Description

  

  Gond    La présente invention a     pour    objet un gond pour  portes, fenêtres, volets, armoires, etc., comprenant  deux éléments     susceptibles    de tourner l'un par rap  port à l'autre autour d'un axe que présente l'un     des-          dits    éléments.  



  Ce gond est caractérisé en ce que les     surfaces     en regard de chacun desdits éléments présentent, l'une  au moins une partie en saillie et l'autre au moins  une partie en retrait qui, lors d'un engagement  mutuel, maintiennent lesdits éléments dans une posi  tion angulaire déterminée l'un par     rapport    à l'autre.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple,  une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente inven  tion.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue d'ensemble en élévation,  représentant un gond en position     d'utilisation.     



  Les     fig.    2 et 3 en sont des vues     partielles    en  coupe axiale représentant chacune respectivement  l'un des deux éléments du gond.  



  Le gond représenté au dessin comprend un pre  mier élément 1 présentant un axe 2 s'engageant dans  un trou     borgne    3 que présente un second     élément    4,  les dimensions relatives de l'axe 2 et du trou borgne  3 étant telles que les éléments 1 et 4 puissent tour  ner l'un par     rapport    à l'autre autour de l'axe 2. Les  surfaces en regard 5 et 6 des éléments 1 et 4 présen  tent l'une une     partie    en saillie     constituée    par une  bille 7 reposant dans un logement hémisphérique 8  de ladite     surface    5 et l'autre une partie en retrait  constituée par une rainure diamétrale 9 pratiquée  dans la surface 6.

           Comme    on le voit à la     fig.    1, lorsque la bille 7  s'engage dans la     rainure    9 de l'élément 4 du gond,  ce dernier ne peut tourner par     rapport    à l'élément 1  qu'à condition d'être soulevé. Une     porte    10 à laquelle  serait     fixé    l'élément 4, tandis que l'élément 1 serait  fixé à un montant 11, aura donc deux positions de  repos correspondant à l'engagement de la bille 7       dans    la rainure 9 de l'élément 4, et cela dans les       parties    de ladite rainure situées de part et d'autre  de l'axe 2.

   Ces deux positions correspondent à l'ou  verture et à la fermeture totale de la     porte    10.  



  Dans l'exemple représenté au dessin, la fixation  des éléments 1 et 4 au     montant    11 et à la porte 10  respectivement     s'effectue    au moyen de deux douilles  12 chassées     respectivement    dans un évidement per  pendiculaire à l'axe 2 des éléments 1 et 4 et s'enga  geant par leur extrémité libre, fendue, chacune dans  un trou borgne pratiqué, d'une     part,    dans.

   le     montant     11 et, d'autre     part,    dans la     porte    10, une vis 13 et  un écrou conique 14 assurant     l'écartement    desdites  extrémités libres des douilles 12 et le blocage de  ces derniers dans le trou borgne     correspondant    du  montant 11 et de la porte 10 respectivement.

  The hinge shown in the drawing comprises a first element 1 having an axis 2 engaging in a blind hole 3 that a second element 4 has, the relative dimensions of the axis 2 and of the blind hole 3 being such that the elements 1 and 4 can rotate with respect to one another around axis 2. The facing surfaces 5 and 6 of the elements 1 and 4 one present a projecting part constituted by a ball 7 resting in a housing hemispherical 8 of said surface 5 and the other a recessed part constituted by a diametral groove 9 made in the surface 6.

           As seen in fig. 1, when the ball 7 engages in the groove 9 of the element 4 of the hinge, the latter can not rotate relative to the element 1 unless it is lifted. A door 10 to which the element 4 would be fixed, while the element 1 would be fixed to an upright 11, will therefore have two rest positions corresponding to the engagement of the ball 7 in the groove 9 of the element 4, and this in the parts of said groove located on either side of axis 2.

   These two positions correspond to the total opening and closing of the door 10.



  In the example shown in the drawing, the fastening of the elements 1 and 4 to the upright 11 and to the door 10 respectively is effected by means of two bushes 12 driven respectively in a recess perpendicular to the axis 2 of the elements 1 and 4 and engaging by their free end, slotted, each in a blind hole made, on the one hand, in.

   the upright 11 and, on the other hand, in the door 10, a screw 13 and a conical nut 14 ensuring the separation of said free ends of the bushes 12 and the locking of the latter in the corresponding blind hole of the upright 11 and the gate 10 respectively.
