Door opening and closing devices on vehicles, in particular vehicles for passenger traffic, in particular motor vehicles intended for passenger traffic, are often seen with pressure medium-actuated devices for opening and closing the doors. It is known to use the Druekluft generated in the brake system for this purpose and to have it act on one or the other side of a working piston either in the closing or in the opening direction via a solenoid valve.
Because it's in the interest of safety. If the passenger wishes to open the doors only after the vehicle has stopped and to close them before it starts again, the actuation switches of the solenoid valves assigned to the individual door actuation cylinders are arranged in such a way that the doors are not only individually independent of one another, but also together from one point, for example via a switch located on the dashboard or on the Sehaffnerplatz, can be opened and closed.
According to a well-known. It is also suggested that the accelerator pedal is blocked in the idling position by opening at least the rear doors, so that the vehicle does not necessarily move until they are closed. can set doors in the driver's immediate field of vision in motion. Such an arrangement, however, restricts the driver's freedom of action, which under certain circumstances can lead to accidents if not stopping but accelerating the vehicle ensures greater safety.
In addition, the doors can be opened at any time while driving, since the known safety devices always only cause the elements influencing the movement of the vehicle to depend on the opening state of the doors. In order to increase both the safety of the passengers and the traffic safety of the vehicle, the invention proposes creating a dependency of the door operating device on the state of motion of the vehicle.
According to the invention, in the pressure medium-operated door opening and closing device with an electromagnetic valve that controls the supply of pressure medium to the door or door actuating cylinders, in the circuit of the electromagnetic valve there is a switch whose position depends on the state of motion of the vehicle.
Advantageously, the shaft of the switch is net angeord rotatable against the force of springs and set up for non-positive coupling with a vehicle part rotating while driving.
For frictional coupling is preferably used in front of a magnetic coupling, the current circuit is automatically interrupted when the shaft of the switch has been rotated through a certain angle.
A push button switch is conveniently located in a primary circuit with a relay, through which two secondary circuits are switched simultaneously, one of which contains the solenoid valve and is closed in the middle position of the switch, and the other contains the magnetic coupling.
The switch closes the primary circuit in the outer positions, so that the relay is switched over. According to one embodiment of the invention, contacts are connected in series with the push-button switch, which interrupt the primary circuit when the switch shaft rotates and close again.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically.
The compressed air part of the door operating device consists of a double-acting working cylinder 1, an electromagnetic valve 2 and a storage container 3. The way in which this part of the device works is known per se.
In its rest position, i.e. when the magnet winding is de-energized, the solenoid valve 2 acts on the Arbeitszylin 1 in the closing direction, in order to switch to an end position after energizing its winding, in which it acts on the working cylinder 1 in the opening direction and from which it is only energized after it has been de-energized Wicklun returns to the rest position.
The electrical part of the device consists of three circuits: the primary circuit with a changeover relay 4 and two secondary circuits controlled by this relay. A battery 5 serves as the power source. The primary circuit is normally interrupted and is only closed briefly by pressing the pushbutton switch 6.
The relay 4 switches after receiving a current pulse from one end position in which both secondary circuits are closed, the connections a with a 'and b with b', into a second end position in which both secondary circuits are interrupted or vice versa . One secondary circuit is the door actuation circuit. In the switching position of the relay 4, it is closed via a three-pole changeover switch 7 and a slip ring 9 placed on the shaft 8 of the changeover switch.
The changeover switch 7 is normally held by two springs 10 in a central position that closes the circuit, from which it can be moved by turning the shaft 8 into two same end positions, in which the door actuating circuit is interrupted and the primary relay circuit is closed .
The second secondary circuit is used to excite the winding of a magnetic coupling. The clutch magnet 11 is driven by a wheel of the vehicle and receives power via two slip rings 20, 21. Separated from it by a narrow air gap 22 is a drive disk 72 attached to the shaft 8 of the "# \ Teehselsehalters 7" with a slight Asian play a ferromagnetic material arranged.
The function of the device is as follows: To open the doors of the stopped vehicle, the dial button holder h is pressed briefly. As a result, the relay 4 receives a pulse on the primary side, as a result of which it switches over and closes both secondary circuits. The Elektromagnetv valve 2 receives power via the slip ring 9, the shaft 8, the in the drawn center position located changeover switch 7 and the connections a .. a 'and thereby controls to the open position.
At the same time, the clutch magnet 11 is excited via the connections b, b 'and the slip rings 20, 21, so that it attracts the drive plate 12. This has no effect on the switch 7, there. see the shaft of the clutch magnet 11 is not rotating when the vehicle is stopped.
In order to close the doors of the stopped vehicle again, a new impulse is triggered via the push-button switch 6, by which the relay 4- switches back and interrupts both secondary circuits, so that the flex-magnet valve 2 switches to the closed position and at the same time the Coupling magnet 1.1 is de-energized again.
The carrier disk 12 is separated from the magnet by means not shown in order to avoid unnecessary frictional wear while driving.
If the vehicle starts up without the doors having been closed beforehand, the driver plate 12 is immediately taken along by the clutch magnet II rotating with the wheels. Your rotary movement carries over see about the shaft 8 to the changeover switch 7, which thereby switches from the drawn 11-middle position to its end position - depending on the direction of travel. This switching process first interrupts the door actuation circuit so that the doors close automatically.
Furthermore, (las relay 4 in the end position of the changeover switch 7 receives current via the safety ring 9, which is parallel to the push button switch 6, and the contact 13 or 14, so that it switches to the switch-off position. The clutch magnet 11 is also de-energized and outputs the The drive plate 12 is free, and the springs 10 bring the changeover switch 7 back into its central position.
The same processes take place when the push button switch 6 is operated while driving. Since both secondary circuits are then closed at the same time, the door actuation circuit is interrupted immediately like the one driven by the switched-on magnetic clutch 7, while the relay 4 receives the second pulse required to switch it off after reaching the end position of the two-way switch 7.
If the push-button switch 6 were operated so long that this second pulse remained off, the magnetic coupling would be switched on continuously until the next stop. remain and are exposed to heavy wear and high heat generation due to friction.
In order to avoid this, a pulse switch can be provided instead of the simple push-button switch 6, which, regardless of the duration of actuation, only supplies a short current pulse such that the magnetic field of the changeover relay 4 collapses again before the changeover holder 7 has reached its end position.
According to another proposal, this can also be achieved with such a modified Ausfüh approximate form of the changeover switch 7 that by unscrewing the changeover holder from its central position, the primary circuit of the relay 4 is immediately interrupted regardless of the still closed pushbutton switch 6.
In this case, the direct connection of the connections c, c 'between the battery 5 and the pushbutton switch 6 is omitted and is replaced by a connection, indicated by dashed lines in the drawing, from the battery to three additional ones in a different plane than the main contacts 13 , 14, 15, but taking into account the same switching paths arranged contacts 16, 17, 18 of the changeover switch 7, these contacts being touched by an additional switching segment 19 synchronously with the main contacts.
The invention is also applicable to Türöffnimgs- and -sehliesseinrichtimgen on rail vehicles. Druekluft, suction air or pressure fluids are suitable as pressure media.
