B. Polyvinylchlorid verwendet.
Window frames There are known window frames with frame strips profile rods that are partly made of metal and partly made of heat-insulating plastic. As a rule, a frame strip profile rod was used here, which consists of two metal profile rods and a plastic profile rod connecting these with one another. The glass rebate strips customary in such window frames had to be inserted separately into the relevant metal profile bar. These known window frames have a relatively complicated ver, the production ver expensive design.
The present invention is now to avoid these parts after and relates to a window frame with partly made of metal, but partly made of heat-insulating plastic frame strip profile rods which are provided with glass rebate strips. The invention is characterized in that the frame strip profile rods from a metal part profile rod, which has a web provided with at least one flange on one side, and a removable plastic seat on the other side, made of plastic and at least one at the same time Glasfalzl: the forming part of the profile rod consist.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
FIGS. 1 to 8 show an exemplary embodiment in cross section through the profile bars.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a rung of a window frame with two double glass panes 1, 2 is shown. The profile bar consists of a metal part profile bar 3 and a part profile bar 4 made of plastic. The part profile bar 3 has a double-walled web, the walls of which are denoted by 5 and 6, respectively. The web 5, 6 is provided on the outside of the window with two end flanges 7 protruding towards the opposite side.
The space located between the web walls 5, 6 is divided by a partition 8 into a closed cavity 9 and into a space 10 that is open towards the inside of the window. On the side facing away from the flanges 7, the web 5, 6 on the mutually facing sides of the walls each have a continuous projection 11 on which the section bar 4, which is resilient at this point, is anchored in a clamping manner.
For this purpose, the partial profile bar 4 has a two resilient lamellae 12 approach, which are parallel to the web walls 5, 6 and on the opposite sides of the projections 13 aufwei sen, which are mutually clamping engagement with the projections 11, so that the part profile rod 4 is secured against being pulled out of the metal web 5, 6. At the same time, the partial profile rod 4 complements the space 12 to form a closed cavity.
The partial profile rod 4 also has a respective glass rebate strip 14 opposite the metal flanges 7, which are brought up to the web walls 5 and 6 and terminate in legs 15 parallel to the walls 5, 6, which the flanges of the otherwise U-shaped profile Form the center piece of the partial profile s.tabes 4, on the web part 16 of which the resilient lamellae 12 sit. The double panes 1, 2 are embedded as composite panes in the usual manner by means of a cement compound 17 between the flanges 7 and the glass rebate strips 14.
The assembly takes place by simply pushing the partial profile rods 3 and 4 against each other, whereby the lamellae 12 are resiliently compressed by the projections 11 and spring apart again behind them, anchoring them by means of the projections 13 behind the projections 11 the glass rebate strips installed so that no special manipulation is required.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 relates to a casement window with a first sash that works together with a second sash. Instead of the second wing, the blind frame could also be arranged. The frame of the first-mentioned wing consists of a profile rod which is again composed of a metal partial profile rod 18 and a partial profile rod 19 made of plastic. The partial profile bar 18 has a simple web 20 which is provided with a flange 21 on the outside of the window.
The partial profile bar 19 is provided with a longitudinally continuous slot with which it is pushed onto the metal web 20. It has fastening screws 22 which are passed through the slot and through one at the relevant points of the web 20 in front of elongated hole 23 and are screwed into a threaded hole 24 of the partial profile 19. The partial profile bar 19 again has on the side opposite the metal flange 21 on a glass rebate strip 25 and is provided with a device flange 26 on the opposite side, based on the web 20.
By tightening the screw 22, the partial profile rod 19 can be fastened to the metal web 20 with a clamping fit after adjustment in the predetermined position.
The other frame strip profile cooperating with the above frame strip profile is formed by and large mirror image Lich to the former, but the extensions of the metal flanges mutually sealingly overlap, as do the plastic flanges.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 differs from that according to FIG. 2 only in that the metal partial profile 27 is seen on the end part of the steering 20 facing away from the flange 21 with a protruding bar 28, which are made of plastic the partial profile rod 29 is included, whereby the fastening of the partial profile rod 29 takes place by means of screws 30 which are inserted into bores of the part forming the glass rebate strip 25 and screwed into corresponding threaded bores of the metal web 20 .
The plastic flange encompassing the metal strip 28 also forms the sealing stop at the same time with the cooperating, otherwise not shown frame profile bar.
The embodiment according to FIG. 4 shows a further variant of that according to FIG. 2, which differs from the latter in that the web 20 of the metal partial profile rod 32 on the end part facing away from the flange 11 is the head. 33 is formed, which is inserted into a matching recess of the plastic partial profile rod 34 with a clamping fit. The part of the partial profile rod 34 which forms the glass rebate strip 25 is provided with a groove 35 for receiving a sealing material for the putty closure, which z.
B. can be made of synthetic rubber.
The embodiment according to FIG. 5 differs from that according to FIG. 2 only in that the partial profile rod 36 made of plastic has a further sealing flange 37 located at a distance from the flange 22, which with the partial profile rod 3 made of plastic 8 of the counter profile rod works together. The glass rebate strips 39 are formed in this case like a flange. The fastening screws 22 are screwed in the opposite direction through the elongated holes 23 of the web 20 therethrough.
At least one of the plastic flanges 22, 37 is expediently made of elastically flexible material in order to ensure that these flanges rest securely and tightly against the partial profile rod 38 that cooperates therewith.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, in contrast to that according to FIG. 2, a dovetail-shaped longitudinal groove is provided in the glass rebate strip 25, in which a sealing strip 40 is also made of a plastic, namely made of synthetic rubber for the sealant closure. Furthermore, the fastening screw 22 is also screwed in here from the opposite side and passed through a recess 41 in the sectional bar 19.
The opposite profile rod 42 made of plastic, with which the sealing flange 26 cooperates, has a dovetail groove into which a sealing strip 43 made of elastically flexible material is inserted tightly and which cooperates resiliently with the flange 26. An analogous arrangement can of course also be provided in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 5 as a replacement for the sealing flange 22 of the partial profile rod 36.
The embodiment according to FIG. 7 differs from that according to FIG. 5 essentially in that the web of the metal partial profile bar 44 is double-walled. The space 47 located between the two walls 45, 46 is completed by a protruding between these walls, the approach 48, which consists of one piece with the part profile bar 49 formed from plastic. The fastening takes place by means of the fastening screws 22, which are each passed through a hole in the wall 46.
If necessary, the bores in the wall 46 can again be designed as elongated holes, in which case the screws ben 22 are formed as head screws with washers. The glass rebate strip is designed in the Ausfüh approximately example according to Figure 7 U-profile, with a flange 50 with its free edge on the protruding at this point in the U-profile web wall 45 and on a protruding strip 51 on this wall in front of which rests serves as an abutment for the flange 50.
The middle seal is again formed by two longitudinal strips, which, however, in contrast to FIG. 5, do not sit on the part made of plastic profile rods, but on the metal web of the relevant part profile rods. The longitudinal strip 52 seated on the web wall 46 is made of one piece with the wall 46 and is therefore made of metal, whereas on the counter profile the metal web wall 46 'has two metal projections 53 forming a dovetail groove below, between which a sealing strip 54 rigidly anchored in the dovetail groove made of resilient material is used, which cooperates with the longitudinal strip 52, attached.
The holder for the window lock 56, which is only indicated, is also on the wall 46 by means of screws 55 which are screwed into corresponding threaded bores in the wall 46.
The embodiment according to FIG. 8 differs from that according to FIG. 7 essentially only in that the counter-frame strip profile rod forms the lower stop frame strip. This again consists of a metal partial profile rod 57 and a plastic partial profile rod 58 connected to it. The latter again protrudes between the web walls of the partial profile 57 by means of a projection 48 and is fastened to these by means of screws 22.
In addition, the section bar 58 is also designed as a cleaning and termination channel 59. In all of the illustrated Ausfüh approximately examples is used as a heat insulating plastic for the partial profile bars with the glass rebate strips z. B. polyvinyl chloride is used.
