Verpackung

Fig. 2 eine Zwischenherstellungsstufe des Schlauches in Frontansicht,
packaging
The invention relates to a packaging for powdered foodstuffs, in particular for the preparation of soups. The packaging according to the invention is characterized by a film bag made of cellulose skin with a polyethylene coating.
The invention also relates to a procedural Ren for producing the packaging described, and the same consists in that the polyethylene coating is applied warm to the cellulose skin and then the bag is produced from the film thus formed.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the packaging is shown and the procedure for producing the same is illustrated, for example.
Show it :
Fig. 1 shows a tube from the packaging material in plan view,
2 shows an intermediate production stage of the hose in a front view,
2a shows the tube in its final form in a front view,
3 shows a finished, filled and sealed bag in an oblique view,
FIG. 4 shows two bags according to FIG. 3 housed in a cardboard box,
FIG. 5 shows an oblique view of the packaging according to FIG. 4. B. a soup portion for two plates, a bag is provided, as shown in detail in FIG.
Such bags are continuously made from a tube as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 2a. The tube or the covering of the filling material consists of a film material which is referred to in the trade as Cellothene (registered trademark). It consists of a cellulose skin with a polyethylene coating. This material combines: a) a higher water vapor impermeability compared to the materials of this type known today, resulting from the inherently gluten properties of the cellulose skin and the water or.
Water vapor density of the polyethylene, b) an aroma density and fat density that meets the highest demands, both from the outside in and from the inside to the outside, c) high puncture resistance and aging resistance, d) absolutely odorless, e) good concealability as there is no connection Glue and no plasticizer required, f) stability and suppleness of the material, y) tropicalized properties, h) easy and reliable weldability, due to the excellent welding properties of polyethylene.
The named material is therefore ideally suited for the packaging of foodstuffs, as they have been on the market for a long time in powdered form.
The production of the bag goes as follows:
To produce the film material used for the packaging, a polyethylene coating is applied to a known cellulose skin, for example by pouring it on in a liquid state. After the polyethylene coating has cooled down, it is intimately connected to the ZeIMose skin.
Eye tubes 1 with a longitudinal fold 2 are formed from long sheets of the film material produced in this way. The fold consists of the two ends welded to one another (FIG. 2) and is folded over and laid flat in the manner shown in FIG. The filling material is then continuously filled, the filling material being pressed away in predetermined lengths transversely to the length of the tube and being welded to the relevant ends of the tube material. A bag of rectangular shape then results, as shown in FIG. 3, with the longitudinal fold 2 and welded end edges 3 and 4.
In order to enable the bag to be torn open easily and simply, it has an edge incision 5 which is drawn against the filling space of the bag. According to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the edge incision is arranged at a corner of the bag. At this point of the edge incision, the welding surface is enlarged compared to the other weld edge parts so that the edge parts 5a, 5b formed by the slot 5 can be comfortably grasped.
It goes without saying that the bags need not be rectangular in shape. They can have any basic shape. The edge incision 5 for tearing open the bag could also be applied at any point where the tearing exposes the contents.
Groups of bags with contents are expediently placed in corresponding cardboard boxes 6 and thus brought onto the market. A preferred commercial pack consists in that, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, two bags each with two plates of soup filling material are accommodated in a small box. Both bags can have the same filling material or each bag can have a different filling material.
The advantages of the new type of packaging can be seen from the following:
The previous packs mostly consisted of aluminum foil material with cased paper, which is provided with a coated cellulose film on the opposite side. The material consists of three layers, of which the inner layer that comes into contact with the product is the film. This type of packaging has the disadvantage that the cheese-making agents required, such as glue and plasticizers, are not odor-free.
In addition, after the bags have been printed with company and advertising inscriptions, dye-dissolving substances remain in the bag if it is heated by damaging the filling edge. These substances influence the aroma and taste of the contents of the bag. If, on the other hand, the filling material is packaged in the cellulose-skin polyethylene material according to the present invention, the disadvantages outlined are eliminated because it has the properties listed above under a) -h), in particular an absolute aroma-like, waterproof, pest-proof and tropicalized properties.
The trimmings attached to each bag is a simple and cheap one. tel to easily tear open the bag. The placement of several bags in a cardboard box folded as a commercial pack is also practical and advantageous.
