Blind ceiling construction with support members and cover panels The subject of the invention is a further development of the blind ceiling construction with support members and ceiling panels according to claim of the main patent, in which the special feature is that at least one blind ceiling panel on each of two opposite sides, fixed on the latter, Individual hook-shaped suspension members arranged at a distance from one another are provided.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a plan view of a blind ceiling panel, Fig. 2 is a cross section through the blind ceiling along the line AA through the individual panel in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 is a cross section through the blind ceiling on a larger scale, without the multi-part supporting organs of the supporting ceiling.
As Fig. 1 shows, the rectangular, suitably made of stainless sheet metal, such as aluminum, etc., shaped blanking panel 1 all around upwardly directed side edges and for the largest part also inwardly angled edges la. The side edges of the plate 1 have, in the vicinity of their corners, edge portions 1b on which there are no inwardly angled edges la.
On these side edges, individual hook-shaped hook-shaped suspension elements 12, 13 be fastened, namely suspension elements 12 with outwardly directed single cranks 12a and at the other longitudinal edge several cranked suspension elements 13, with two horizontal legs 13a , 13b attached.
T-irons 2 a, which are known per se and are fastened to the connecting members 3 with the transverse bar facing down, serve as support rails for the suspension elements by means of which the ceiling panels are fixed. The connecting links 3 are fixedly mounted on angled brackets 4 of the supporting ceiling D by a locking screw 7. The latter penetrates the connecting member 3 and the bracket 4 in intersecting grooves 5, 6 and, once they have been released, allows vertical and horizontal adjustment of the connecting member 3 in the usual manner.
The plates 1 are at a distance from the beams 2a by means of a hanging hook 12, 13 suspended on the T-iron 2a and dimensioned in width and length so that between the butt joints of the plates 1 dilation joints 14 remain, which normally continue several times are than the thickness of the panels. Rubber-elastic sealing inserts 15 are inserted into these dilatation joints 14, which allow the dilatation and at the same time aim to hermetically seal the blind ceiling.
Each individual plate of the blind ceiling is exchangeable, for which purpose the plate, as shown in FIG. 2, can be raised on its one long side and then lifted out downwards on its other long side.
It is also possible to attach suspension members 13 to all four sides of the blind ceiling panel, but this should only be useful for large dimensions.
