Household machine The invention relates to a household machine which can be used as a juice centrifuge and shredding machine for food and in which the material to be processed is guided in a filling channel against the outlet opening of this channel, opposite rotating shredding organs, and the shredded material then into one Centrifuge basket arrives.
In machines of this type, at least the mouth of the filling channel for the material to be processed has so far been arranged more or less eccentrically to the shredding organs, which are preferably combined to form a grating disc. This has the disadvantage that you can only use a small part of the diameter of the grating disc. Furthermore, since the filling channel when it is z.
B. with beets, apples and derglei chen is to be charged, a certain minimum diameter must have, so the diameter of the grating disc and thus that of the centrifuge basket was relatively large, and consequently there was a risk of the high operating speeds desired for good centrifugation Occurrence of imbalances. This made it necessary to work at relatively low speeds. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks and also to provide a machine which is mainly suitable for winning juices from vegetables such as potatoes, apples, celery, spinach and the like.
To achieve these purposes, according to the invention, in a machine of the type mentioned, the area of the outlet opening of the filling channel is kept greater than half that area that is coated by the shredding organs as they rotate. In this case, the center point of the outlet opening of the filling channel practically coincides with the center point of the last-mentioned surface, and the fixed filling channel opening towards the comminuting elements is advantageously arranged coaxially to the centrifuge basket.
This results in small diameters for all rotating parts for the time being, which enables the complete machine to be compact and inexpensive to manufacture, with vibrations and imbalances being easier to avoid than before and consequently increasing stability. There is also the possibility to operate the machine at high speed, so that it can only be used as an attachment for z. B. mixer drives can be used and speed reduction means, such as electrical resistors, reduction gears, speed controllers, can be dispensed with.
Operation at high speeds, for its part, enables faster and finer grating, to be precise even with a reduced number of grating elements, and thus also simpler and cheaper production of these elements. Secondly, the relatively large diameter of the filling channel permissible in a machine according to the present invention allows a greater filling capacity with convenient filling, since the material to be treated does not have to be reduced, or by far not as much as before. .
Thirdly, the coaxial arrangement of the filler channel to the drive shaft made possible by the inven- tion allows full utilization of the entire raffle disc surface at all times, avoiding a one-sided pressure load on this disc, which allows it to be made easier and cheaper Storage of their drive shaft allows.
The above-mentioned coaxial arrangement of the filling channel also allows a simple and inexpensive design of its mouth wall, since it does not have to be adapted to the raffle disc toothing that passes under it, as before, because the mouth wall can lie outside the circular path of the raffle organs.
Finally, the coaxial arrangement of the filling channel allows the distance between its mouth and the grating disc carrier or any auxiliary comminuting members to be dimensioned so precisely and small that only completely processed material gets into the centrifuge basket.
The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment on the accompanying drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 as an embodiment, the house holding machine in axial section and Fig. 2 the same in plan view, Fig. 3 the shredding organ carrier with the shredding organ on a smaller scale in plan view,
4 shows a cross section through the shredding organ carrier with the shredding organ, FIG. 5 shows a partial front view of the stopper pressure surface.
The household machine according to FIGS. 1 to 5 has a housing 1 with a circular ring-like liquid collecting channel 2, the bottom of which is strongly inclined towards an outlet 3, in order to accelerate the flow of liquid. This collecting channel is covered by a perforated ring disc 4, which separates the former from an impact chamber 5 of the centrifuge and acts as a secondary sieve. A centrifuge basket 6 rotates in this impact space 5.
He has a threaded ring 7 below, in which he is anchored ver with the lower cranked edge without its own ground. With the help of this threaded ring 7, the perforated centrifuge basket 6 is releasably screwed ver with the bead 8 of a circular disc 10 seated on the drive shaft 9 by this disc 10 forming the bottom of the centrifuge basket 6. The shredding rmgsorganträger, so the disc 10, protrudes from a knife 11 seated in it, which is inserted exchangeably into a dovetail guide 12 of the disc 10 and the drive shaft 9 and thereby secures the parts 9 and 10 to one another.
The drive shaft 9 is mounted in the housing center. Above the comminuting organ carrier 10 is the lower opening of the filling channel 13 of the cover 14 closing the housing 1 at least approximately centrally to it.
This filling channel 13 is not only arranged centrally to the shredding organ carrier 10 and its drive shaft 9, but the clear width of the filling channel is the working surface diameter of the rotating central shredding element 11 in terms of size, i.e. the area of the outlet opening of the filling channel is more than that Half of the area covered by the shredding organs as they rotate, in such a way that
that the processing material supplied in the filling channel 13 in the area of the internal channel mouth is detected and processed by the whole shredding organ, which at a speed of 8,000 to 12,000 revolutions per minute of the drive axle 9 he can follow. The filling channel 13 is equipped with a plug 15. Whose down = turned pressure area is with increases gene 16, z.
B. as shown in Figures 1 and 5 Darge, provided so that the plug 15, without the rotational movement mitztunachen, holds the processing material Ver, or in the event that the processing material is set by the comminution organ 11 in rotation, this then is rubbed on the pressure surface of the plug. In the cover 14, at least one ejection channel 17 inclined downwards at the outer end and arranged more or less tangentially to the circumference of the cover allows the continuous ejection of the pomace or the cut material from the centrifuge basket 6 into at least one z.
B. on the circumference of the housing on a hanging receptacle 18, which is open at the top, or can be covered with a lid tongue 19. Air holes 20 located in the cover 14 serve to prevent a vacuum in the liquid collecting channel 2, 5 or to promote the ejection of the pomace or the cut material by means of an air stream. At the upper edge of the basket 6, which is directed outwards, conveyor vanes 21 are attached upright, which rotate past the discharge channel 17 and guide processed material into the discharge channel in the conveying sense in the area of the same.
Instead of these conveying vanes 21, at least one guide vane protruding from the ejection channel 17 inwardly over the upper edge of the basket 6 can serve the same purpose. The cover 14 can be releasably secured on the housing 1 by means of a bayonet lock 22 or with any other suitable lock. The perforated centrifuge basket 6 can be lined with a wire mesh or filter cloth 23 from the inside.
Two grinding rings 24, 25 are arranged one above the other on the lower cover hub end of the filling channel 13 or on the comminuting organ support 10, in that they surround the knife 11 like a circular ring. The filling channel 13 is formed by the centrally arranged cover hub 26. The grinding rings 24, 25 serve as additional grinding organs to the centrally located grinding organ 11. At the outlet 3 for the juice obtained, a channel 27 with a hanging notch for a collecting vessel can be attached as an extension.
At the bottom, the housing 1 carries a threaded piece 28 through which the drive shaft 9 passes and onto which a fastening element 29 is screwed and secured by means of a nut 30. Means. resilient, outwardly projecting tongues 31, the fastening organ 29 engages in grooves 32 of cams 33 releasably, the latter sitting on the housing 34 of the lower part containing the electric motor, while the household machine described with the housing 1 is on a rubber plate 35 of the Housing 34 is supported. At hits 36 of the fastening member 29 limit the rotational path by resting laterally against the cam 33, as shown.
By turning the housing 1 to the left, the tongues 31 can emerge from the grooves 32, -do the household machine or the Ge housing 1 to solve from the housing 34 of the lower part. To prevent an excessive air vortex inside the rotating basket 6, ribs 37 directed radially outward from the cover hub 26 can be provided.
The United processing goods brought into the filling channel 13, for. B. beet, which is pressed with the stopper 15 against the comminution organ carrier 10 and against its comminution organ 11, is grated at a speed of 8000-12000 revolutions per minute by the comminution organ 11 into fine chips, which are between the grinding rings 24, 25 and there are completely broken open and crushed. The material ends up in the centrifuge basket 6.
There the released juice separates from the pomace and is thrown through the basket into the impact chamber 5, while the rising pomace is continuously conveyed through the ejection channel 17 into the collecting vessel 18, with the help of the conveyor wings 21. The released juice passes the perforated washer 4 is re-screened here and flows quickly through the drain 3 due to the large slope of the bottom of the collecting channel 2.
The processing of the goods is carried out by the very high number of revolutions of the comminuting element 11 and the sieve basket 6 as well as the described training and arrangement of the individual organs within a very short time and with the greatest possible juice extraction, without occurrence of the dreaded imbalance in known apparatus.
The transmission of operating power to the drive axle 9 can take place directly thanks to the possibility of high-speed operation without intermediate switching of reduction gears, speed regulators, electrical resistors and the same tools that make the whole thing more expensive, quite apart from the fact that these savings make the machine smaller and more manageable can be brought to trade.
When the cover 14 is lifted off, the centrifuge basket 6 can be unscrewed from the comminuting organ carrier 10 by inserting a socket wrench (not shown) into the corresponding boreholes of the carrier to hold it against the rotational movement.
Of course, two or more shredding organs 11 can also be arranged crosswise to one another on the carrier 10. The cutting edge of the comminuting element 11 can be corrugated, sloping downwards or also jagged. The central shredding organ 11 can be designed so that it also shreds in the zone of the pivot point, and means could also be provided that guide the processed material away from the zone of the pivot point.
The collecting vessel 18 could also be open at the bottom so that the clippings can be caught by it and fall into a vessel placed below.
The cross-sectional shape of the filling channel 13 and thus its stopper 15 must be a rotation-preventing, so that the stopper cannot follow the Ro tation movements. If the cross-sectional shape is round as drawn, then wedge 38 and keyway 39 prevent Ver turning the plug 15. The wedge 38-Lind the keyway 39 also limit the way of the plug 15 down so that it does not come into contact with the crushing organs.
The lower opening cross-section of the filling channel 13 can have a larger radius, that is, the filling channel can widen towards the lower opening, and a knife (not shown in the drawing) can be provided there, which runs transversely through the filling channel and its cutting edge is directed towards the filling opening.
This fixed knife, which is conveniently attached just above the shredding organ 11, and the shape of the shredding organ can be adapted, has the task of dividing the stuffed and pressed through the stopper good and preventing them from rotating. This knife, which if necessary can also be fitted in an adjustable manner, prevents the filling material or parts thereof from being caught by the axial movement of the comminuting element 11 and from rotating along with it.
Where it does not depend on a juice excretion, but rather z. B. on the ruffling of vegetables, preparation of muses or grinding of dry goods, such as. B. coffee and nuts, the centrifuge basket does not need to be perforated or it could be replaced by a non-perforated one. In this case the crushed material would be ejected without separating the juice.
