Shock absorbing bearing for a timepiece mobile The object of the present invention is a shock absorbing bearing for a timepiece mobile comprising a bearing and a counter-pivot mounted in a bearing body and each subjected to a return spring which it's own. This bearing is characterized by the fact that the bearing is arranged in a chamber, closed on the side of the mobile, by a spring on which the bearing rests, the periphery of the latter having a truncated cone whose opening goes in s' enlarging on the side of the spring, which tends to press said periphery against a corresponding frustoconical surface of the wall of the chamber.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of the first embodiment, and FIG. 2, a plan of a detail.
Figs. 3 and 4 are two same views of the second embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a variation of a detail.
The first embodiment is applied to a balance whose axis is shown at 10. It comprises a bearing support formed of two rings one 1, driven into the plate 11 (or in the plate of a bridge) and the other 2, covering the first and fixed to the plate 11 by a screw 3. The crown 2 contains a counter-pivot formed by the stone 4 and its return spring 4a. The crown 1 forms with the counter-pivot stone 4 a chamber 13 closed on the balance side by the spring 5.
This, shown in fig. 2 comprises three tongues 5a engaged in the groove 6 of the crown 1 and a circular central part 5b surrounding the axis 10 on which rests a pad formed by the pierced stone 7; this has on its outer periphery a frustoconical surface 8 opening on the side of the balance and which the spring 5 applies against a corresponding frustoconical surface 9 of the crown 1.
During an axial impact, the counter-pivot stone 4 is lifted against its spring 4a which absorbs the impact and puts it back in place. If the impact is violent, the shoulder 12 of the pin 10 also comes to press on the spring 5 which then also helps to absorb the shock.
During a radial impact, the frustoconical surface 8 descends along the corresponding surface 9, its movement being braked by the spring 5 which, if the impact is violent, comes to rest against the shoulder 12 of the axis 10 .
The embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the previous one by the spring 5 closing the

chamber 13, see fig. 4, the three tabs 5a of which have lateral extensions 5c rising inside the chamber and supporting the pad.
Fig. 5 shows a spring which can be used to return the counter-pivot 4. It comprises a base 14 provided with a heel 15 which can engage under a tongue 16 of the crown 2. From this base leave two elastic branches 17, each of which has a its end, a journal 18 engaged in a bearing 19 of the crown. It is easy to release the heel 15 from under the tongue 16 after which the spring can be raised by rotating it around its journals to release the counter-pivot.
