Montre-bracelet à barrette et procédé pour le montage de la barrette La présente invention a pour objet une boîte de montre-bracelet à barrette dont les extrémités sont engagées amoviblement dans des logements de la boîte et un procédé pour le montage de cette montre.
La montre-bracelet selon l'invention est caracté risée par le fait que la barrette est déformable, dans le but de permettre son montage sur ladite boîte.
Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait que l'on courbe la barrette pour en rappro cher les extrémités, l'insère entre lesdits logements, puis la redresse de manière à faire pénétrer ses extré mités dans ces logements.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention et un exemple de la mise en #uvre du procédé. La fig. 1 est une vue en plan, côté cadran, et la fig. 2, une vue semblable, côté fond, d'une montre-bracelet. La fig. 3 est une coupe partielle de la fig. 2. Les fig. 4 et 5 sont des vues en perspective illus trant un exemple de mise en oeuvre du procédé.
La montre-bracelet représentée comprend une boîte présentant une carrure 1, un fond 2 et une lunette 3, dans laquelle est montée une glace 4. Les extrémités d'un bracelet 5 sont soudées à deux bar rettes 6, en matière déformable, par exemple en lai ton, dont la partie centrale est légèrement amincie par rapport aux extrémités 7. Chaque barrette est logée dans une rainure périphérique 8 pratiquée dans la carrure et ouverte vers le fond. Dans le prolonge ment de la rainure, des deux côtés de celle-ci, s'ou vrent des logements 9 dans lesquels s'engagent amo- viblement les extrémités 7 de la barrette.
Celle-ci est encore légèrement arquée dans le plan de la boîte, de manière à épouser la forme ronde de celle-ci.
Lors du montage du bracelet sur la boîte, on commence par courber la barrette dans un plan per pendiculaire à celui du bracelet de manière à rap procher ses extrémités 7, comme le montre la fig. 5. On pourrait aussi couder la barrette dans le plan du bracelet, mais ce dernier procédé présente l'inconvé nient de soumettre le bracelet à des tensions suscep tibles de l'endommager, particulièrement s'il est en métal.
On insère ensuite la barrette déformée entre les faces 10 de la rainure et amène les extrémités 7 en regard des logements 9 en maintenant le bracelet relevé comme représenté en fig. 4. Dans une autre position du bracelet, la partie centrale de la barrette buterait contre la face supérieure 11 de la rainure. On redresse enfin la barrette pour en faire pénétrer les extrémités dans les logements 10, et rabat le bra celet dans sa position normale (fig. 3).
Une fois montée, la barrette disparaît entièrement dans la rainure susmentionnée et n'est pas visible lorsque la montre-bracelet est portée.

The wristwatch according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the bar is deformable, with the aim of allowing it to be mounted on said case.
The method according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the bar is bent in order to bring its ends closer together, inserts it between said housings, then straightens it so as to cause its ends to penetrate into these housings.
The drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention and an example of the implementation of the method. Fig. 1 is a plan view, dial side, and FIG. 2, a similar view, back side, of a wristwatch. Fig. 3 is a partial section of FIG. 2. Figs. 4 and 5 are perspective views illustrating an example of implementation of the method.
The wristwatch shown comprises a case having a caseband 1, a back 2 and a bezel 3, in which is mounted a crystal 4. The ends of a bracelet 5 are welded to two bars 6, made of deformable material, for example. in lai tone, the central part of which is slightly thinned with respect to the ends 7. Each bar is housed in a peripheral groove 8 made in the middle part and open towards the bottom. In the extension of the groove, on both sides of the latter, recesses 9 open into which the ends 7 of the bar are loosely engaged.
This is still slightly arched in the plane of the box, so as to match the round shape of the latter.
When mounting the bracelet on the case, we begin by bending the bar in a plane perpendicular to that of the bracelet so as to bring its ends 7 closer, as shown in FIG. 5. The bar could also be bent in the plane of the bracelet, but this latter process has the disadvantage of subjecting the bracelet to stresses liable to damage it, particularly if it is made of metal.
The deformed bar is then inserted between the faces 10 of the groove and brings the ends 7 opposite the housings 9 while keeping the bracelet raised as shown in FIG. 4. In another position of the bracelet, the central part of the bar would abut against the upper face 11 of the groove. Finally, the bar is straightened to make the ends of it penetrate into the housings 10, and the celet strap is folded back into its normal position (fig. 3).
Once fitted, the bar disappears entirely in the aforementioned groove and is not visible when the wristwatch is worn.
