Scaling girders, especially for concreting concrete ceilings The invention relates to a formwork girder, especially for concreting concrete ceilings, which consists of a central part formed by an upright board and two extension parts made of wood at the two ends of this central part ,
wherein the extension parts are laterally slidably guided on the middle part each in a guide of a Besehläges N encompassing the middle part and rest on a support arm of said fitting directed towards the end of the middle part and on a support arm of a fitting arranged at the outermost end of the middle part.
This Sehalungträger is expediently made from conventional scaffolding boards and is very simple and cheap. Its dimensions are expediently chosen in such a way that it can be easily assembled to form a timber frame with squared timber and boards of normal dimensions. The extension parts can easily be attached to the middle board and removed from this and they make it possible to change the span of the formwork girder in relatively wide limits.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of part of a formwork support, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of this, FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 shows a side view of a formwork support, in particular for concreting Concrete ceilings, with supports,
Supporting beams and shuttering boards on a smaller scale.
The formwork support shown has a middle part 1, which consists of an upright board, which is cut out at both ends and thus at both ends above an outwardly facing part 1 'of smaller height. At both ends of the full height aufwei send part of this central part 1, the board is reinforced and protected by a border 2 made of iron.
Inward of the edging 2, the middle part 1 is surrounded on each side by a fitting 3, which on one side has a rectangular guide 3 'at about half the height of the fitting 3, on which the towards the end of the middle part 1 lying side below a support arm 3 "is provided. The outer ends of the outwardly protruding parts 1 'of the middle part 1 are also surrounded by a fitting 4, which protrudes horizontally at the bottom on the same side as the guide 3' of the fitting 3 Support arm 4 ', the end of which is bent upwards, has.
The upper, horizontal parts of the bezels 2 and the fittings 3 and 4 are recessed in the middle part 1 or in its parts 1 ', so that they are flush with the upper surface of the middle part 1 and its parts 1'. At each end of the central part 1, an extension part 5 made of wood is provided with a rectangular cross-section, which is guided in the guide 3 'of the fitting 3 displaceably. and on the support arm 3 ″ of the fitting 3 and on the support arm 4 'of the fitting 4.
This extension part 5 has on its top a recess 5 'from its inner end to about the middle, the depth of which corresponds to the thickness of the upper, horizontal part of the guide 3' of the Besehläges 3, so that the top of the outer part of this Extension part 5 is flush with the top of the middle part 1 and its parts 1 '.
For concreting a concrete ceiling, as can be seen from Fig. 4, a supporting beam 6 is arranged on supports 7 on two opposite sides on or near the rising masonry. Formwork supports of the type described are placed in the required number at equal distances from one another with their protruding parts 1 'on these supporting beams 6 and the extension parts 5 are pulled out as required. The actual formwork, in the case is provided shuttering boards 8, are placed here on across the middle parts 1, the outwardly protruding parts 1 'and the extension parts 5.
Since the middle parts 1, 1 'and the extension parts 5 are made of wood, the shuttering boards can, if necessary, be attached to these parts by means of nails.
The top of the middle part 1 can, if necessary, be arched to compensate for the deflection of the middle part 1 under the load of the concrete applied to the Selialunb, so that the formwork forms an exactly horizontal and flat support surface after the concrete has been applied.
The formwork support described can also be used appropriately for formwork for rising masonry.
