Description

  

  Toiture de véhicule.    L'objet de la présente invention est une  toiture de véhicule, comportant au moins un  panneau ajusté sur le pourtour d'une ouverture  correspondante et sur lequel sont articulés  des leviers pouvant tourner autour de char  nières solidaires de la partie fixe de la toiture,  ce panneau pouvant se rabattre sur celle-ci  en se déplaçant parallèlement à lui-même.  



  Les     fig.    1 à 5 du dessin annexé,  montrent à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exé  cution de l'objet de l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue de côté d'une car  rosserie suivant l'invention;  Les     fig.    2 et 3 en sont des vues de  dessus, la première avec les ouvertures fermées,  la seconde avec les panneaux rabattus sur  la toiture;  Les     fig.    4 et     5'    sont des vues de détails  montrant, la première un panneau ajusté sur  le pourtour de l'ouverture correspondante et  la seconde le même panneau pendant son  déplacement.  



  La     carrosserie    1 comporte deux ouver  tures 2 dont les pourtours forment chacun    respectivement une battue 7, sur laquelle  vient s'ajuster un panneau rectangulaire 3;  non loin des extrémités du grand axe de  symétrie de celui-ci sont articulés deux  leviers 4, lesquels peuvent tourner autour  des charnières     9.,    fixées sur l'un des côtés  de l'ouverture 2, et représentées schématique  ment au dessin. Le panneau 3 étant entraîné  par les extrémités articulées B des leviers  et pouvant tourner par rapport à ceux-ci,  peut donc se rabattre sur la toiture tout en  restant parallèle à lui-même.  



  Sur le pourtour du panneau 3 est fixée  un dispositif de protection métallique ô dont  le but est d'empêcher l'eau de pénétrer dans  la voiture par le joint formé par le panneau  3 et la battue 7. Le panneau est maintenu  solidement pressé sur la battue 7 au moyen  d'un dispositif de fixation 6 représenté  schématiquement au dessin.  



  Le but de la     présense    invention est de  posséder au moyen d'une seule carrosserie  les avantages de la voiture ouverte avec  ceux de la voiture fermée.

The object of the present invention is a vehicle roof, comprising at least one panel fitted around the periphery of a corresponding opening and on which levers are articulated which can turn around hinges integral with the fixed part of the roof, this panel that can be folded down onto it by moving parallel to itself.

  Fig. 1 is a side view of a bodywork according to the invention; Figs. 2 and 3 are top views, the first with the openings closed, the second with the panels folded over the roof; Figs. 4 and 5 'are detail views showing, the first a panel fitted around the periphery of the corresponding opening and the second the same panel during its movement.



  The body 1 comprises two openings 2, the peripheries of which each form a battue 7 respectively, on which a rectangular panel 3 fits; not far from the ends of the major axis of symmetry thereof are articulated two levers 4, which can rotate around the hinges 9., fixed on one of the sides of the opening 2, and shown schematically in the drawing. The panel 3 being driven by the articulated ends B of the levers and being able to rotate relative to the latter, can therefore be folded back onto the roof while remaining parallel to itself.



  On the perimeter of the panel 3 is fixed a metal protection device ô the purpose of which is to prevent water from entering the car through the seal formed by the panel 3 and the battue 7. The panel is kept firmly pressed on the beaten 7 by means of a fixing device 6 shown schematically in the drawing.



  The object of the present invention is to have by means of a single body the advantages of the open car with those of the closed car.

REVENDICATION Toiture de véhicule, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un panneau est ajusté sur le pourtour d'une ouverture correspondante et sur lequel sont articulés des leviers pouvant tourner autour de charnières solidaires de la partie fige de la toiture; ce panneau pouvant se rabattre sur celle-ci en se déplaçant paral lèlement â lui-même. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS: 1 Toiture selon la revendication, caractérisée en ce que sur le pourtour du panneau est figé un dispositif de protection métallique. 2 Toiture selon la revendication, caractérisée en ce que le panneau est solidement appuyé sur- le pourtour de l'ouverture correspondante au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation.
