Verpackung für tafelförmiges Gut ( Tegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Verpackung für tafelförmiges Gut, insbesondere für Schokoladetafeln.
In der Sehokoladenindustrie sueht man schon seit langer Zeit eine Verpackung für Sehokoladetafdn, welche sich einerseits leicht und schnell öffnen lässt und welche anderseits beim Öffnen nicht wesentlich beschädigt wird.
Die heute meist verwendete Verpackung bestebt aus einem Papierblatt, mit welchem die Tafel umwickelt ist, wobei die Randteile des Blattes an der Rückseite der Tafel liegen und zwei einander entgegengesetzt liegende Randteile (meist die durch die Längsseiten der Tafel gebildeten) übereinandergefaltet sind bzw. sieh von entgegengesetzten Seiten her überdecken. Der aussenliegende der beiden in dieser Weise gebildeten Lappen oder Falt. teile ist dabei mit dem innenliegenden durch Kleben verbunden.
Beim Öffnen einer solchen Verpackung wird diese daher an der Klebstelle, das heisst an der Stelle, wo die beiden Faltteile miteinander verbunden sind, aufgerissen, wobei jedoch in den meisten Fällen der äussere Faltteil zerreisst, da die Klebstelle selbst eine grö ssere Festigkeit aufweist als der übrige Faltteil. Es muss somit oft mehrmals angesetzt werden, um den äussern Faltteil vom innern abzulösen und die Verpackung vollständig zu öffnen.
Um diese Schwierigkeit zu beheben, ist man dazu übergegangen, die Verpackung mit Reissbändern auszurüsten, mittels welchen die Verpackung sehr rasch und einfach geöffnet werden kann. Da aber durch die Reissbänder beim Öffnen aus der Verpackung ein über die Länge der Tafel verlaufender Materialstreifen herausgetrenut wird, ist die Verpackung zu weiterer Verwendung bei nur teilweiser Entnahme des Inhaltes ungeeignet.
Zudem wird die Verpackung durch das Anbringen der Rcissbänder wesentlich verteuert
Beide der beschriebenen Verpackungsarten haben überdies den Nachteil, dass es infolge der beim Öffnen entstehenden Beschädigung der Verpackung an deren Rückseite ungünstig ist, die heute vielfach abgegebenen Bildergutscheine auf dieser Rückseite durch einen entsprechenden Aufdruck anzubringen, da diese beim Öffnen meistens ebenfalls beschädigt werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun, eine Verpackung zu schaffen, welche die genannten Nachteile vermeidet und sich wirtschaftlich herstellen lässt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Verpackung; welche zwei im verpackten Zustand an der Rück- seite des Gutes von entgegengesetzten Seitenkanten desselben übereinandergelegte Faltteile aufweist, zeichnet sich nun dadurch aus, dass der eine der beiden Faitteile eine allseitig begrenzte Xlebfläche aufweist, an welcher der selbe mit dem andern Kaltteil verbunden ist, wobei die Begrenzung der Klebfläche mindestens teilweise durch Perforationen gebildet ist, zum Zwecke, durch Abtrennen die Kleb- fläche vom erstgenannten Faltteil entlang den Perforationen zu lösen und den zweitgenaun- ten Paltteil freizugeben.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Verpackung liegt also darin, dass die üblichen Verpakkungsmaschinen und Einrichtungen weiterhin verwendet werden können, indem die Um wicklung des tafelförmigen flutes in gebräuch- licher Weise geschehen kann. Überdies lassen sich auch die die Verpackung bildenden Bogen oder Blätter in gleicher Form wie bisher verwenden.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Verpackung für eine Schokolade dargestellt.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung der Verpackung vor dem Umlegen und Ankleben des äussern Paltteils und Fig. 2 eine der Fig. 1 entsprechende Ansicht nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung.
Wie in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellt, ist eine beispielsweise mit einer Metallfolie umhüllte Schokoladetafel 1 in einem Verpak kungsiunschlag 2 eingewickelt, wobei dieser letztere an der Rückseite der Tafel 1 durch geeignetes Umlegen der Umschlagränder zwei Faltteile 3 und 4 bildet, von denen der letztere beim Verschliessen der Verpackung über den ersteren gelegt wird. Der innere Kaltteil 3 weist eine trapezförmige Klebfläche 5 auf, welche durch linienförmige Perforationen 6, 7 und 8 und den einen Längsrand des genannten Faltteils begrenzt ist.
Vor dem Umlegen des äussern Faltteils 4 aus der in Fig. 1 ge zeigten Lagein die verschlossene Stellung, in welcher dessen Innenfläche auf der Klebfläche 5 aufliegt, wird auf die Klebfläche ein Klebstoff in flüssiger oder pastöser Form aufgebracht. Beim Umlegen des Faltteils 4 wird dieser an dessen Innenseite im Bereich der Klebfläche mit dem innern Faltteil 3 verbunden, wodurch die Verpackung geschlossen wird.
Soli die beschriebene Verpackung geöffnet werden, so wird der äussere Faltteil 4 an einem seiner beiden freien Eckteile 9 angefasst und an diesem ein aufwärtsgerichteter Zug ausgeübt. Dadurch reisst der innere Faltteil 3 vorerst am Schnittpunkt der beiden Perforationslinien 6 und 8 bzw. 7 und 8, wobei durch weiteres Ziehen an diesem Eckteil die Klebfläche 5 entlang den genannten Perforationslinien vom Faltteil abgetrennt wird. Nach der vol] ständigen Abtrennung der Klebfläche, welche infolge der Klebverbindung fest am äussern Faltteil haftet, kann dieser letztere vollstäiidig aufgeklappt werden, so dass die Verpackung geöffnet ist, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist.
Da die beschriebene Verpackung an einem Teil aufgetrennt wird, welcher durch den äussern Faltteil in dessen hinunt ergeklappten Lage überdeckt ist, und da weiter beim Öffnen der Verpackung keine aussenliegenden Teile derselben zerrissen werden, lässt sich diese bei nur teilweiser Entnahme der Schokolade weiterhin verwenden, indem immer eine vollständige Umsehliesslmg der Sehokoladen- tafel möglich ist.
Der äussere Faltteil 4 kann an dessen Aussenseite einen Aufdruck tragen, der andeutet, an welcher Stelle desselben angefasst bzw. gezogen werden soll, damit die Verpakkung in der beschriebenen Weise praktisch, einfach und schnell geöffnet werden kann.
Ist auf der genannten Aussenseite ein Gut- schein aufgedruckt, so besteht keine Gefahr, dass dieser beim Öffnen der Verpackung beschädigt wird.
Selbstverständlich wäre es auch möglich, die Klebfläche allseitig durch Perforationslinien zu begrenzen und diese als relativ schmalen Streifen vom entsprechenden Längsrand des innern Faltteils distanziert anzuordnen.
Statt die durch Perforationen begrenzte Klebfläche am innern Faltteil vorzusehen, ist es auch möglich, diese am äussern Kaltteil anzuordnen, und nvar vorzugsweise am freien Längsrand derselben. Beispielsweise kann die Klebfläche dabei die Form eines Kreisabschnit- tes aufweisen, dessen Bogen durch die Perforation und dessen Sehne durch die freie Längskante des äussern Faltteils gebildet ist,
Aueh beim zuletzt beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel ist es möglich, das Öffnen der Packung durch einen nach oben gerichteten an einer der beiden freien Ecken des äussern Faltteils zu erreichen, wobei die Klebfläche in diesem Prall entlang der Perforationslinie vom äussern Faltteil abgelöst wird und am innern Kaltteil anhaftet.
Die beschriebene Verpackung kann selbstverständlich auch für andere tafelförmige Güter verwendet werden, beispielsweise für Butter- oder Fettafeln.

When opening such a packaging, it is therefore torn open at the glue point, i.e. at the point where the two fold parts are connected to one another, but in most cases the outer fold part tears because the glue point itself has a greater strength than the remaining folding part. It must therefore often be applied several times in order to detach the outer folding part from the inside and to open the packaging completely.
In order to remedy this difficulty, the move has been made to equip the packaging with tear strips by means of which the packaging can be opened very quickly and easily. However, since a strip of material running over the length of the board is torn out of the packaging by the tear strips when it is opened, the packaging is unsuitable for further use with only partial removal of the contents.
In addition, the application of the tear strips makes the packaging considerably more expensive
Both of the types of packaging described also have the disadvantage that, as a result of the damage to the packaging on its rear side when it is opened, it is unfavorable to attach the picture vouchers, which are often given out today, on this rear side with a corresponding print, since these are usually also damaged when opening.
The present invention now aims to create a package which avoids the disadvantages mentioned and can be produced economically.
The packaging according to the invention; which has two folding parts placed one above the other on the back of the goods from opposite side edges in the packaged state, is characterized in that one of the two folding parts has an all-round bounded area on which the same is connected to the other cold part, whereby the delimitation of the adhesive surface is formed at least partially by perforations, for the purpose of detaching the adhesive surface from the first-mentioned folded part along the perforations and to release the second-mentioned folded part.
An essential advantage of the packaging is that the usual packaging machines and devices can continue to be used in that the tabular flow can be wrapped in the usual way. In addition, the sheets or sheets forming the packaging can also be used in the same form as before.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a chocolate bar 1 wrapped, for example, with a metal foil, is wrapped in a Verpak kungsiunschlag 2, the latter forming two folding parts 3 and 4 on the back of the table 1 by suitably folding the edges of the envelope, of which the the latter is placed over the former when the packaging is closed. The inner cold part 3 has a trapezoidal adhesive surface 5, which is delimited by linear perforations 6, 7 and 8 and one longitudinal edge of the said folded part.
Before folding over the outer folding part 4 from the position shown in FIG. 1, in the closed position in which its inner surface rests on the adhesive surface 5, an adhesive in liquid or paste form is applied to the adhesive surface. When the folding part 4 is folded over, it is connected to the inner folding part 3 on its inside in the area of the adhesive surface, whereby the packaging is closed.
If the packaging described is to be opened, the outer folding part 4 is grasped at one of its two free corner parts 9 and an upward pull is exerted on this. As a result, the inner folding part 3 initially tears at the intersection of the two perforation lines 6 and 8 or 7 and 8, the adhesive surface 5 being separated from the folding part along the aforementioned perforation lines by further pulling on this corner part. After the full separation of the adhesive surface, which adheres firmly to the outer folded part as a result of the adhesive connection, the latter can be opened completely so that the packaging is opened, as shown in FIG.
Since the packaging described is separated on a part which is covered by the outer folding part in its folded-down position, and since no outer parts of the same are torn when the packaging is opened, it can still be used with only partial removal of the chocolate by It is always possible to completely enclose the chocolate bar.
The outer folding part 4 can have an imprint on its outside which indicates the point at which it should be touched or pulled so that the packaging can be opened practically, easily and quickly in the manner described.
If a voucher is printed on the named outside, there is no risk of it being damaged when the packaging is opened.
Of course, it would also be possible to delimit the adhesive surface on all sides by perforation lines and to arrange these as relatively narrow strips at a distance from the corresponding longitudinal edge of the inner fold part.
Instead of providing the adhesive surface limited by perforations on the inner folded part, it is also possible to arrange it on the outer cold part, and preferably on the free longitudinal edge of the same. For example, the adhesive surface can have the shape of a segment of a circle, the arc of which is formed by the perforation and the tendon of the free longitudinal edge of the outer folded part,
Also in the last-described embodiment, it is possible to open the pack by an upwardly directed at one of the two free corners of the outer folded part, the adhesive surface being detached from the outer folded part along the perforation line and adhering to the inner cold part.
The packaging described can of course also be used for other tabular goods, for example for butter or fat bars.
