In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Aus führungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge- stellt und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer an einem Lastwa gen montierten Hebe-Vorrichtung für den. Lastwagen in der Grundstellung A und in drei weiteren durch strichpunktierte Linien angedeuteten Hebestellungen B, C, D; Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der Hebevorrichtung in der dritten Hebestellung D ;
Lifting device for vehicle For lifting automobiles, it is known to attach a hydraulic jack to the chassis frame, which allows lifting in the height direction. The lifting movement is only effective in the vertical direction. It often happens that vehicles sink with the drive wheels on soft surfaces.
Freeing a sunken or stuck truck or passenger car is a very time-consuming and arduous job, regardless of the method used. The known lifting devices, which work mechanically or hydraulically, are of little use.
The present invention relates to a lifting device for a vehicle, which is stationary mounted on the same and the lifting of the vehicle for making the wheel change or repairs as well as for releasing (lifting) from fixed positions relatively quickly and easily without leaving the vehicle , can allow.
According to the invention, the lifting device for a hydraulic vertical lifting and Senkbe movement and in at least two opposite directions for an inclined Hubbewe supply and then sloping Senkbewe supply of the vehicle is provided, with one part rigidly attached to the vehicle and at least one against the Ground certain to be supported by out.
Cylinder and piston formed hydraulic lifting elements articulated with the mentioned part, as well as a manually operated control device connected by lines with a pump and a tank for the hydraulic medium and the cylinders of the lifting elements, the whole in such a way that the vehicle In addition to the vertical lifting movement, a push-off movement that can be selected for one or the other direction can also be issued.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely FIG. 1 shows a side view of a lifting device for the truck mounted on a truck. Truck in the basic position A and in three further lifting positions B, C, D indicated by dash-dotted lines; 2 shows a side view of the lifting device in the third lifting position D;
Fig. 3 is a plan view of Fig. 1; Fig. 4 is an axial section of the Steuervorrich device of the lifting device in the closed position; Fig. 5 shows a cross section through the Steuervor direction according to line V-V in Fig. 4; Fig. 6 is an axial partial section of the latter in the outlet position and Fig. 7 is a plan view of a car mounted on a lifting device for the Perso nenwagen.
The lifting device for trucks according to FIGS. 1-6 has a rigid, approximately in the gross load center of the truck on the underside of the chassis frame R of the truck stationary mounted on, from two parallel, transverse to the direction of travel of the truck axes 5 formed , provided with mounting flanges 6 part.
With these axles 5 are arranged on both sides of the vehicle, for lifting and moving the truck against the ground certain foot plates 7 and 8 are steered by means of two hydraulic lifting devices 1, 2, 3 and 4 formed from cylinder and piston by means of Ge 9 , 10 connected in such a way that the lifting members 1, 2, 3 and 4 in their starting or basic position A with the plane of the chassis frame each include an angle of approximately 300, the footplate z. B. is several centimeters above the road.
The cylinders are also provided towards the center of the vehicle with a strut 11 firmly attached to the cylinder, which are rotatably supported by means of bearing sleeves 10 'on the axles 5, so that the lifting members 1, 2, 3, 4 on the axles are relatively wide Have rotary bearings, as can be seen from FIG. With a 12 Steuervor direction is referred to, which by means of flange 12 'in the vehicle within reach for the vehicle driver, for.
B. on the dashboard of the vehicle installed on it. The control device has a cylinder in which a control piston 13 provided with a handwheel 13 'is axially adjustable and rotatable.
The control cylinder 12 has four evenly distributed on the circumference, in the same cross-sectional plane lying connections 1 ', 2', 3 'and 4', which by flexible lines 1 ", 2", 3 "and 4" each with a cylinder Lifting members 1, 2, 3, 4 are connected. In addition, the control cylinder has a connection 14 and 15 each at an axially opposite distance from the plane of the connections 1 ', 2', 3 ', 4'. The connection 14 is connected by a line to an oil pump, not shown in the drawing, and the connection 15 is connected to an oil tank of the device, also not shown in the drawing.
Through a connection trough 16 provided in the control piston, the desired connections I 'to 4' can be connected either to connection 14 or to connection 15 by appropriate rotation and axial displacement of control piston 13, since the control cylinder in the area of connections 14 and 15 each with an inner ring groove 14 'or 15' is provided, which can be connected through the trough 16 with the connections 1 'to 4'.
To enable a precise setting of the control piston to connect the desired connections, the control cylinder is provided with a snap 17 and the control piston 13 with detents 18s, 18a and 18e, which, depending on the rotation or axial displacement, optionally with the spring-loaded ball of the snap 17 for the purpose of resilient locking of the control piston 13 in the cylinder. Can be brought into engagement.
In the setting of the control piston, in which the detents 18s can optionally be brought into engagement with the catch 17 by rotating the control piston, the connection trough 16 is in the middle position in relation to the plane of the connections 1 'to 4' and allows both the setting of the Trough on a single connection channel as well as a connection between two connection channels z.
B. 1 'with 2', 2 'with 3', 3 'with 4' or 4 'with 1', whereby neither an inflow nor outflow of the hydraulic medium to or from the Huborga nen 1 to 4 is possible. In this axial position of the control piston, regardless of the rotational position in which it is located, the lifting device is blocked.
If the control piston is displaced in the axial direction so that the detents 18e can optionally be brought into engagement with the catch 17 by rotating the control piston, the trough 16 connects one or two of the connections 1 'to 4' with the connection connected to the pump 14, so that optionally each lifting element 1 to 4 individually or two of these lifting elements together perform their lifting movement.
If, on the other hand, the control piston is displaced in the axial direction so that the detents 18a can be brought into engagement with the snap 17 by rotating the control piston, the trough 16 connects one or two of the connections 1 'to 4' with the one with the tank connected connection 15, so that either each lifting element individually or two of these lifting elements can be emptied together.
The actuation of the lifting elements 1 to 4 individually or in pairs requires the presence of 8 notches 18s, 18e and 18a. The resulting possibilities of movement of the foot plates of the lifting device are illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. You can work with the footplate 7 on the right-hand side of the vehicle or with the footplate 8 on the left-hand side of the vehicle, or with both footplates at the same time, in such a way that the vehicle is moved in its backward or forward direction . In the basic position A are the footplates 7, 8 z. B. 20 to 30 cm above the road.
For one-sided or two-sided work for the forward movement of the vehicle, the lifting element 1 or 2 or both of the rear lifting elements 1 and 2 with respect to the vehicle can first perform their lifting movement so that the footplate 7 or 8 or both footplates 7 and 8 in the Reach position B, in which they just touch the ground. Now you let the hub organ 3 or 4 or both front lifting organs 3 and 4 work, so that the footplate 7 or 8 or both footplates 7 and 8 with unilateral or bilateral lifting and forward movement d. H.
in the forward direction of inclined movement of the vehicle their stroke position C reach. Subsequently, the emptying of the lifting members 1 or 2 on one side or the emptying of the lifting members 1 and 2 on both sides is accomplished, where through the footplate 7 or 8 or both footplates 7 and 8 with further forward movement and simultaneous lowering, d. H. Reach position D in the same direction of sloping movement of the vehicle. This work of the lifting device is repeated until the vehicle is freed, i.e. H. by the push-off movement z.
B. is located on a solid road, so can move by normal wheel drive. In an analogous manner, the lifting device can also be made to work for the backward pushing motion of the vehicle if such a release of the vehicle proves to be more advantageous.
For lighter passenger cars, a lifting device with only one foot plate 7 according to FIG. 7, on which the pistons of the lifting elements 1, 2, 3, 4 engage by means of ball joints 19, is sufficient. The lifting members carry at their other ends by means of ball joints 20 hinged flanges 21 to the cylinders, by means of which the lifting device is fixedly fixed approximately in the gross load center of the vehicle on the underside of the chassis frame.
In this case, only four notches 18s, 18e and 18a are vorgese hen per axial position of the control piston 13 (Fig. 4), which allow only a pair of actuation of the stroke organs 1 to 4, as here a single actuation of a lifting element due to the rigid position of the other three Huborgane would not be possible.
In this embodiment, the pair of lifting members on the left and right side of the vehicle can be alternately filled and emptied, so that by corresponding sideways movements of the footplate from A to B, C and D, as illustrated in FIG. 1 and explained with reference to this figure , or movements from A to D, C and B the vehicle can be pushed to the left or to the right.
However, the front and rear pair of lifting members can also be alternately filled and emptied so that the vehicle can be freed by a step-by-step forward or backward pushing motion, for example, as described for the first exemplary embodiment.
Each lifting device can of course also be used for vertical lifting and lowering of the vehicle for wheel changes on both sides or for repairs by moving the footplate or the footplates to position C in FIG.
Vehicles of all kinds, especially automobiles, but also tractors, trailers, etc., can be equipped with the lifting devices described.
