Palier fixe pour mobile d'horlogerie La présente invention a pour objet un palier fixe pour mobile d'horlogerie comprenant une monture renfermant un coussinet et un contre- pivot, ce dernier étant maintenu en place par une bride élastique engagée de façon amovible avec la monture ;
ce palier est caractérisé par le fait que celle-ci présente, à la hauteur du con- tre-pivot, une gorge circulaire s'ouvrant vers ce contre-pivot et dont la paroi extérieure, re foulée vers l'intérieur, présente une entrée, la bride susmentionnée présentant à chacune de ses extrémités une saillie, ces saillies étant tour nées du même côté, le tout de façon que la bride puisse être mise en place en faisant pas ser successivement chacune de ses extrémités dans l'entrée susmentionnée, ses deux saillies étant tournées vers l'extérieur - et s'engageant sous la paroi refoulée.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'inven tion. La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan. La fig. 2 ; est une coupe selon II-11 de la fig. 1.
Les fig. 3 et 4 représentent un détail de la forme d'exécution et des variantes de celui-ci. Le palier représenté comprend une monture 1 renfermant une pierre percée 2 formant cous sinet et une pierre contre-pivot 3. Le coussi net est ajusté dans la monture alors que le contre-pivot monté libre dans un logement 4 est maintenu en place par -une bride élastique 5. Les deux extrémités de cette bride présentent chacune une saillie 5a, en forme de demi- sphère, tournée vers le haut et engagée dans une gorge circulaire 6. Celle-ci est pratiquée dans la monture à la hauteur du contre-pivot et s'ouvre vers l'intérieur.
La paroi extérieure 7 de cette gorge est refoulée vers l'intérieur et présente une entrée 8.
La mise en place de la-bride s'effectue en faisant passer successivement chacune de' ses extrémités dans l'entrée susmentionnée et en engageant les saillies sous la paroi refoulée 7 dt la gorge, paroi qui les empêche de s'échapper.
Pour démonter le contre-pivot, on dégage une des extrémités de la bride en faisant passer une des saillies par l'entrée 8, l'autre extrémité restant engagée dans la gorge, ce qui permet de relever la bride.
La bride peut comporter des saillies en forme de demi-sphère à ses deux extrémités, ou bien seulement à l'une d'entre elles, l'autre étant terminée par une saillie en forme de cro chet 9. Dans ce dernier cas, -on, dégagera lors du démontage du contre-pivot le crochet est lais sera la saillie engagée.
Les saillies peuvent être pleines (fig. 3) ou simplement repoussées (fig. 4). Dans le premier cas, on découpera la bride dans une bande de métal étiré 10 avec un ou deux renflements 11 suivant que l'on veut obtenir une saillie en forme de demi-sphère et une saillie en forme de crochet ou deux saillies en forme de demi- sphère. Dans le second cas, les saillies seront obtenues par pression lors du découpage:

this bearing is characterized by the fact that the latter has, at the height of the counter-pivot, a circular groove opening towards this counter-pivot and of which the outer wall, re-trodden inwards, has an entrance , the aforementioned flange having a projection at each of its ends, these projections being turned on the same side, all so that the flange can be put in place by not successively making each of its ends in the aforementioned entry, its two projections being turned outward - and engaging under the repressed wall.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 is a plan view. Fig. 2; is a section on II-11 of FIG. 1.
Figs. 3 and 4 show a detail of the embodiment and variants thereof. The bearing shown comprises a frame 1 containing a drilled stone 2 forming a sinet neck and a counter-pivot stone 3. The net cushion is adjusted in the frame while the counter-pivot freely mounted in a housing 4 is held in place by a elastic flange 5. The two ends of this flange each have a projection 5a, in the form of a half-sphere, facing upwards and engaged in a circular groove 6. This is formed in the frame at the height of the counter-pivot and opens inward.
The outer wall 7 of this groove is forced inwards and has an inlet 8.
The installation of the flange is effected by passing each of its ends successively into the aforementioned inlet and by engaging the projections under the forced wall 7 in the groove, which wall prevents them from escaping.
To remove the counter-pivot, one of the ends of the flange is released by passing one of the projections through the inlet 8, the other end remaining engaged in the groove, which allows the flange to be raised.
The flange may have projections in the form of a hemisphere at its two ends, or else only at one of them, the other being terminated by a projection in the form of a hook 9. In the latter case, - when removing the counter-pivot, the hook will be released and the projection will be engaged.
The protrusions can be solid (fig. 3) or simply pushed back (fig. 4). In the first case, the flange will be cut out of a strip of stretched metal 10 with one or two bulges 11 depending on whether we want to obtain a projection in the form of a hemisphere and a projection in the form of a hook or two projections in the form of hemisphere.
