Process for emptying and conveying bulk material from pressure vessels by means of two air streams and a device for carrying out the process
There are conveying methods and conveying devices for emptying and conveying dusty or powdery or granular out by means of pressure air from a pressure vessel with a porous bottom or bottom insert, with one leading out of the container in any direction into the conveyor partially immersing riser pipe or a downwardly leading out pipe breaking through the porous soil is arranged as a drainage line.
With these devices, the entire amount of air used for conveying flows through the porous floor, loosens the conveyed material over a large area before it enters the conveying line and, with the exception of the portion that flows out of the conveyed material in the free container space above the conveying material level, flows replaced, with constant upheaval of the loosening state with the goods entered in the delivery line. The advantage. this kind of pressure promotion with extensive loosening is the. Achievement of the lowest possible energy expenditure for introducing the loosened material into the conveyor line.
A disadvantage of this method and these devices is that they can only be adapted to the diverse conditions of pneumatic pressure delivery in special cases and within narrow limits.
Practice shows that the simultaneous fulfillment of the loosening conditions of the
Conveyed goods and the conveying conditions, which by the conveying line with length and
Diameter are given, is not possible in every case with these scanned devices, since the loosening properties of the conveyed goods are very different and the required concentration of the conveyed-air mixture is dependent on the conditions set by the conveying line as well as the substance .
Under equals
Requirements regarding the delivery line, for example, differ greatly from one another with regard to the loosening requirements of cement, chalk and grain.
In order to enable the various types of bulk material to be conveyed while loosening the material before it enters the conveying line, the method according to the invention was developed, which is explained in more detail below.
The method is characterized in that a bulk material-air-
Mixture is generated that is suitable for
Enter in the emptying pipe up to
Entrance of the emptying pipe into the connected conveying line, and that additional air is supplied to the production of the concentration of the bulk material-air mixture required for transporting the mixture in the conveying line through at least one separate line connected to the conveying line, the amount of which is supplied to the respective is dimensioned accordingly by the conveying line and the properties of the bulk material to be conveyed.
In the case of long delivery lines, which are known to have a high air requirement, and in the case of bulk goods to be conveyed whose need for loosening air is low, for example, the total required air must not be passed through the porous bottom of the container, otherwise the bulk air mixture is too high Bulk solids concentration was entered in the delivery line.
The result would be too much pressure or the risk of the line becoming blocked. For this reason, only so much air is introduced through the porous soil into the bulk material stored in the container, advantageously so that the entire material is loosened and the bulk material-air mixture is carried into the emptying pipe and until it enters the conveying line. The concentration of the mixture necessary for the transport of the mixture through the conveying line connected to the discharge pipe is only produced by the additional air when the mixture enters the conveying line.
I) The additional air can either be taken from the main air line before it enters the space below the porous floor or from the space below the porous floor.
In the case of long delivery lines and bulk goods that require large amounts of air to loosen them, the entire volume of air must not escape through the emptying pipe, as otherwise too much material would be carried away, which would lead to a blockage of the delivery line .
In this case, part of the air that collects above the bulk material level in the container is advantageously drawn off via an additional air line connected to the upper part of the container and added to the bulk material as air mixture enters the conveying line. In both cases, the additional air is supplied for the purpose of adapting it, e.g. B. dilution, the concentration of the mixture according to the delivery line and the properties of the goods to be conveyed to ensure removal to ge.
Several exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention for carrying out exemplary embodiments of the method according to the invention are shown schematically in the drawing.
Show it :
Fig. 1 shows a pressure container for the bulk material to be emptied and conveyed from the container, with a porous bottom insert that can be flown through by loosening air and with an emptying pipe leading up through the container ceiling, one of which opens into the delivery pipe adjoining the pipe from the main air pipe An additional air line branched off to the container is provided,
2 shows a pressure container as in FIG. 1, in which the additional air line starts from the air space of the container below the porous floor insert and is passed through the container near the top,
Fig.
3 a pressure vessel with an emptying pipe led downwards out of the vessel, which extends from the top of the porous floor insert, an additional air line opening into the conveying line and branched off from the main air line being provided,
4 shows a pressure vessel with an emptying pipe exiting near the top and an additive air line which is connected to the pressure vessel above the bulk material level for air extraction,
FIG. 5 shows a pressure container with a discharge pipe led downwards out of the container according to FIG.
3 and an additional air line which, as in FIG. 4, is connected to the Diiiek- container above the bulk material level.
Identical parts are given the same reference numbers. The upright pressure vessel 1 according to FIG. 1 has, in the lower part of its interior, a porous type of construction known per se which is inclined towards the center of the vessel and which can flow through air through the bottom insert 3 Container leading emptying pipe 2 is arranged for the loosened Schiittgut. The air for dissolving the material is fed to the air space 4 of the container located under the porous floor insert 3 through the line 5 from any source of compressed air.
Before the air line 5 is connected to the air space 4, a line 6 is branched off from it, which is provided with a regulating valve 7 and into the delivery line 8 on the side of the container 1, i.e. H. Seen in the direction of flow of the bulk material / air mixture, it opens into the pipe 2 behind the mixture inlet. Through this line, additional air is supplied to the delivery line to dilute the mixture which has entered the Farder line 8 from the pipe 2 for its further transport into the line 8. The valve located in the Fiirclerleitung 8, not specifically identified, only has the task of To open or close the delivery line.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the air used to change the concentration of the bulk material-air mixture entering the conveying line 8 from the emptying pipe 2 is discharged from the air space 4 via the line 6, which flows from the underside of the porous floor insert 3 goes out and is guided upwards through the container and connected to the delivery line. Pressure gauges M1, M2, and M3 connected to the container 1 and the lines 5 and 6 are used to monitor the air flow rate and facilitate the setting of the regulating valve 7.
The embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2 are used to convey bulk materials with little need for loosening air.
Fig. 4 shows the arrangement for debris with high loosening air requirement. Here, the entire amount of compressed air flowing through the line 5 is introduced into the space 4 under the porous bottom insert 3 of the container. Part of the air that collects in the container 1 above the bulk material level after the material has been loosened, is used in the same way as in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the delivery line 8 to regulate the concentration for the demand of the rising through the container Emptying pipe 2 fed into the conveying line flowing bulk material / air mixture through the line 6a.
The three pressure gauges M1, M2 and M3 also enable the air flow to be monitored here and make it easier to set the valve 7.
3 and 5 represent arrangements analogous to FIGS. 1 and 4. The only difference is that the emptying tube 2 is led out of the pressure vessel 1 from the top of the porous insert 3 downwards and that the conveyance of the The bulk air mixture coming into the pipe takes place at the bottom of the container and the additional line 6 or 6a is connected to the conveyor line 8 under the container.
The emptying and conveying process takes place in the arrangements shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 in the following way:
After the filling opening 9 has been closed, only such a part of the compressed air supplied through the line 5 is introduced into the container 1 in a certain amount and resting on the porous base insert 3 as a loosening. Supply air is supplied so that a bulk material-air mixture is formed, which is pressed by the pressure that is established in the container through the emptying pipe 2 until it enters the adjoining conveying line for its removal through the conveying line 8.
From the air supplied through the line 5, which is regulated in terms of quantity by means of the throttle element built into it, the part not required for loosening is branched off via line 6 and passes through the air flow into the two streams of the property of the conveyed material , the length of the conveying section and the emptying pipe 2 adjustable regulating valve 7 as additional air for producing the required concentration of the mixture for the purpose of its removal into the conveying line 8.
A non-return valve, which is conveniently provided in front of the valve 7, prevents material to be conveyed through the line 6 into the air line 5 or into the air space 4 under the porous floor insert 3 in the event of faults in the system, thereby avoiding contamination of the underside of the porous floor insert .
The systems shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are intended for the promotion of Schüttg tern, in which large amounts of air are necessary to loosen the material and form the mixture and accordingly the entire amount of compressed air supplied through line 5 is passed through the porous soil insert . For the additive air flow required to produce the required concentration for the purpose of conveying the mixture, part of the air that collects above the bulk material level in the container is drawn off through line Ca and added to the Sehüttgxlt-Luft-Gemiseh as it enters the delivery line 8 from pipe 2 .
The valve 7 built into the line 6a allows the additional air volume to be adapted to the particular concentration of the mixture required for transport. A check valve connected upstream of the regulating valve 7 or a similarly acting device again prevents bulk material from penetrating into the rear line system. The regulating valve 7 can be of a z. B. be controlled by the conveying process in the line 8 influenced pulse generator, whereby a versatile use of the Vorriehtungen is given.
In order to be able to use one and the same system both for the conveyance of bulk material with little and for bulk material with a large loosening air requirement, the above-described devices according to FIGS. 1-3 and 4, 5 can be combined with one another. The Vorriehtungen can be equipped with the same success with horizontal pressure vessels instead of standing pressure vessels.
The two-stream conveying method described above enables not only the foraging of bulk goods with a high loosening air requirement and a low permissible concentration of the bulk material-air mixture in the delivery line, but also with the described provisions for the given dimensions, in particular through the adjustment facility the air distribution can be adapted to the diverse conditions of a pneumatic requirement and, last but not least, an economically favorable operation is achieved.
PATENT CLAIM I.
