 10 on the ground loading container 1 and with the in the operating position of pivoted lifting members 8 and 9. According to FIG. 3, the loading container 1 is vertical with the help of the hub members 8 and 9 lifted up. In this position, the goods to be transported can easily be unloaded to a higher work station. After the cargo has been unloaded, the container is lowered to the ground again, the swivel arms 6 and 7 are folded in, the trolleys 2 and 3 are coupled to the container so that the latter can be moved to accept a new load.
It goes without saying that the same container can be placed on or removed from a truck with the aid of the lifting device 6, 8 and 7, 9.
In the transport device according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the swivel arms with the loading container are raised via chain hoists 12, the chains of which are anchored at one end to a base plate 13 of the cylinder of the lifting element in question and attack the other end on the swivel arm in question. The chains 12 are guided over pulleys 12 ', which are each arranged at the upper end of the movable union piston of the lifting member concerned. This arrangement is similar to that commonly used on forklift trucks. With a certain stroke of the lifting elements, it results in an extended path for the container.
In the transport device according to FIG. 6, two lifting members 8 and 9 are provided on each loading container side, each of which is arranged at the end of a pivot arm 6 'and 7'. The lifting members with the same pivot axis are connected to one another by Stre ben 9 '. The pivot arms 6 'and 7' correspond to the respective fork legs of the pivot arms 6 and 7 according to FIG. 1. The lifting devices work in the same manner as has been described in connection with FIGS. 1-3 be. For the sake of simplicity, the drive elements 11 are omitted in FIG. 6.
FIG. 7 shows the transport device according to FIG. 6 in the operating position, with the loading container raised, when unloading the transported goods onto a house roof. The roof elements 14 forming the cargo are unloaded using a conveyor belt 15 or a platform 16. The latter devices can be attached to the Ladebe container.
In the case of the transport device according to FIG. 8, the loading container 11 is moved in the vertical direction with the aid of articulated rods 17 which can be extended with the aid of hydraulic or pneumatic drive elements 18. These Hubvorrich lines can easily be folded into the rest position above half of the loading area of the container 1.
Serving as lifting devices in the variant according to FIG. 9 Nuremberg scissors 19, which can be stretched ge with the help of drive elements, not shown. The scissors 19 can be attached to their own chassis and can be coupled to the loading container, but they can also be arranged on the container as shown. In this case, the lifting devices can be folded into the rest position above the container in a manner not shown.
