Description

  Eisenbetondecke.

  Reinforced concrete ceiling.

The invention relates to such reinforced concrete ceilings, in which the supporting beams are made in a known manner between ready-laid reinforced concrete slabs and removable formwork and consists in the fact that the embankment with the upholstered wood is attached directly to the load-bearing, fully laid reinforced concrete slabs forming the cover soffit To save ceiling height as possible.

Deek constructions with load-bearing ceiling panels arranged under the support beams are known per se, but only for those ceilings in which the support beams and lower ceiling panel are tamped in place.

In the drawing, the ceiling according to the invention is illustrated. FIG. 1 shows the ceiling in cross section, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the ceiling panel, FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the support ribs. Various embodiments are shown in cross section in FIGS. 4-6 and FIG. 7 shows the ceiling in a perspective view.

According to the invention, the reinforced concrete slabs a are made directly at the construction site or at a work station beforehand. The plates have grooves b on the edge, which facilitate the mutual connection. The iron inlays c protrude at the ends of the plates, which are then concreted into the support ribs. To produce the ceilings, simple under-

will. The panels a laid in this way form the armor and work floor and part of the support rib formwork. Furthermore, the support models t, which consist of screwed wooden slats, are attached to these plates by wedges g, h and iron brackets i (FIG. 3).

The reinforcement c of the slabs protrudes and engages the inside of the supporting ribs, so that after concreting the reinforced ribs, slabs and ribs they represent an organic whole.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, up to the upper edge of the ribs, an embankment of varnish is provided, in which the upholstery wood is embedded. According to FIG. 5, the embankment is made easier in that the upholstery wood j is placed on concrete or clay bodies. According to Fig. 6, only a small embankment is provided. The upholstery timbers j are attached to the ribbed belt with screws and the floor is simply nailed on. The advantages of the ceiling according to the invention lie in the possibility of rapid production of the small formwork and scaffolding material, the immediate load-bearing capacity and, in particular, in the low construction height.
