Pièce d'horlogerie présentant un dispositif de fixation du mouvement à la boîte L'objet de la présente invention est une pièce d'horlogerie présentant un dispositif de fixation du mouvement à la boîte, dispositif comprenant un tourillon dont l'axe est parallèle à celui de la pièce, monté rotativement dans le bâti et comprenant un excentrique pouvant s'engager dans une saignée de la boîte. Cette pièce est caractérisée par le fait que ce tourillon présente deux surfaces planes disposées à distance l'une de l'autre, parallèles à la platine, et en contact chacune avec une surface plane du bâti, toutes ces surfaces guidant le tourillon.
Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, et partiellement, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention ainsi que deux variantes.
La fig. 1 est une demi-coupe axiale de la première forme d'exécution, et la fig. 2, une coupe partielle par II-II de la fig. 1.
Les fig. 3 et 4 sont des coupes verticales partielles de chacune des deux variantes.
La forme d'exécution des fig. 1 et 2 comprend une boîte de montre dont 1 est la carrure et 2 le fond. Dans cette boîte se trouve disposée la platine 3 supportant d'un côté le cadran 4 et de l'autre côté deux ponts 5 et 6 dont l'un est le pont de barillet et l'autre celui du rouage. L'indice 7 désigne un tourillon présentant, dans sa partie centrale, un excentrique 8, les deux extrémités 9 et 10 du tourillon tournant l'une dans la platine, l'autre dans le pont de barillet. En regard du tourillon, est ménagée dans la carrure une saignée 11. La face supérieure du tourillon forme une surface plane 12, alors que sa face inférieure comprend une surface plane 13 à laquelle fait suite une rampe hélicoïdale 14.
Dans la position montrée au dessin, l'excentrique est engagé dans la saignée 11, ce qui fixe le bâti dans la boîte ; si l'on tourne le tourillon d'un demi-tour l'excentrique quitte la saignée et vient se loger dans l'espace libre 15 ménagé dans le pont 5. Le mouvement alors n'est plus fixé à la boîte. Les surfaces planes 12 et 13 de l'excentrique sont en contact avec les surfaces 12a et 13a de la platine et du pont. Toutes ces surfaces servent à guider l'excentrique.
Dans la variante de la fig. 3, le tourillon 7 qui présente encore, dans sa partie médiane, l'excentrique 8; tourne, par une de ses extrémités dans la platine et, par l'autre, dans une plaquette 15 fixée à cette platine. Les surfaces planes susmentionnées, 12, 13, 12a, 13a se trouvent de nouveau sur les deux faces de l'excentrique et sur les parties en regard, de la platine et de la plaquette.

Dans la forme d'exécution de la fig. 4, l'excentrique 8 se trouve à l'une des extrémités du tourillon 7 qui tourne seulement dans la platine, et qui supporte, à son autre extrémité, une rondelle de retenue 16, qu'on rive sur le tourillon une fois que celui-ci est engagé dans la platine. Les surfaces planes susmentionnées 12, 13, 12a, 13a se trouvent sur les faces en regard de l'excentrique, respectivement de la rondelle de retenue et sur les deux faces opposées de la platine.

This part is characterized by the fact that this journal has two flat surfaces arranged at a distance from one another, parallel to the plate, and each in contact with a flat surface of the frame, all of these surfaces guiding the journal.

The embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a watch case of which 1 is the middle part and 2 the back. In this box is arranged the plate 3 supporting on one side the dial 4 and on the other side two bridges 5 and 6, one of which is the barrel bridge and the other that of the gear train. The index 7 designates a journal having, in its central part, an eccentric 8, the two ends 9 and 10 of the journal rotating, one in the plate, the other in the barrel bridge. Opposite the journal, there is a groove in the middle part 11. The upper face of the journal forms a flat surface 12, while its lower face comprises a flat surface 13 which is followed by a helical ramp 14.
In the position shown in the drawing, the eccentric is engaged in the groove 11, which fixes the frame in the box; if the journal is turned by half a turn, the eccentric leaves the groove and becomes lodged in the free space 15 provided in the bridge 5. The movement is then no longer fixed to the box. The planar surfaces 12 and 13 of the eccentric are in contact with the surfaces 12a and 13a of the plate and the bridge. All these surfaces serve to guide the eccentric.
In the variant of FIG. 3, the journal 7 which still has, in its middle part, the eccentric 8; rotates, by one of its ends in the plate and, by the other, in a plate 15 fixed to this plate. The aforementioned flat surfaces, 12, 13, 12a, 13a are again on both sides of the eccentric and on the opposite parts, of the plate and of the plate.
