Description
Verbrennungsmotor mit Steuerventil zur Steuerung von durch seine Saugluft ' betätigten Einrichtungen Bei durch Unterdruck betätigten Einrich tungen an Kraftfahrzeugen, wie z. B. Servo motoren für die Betätigung.-der Kupplung oder der Bremsen, sind Steuerventile not wendig, die die Verbindung des Servomotors mit der Ansaugleitung des Motors herstellen bzw. regeln.
Die Verbindung des Steuerventils mit dem Motor bedingte bisher eine nicht unerhebliche Montagearbeit und Veränderungen am Motor.
Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung be sitzt das Gehäuse des Steuerventils einen Flansch mit abstehender Öffnung sowie mit Verbindungsleitung zwischen der Öffnung des Flansches und dem Gehäuseinnern, und es ist mittels dieses Flansches in die Ansauglei tung des Verbrennungsmotors eingeschaltet. Der Flansch kann zwischen dem Ansaug stutzen und dem Vergaser liegen, kann aber auch, wenn ein Vergaser nicht vorhanden ist, zwischen dem Ansaugstutzen und dem Lilftfilter liegen. Die Befestigungsmittel für den Flansch und ein von der Saugluft durch strömtes Gerät können ein und dieselben sein.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt eine bei spielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung, und zwar: Fig. 1 den Ansaugstutzen eines Verbren nungsmotors und das Gehäuse- des Steuer ventils zum Teil geschnitten und Fig. 2 das Ventilgehäuse mit Flansch für sich allein. in Draufsicht.
In der Fig. 1 bedeutet 1 den Ansaug stutzen des Motors, 2 den Vergaser und 3 den am Steuerventilgehäuse 4 vorhandenen Be festigungsflansch mit vom Gehäuse ab stehender Öffnung. In diesem Befestigungs flansch 3 ist eine Bohrung 5 vorgesehen, die die Verbindung des Steuerventils mit der Ansaugleitung des Motors herstellt. Zwischen dieser Verbindungsbohrung und den verschie denen Organen des Steuerventils ist am besten das bei solchen Einrichtungen meist übliche Rückschlagventil 6 angeordnet, das nur öffnet, wenn der Unterdruck in der Usaug- leitung des Motors grösser ist wie hinter dem Ventil.
Der Vergaser 2 und der Ventilgehäuse flansch 3 können mit dem Ansaugstutzen 1 durch Schrauben 7 verbunden sein.

The connection of the control valve with the engine has so far required a considerable amount of assembly work and changes to the engine.
According to the present invention, the housing of the control valve sits a flange with a protruding opening and with a connecting line between the opening of the flange and the interior of the housing, and it is turned on by means of this flange in the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine. The flange can clip between the intake and the carburetor, but can also, if a carburetor is not available, lie between the intake and the Lilftfilter. The fastening means for the flange and a device through which the suction air flows can be one and the same.
The accompanying drawing shows an example embodiment of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 the intake port of a combustion engine and the housing of the control valve in part, and Fig. 2 the valve housing with flange on its own. in plan view.
In Fig. 1, 1 means the intake port of the engine, 2 the carburetor and 3 the existing on the control valve housing 4 Be fastening flange with the opening from the housing. In this mounting flange 3 a hole 5 is provided which connects the control valve to the intake line of the engine. Between this connecting bore and the various organs of the control valve, the check valve 6, which is usually used in such devices, is best arranged, which only opens when the negative pressure in the suction line of the motor is greater than that behind the valve.
The carburetor 2 and the valve housing flange 3 can be connected to the intake manifold 1 by screws 7.
