Description

  

  Einteilige Tief Bettfelge mit Radschüssel, Stützring oder Stützlappen  für luftbereifte Fahrzeugräder    Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine einteilige Tief  bettfelge mit Radschüssel, Stützring oder Stützlappen  für luftbereifte Fahrzeugräder.  



  Die bekannten Felgen dieser Art sind mit der  Radschüssel bzw. dem Stützring, auch     Adapterring     genannt, verschweisst.  



  Bei den Schweissstellen zwischen Felge und Stütz  ring bzw. Radschüssel tritt eine Schwächung ein. Bei  unsachgemässer     Schweissung    oder bei Vorhandensein  von Wärmespannungen können von dieser Schweiss  stelle ausgehend Dauerbrüche entstehen.  



  Gegossene     Tiefbettfelgen    sind bereits bekannt;  dieselben sind     jedoch    aus mehreren Teilen zusam  mengesetzt, z. B. aus drei Segmenten. Bei radial un  terteilten Felgen bietet die Abdichtung schlauchloser  Reifen Schwierigkeiten.  



  Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist die Felge mit  radialen Rippen versehen und gemeinsam mit der  Radschüssel bzw. dem Stützring bzw. den Stützlappen  in einem Stück hergestellt, z. B. durch Giessen oder  Pressen.  



  In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele  der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 eine     Tiefbettfelge    mit Stützring im Schnitt  und       Fig.    2 eine Felge mit angegossener Radschüssel  im Schnitt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine     Tiefbettfelge    1, welche zusam  men mit dem Stützring 2 ein ungeteiltes Werkstück  bildet. Die     Versteifungsrippen    3 und 4 verhelfen  dieser Felge zu höherer Gestaltfestigkeit und dienen    gleichzeitig im Betriebe als     Ventilatorflügel,    womit  sie eine gewisse Luftumwälzung über der Brems  trommel gewährleisten.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt eine     Tiefbettfelge    5, welche zusam  men mit     der    Radschüssel 6 ein ungeteiltes Werkstück  bildet. Die Versteifungsrippen 7 und 8 verleihen die  sem Teil eine grosse Gestaltfestigkeit.  



  Die Herstellung solcher Felgen kann Beispiels  weise durch Giessen oder Pressen erfolgen. Die re  lative Schwächung einer solchen Felge durch die       Gussstruktur    des Materials wird weitgehend kompen  siert durch die verstärkende Wirkung der Rippen.  



  Eine so ausgebildete Felgeneinheit gewährleistet  grosse Formfestigkeit, grosse Sicherheit, geringes Ge  wicht und gute Kühlung des Reifens und der Brems  trommel.  



  Gegenüber bisher gebauten, gegossenen Felgen  haben die beschriebenen Felgen den Vorteil, dass der  Reifen auf einer ununterbrochenen Fläche sich ab  stützen kann und die Felge höhere     Gestaltfestigkeit     aufweist. Ein weiterer     Vorteil    besteht darin, dass diese  Felge überhaupt keine Schweissnaht aufweist.

  Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a drop center rim with a support ring in section and FIG. 2 a rim with a cast wheel disk in section.



       Fig. 1 shows a drop center rim 1, which together with the support ring 2 forms an undivided workpiece. The stiffening ribs 3 and 4 help this rim to a higher structural strength and at the same time serve as a fan blade in operation, thus ensuring a certain air circulation over the brake drum.



       Fig. 2 shows a drop center rim 5, which together men with the wheel disc 6 forms an undivided workpiece. The stiffening ribs 7 and 8 give this part a great structural strength.



  Such rims can be produced, for example, by casting or pressing. The relative weakening of such a rim by the cast structure of the material is largely compensated for by the reinforcing effect of the ribs.



  A rim unit designed in this way ensures great dimensional stability, great safety, low weight and good cooling of the tire and the brake drum.



  Compared to previously built, cast rims, the rims described have the advantage that the tire can be supported on an uninterrupted surface and the rim has greater structural strength. Another advantage is that this rim has no weld seam at all.
