Infolge dieser Aufwärtsbewegung der Ven tilnadel wird diese aus ihrem Sitz gehoben und lässt die Di-Liekflüssigkeit im Raum15 durch die Längsbohrung 14 entweiehen. Da die Entleei-uin- schneller ist als die Füllun- des Raumes15 mit Flüssigkeit durch den Drosselkanal16, wird das Druek,-;
Control valve for hydraulic fluids. The present invention relates to a control valve for pressurized fluids, which is provided with a valve member, which in one direction through a control pressurized fluid. is operated by means of a piston located in a cylinder and in the opposite direction by an elastic Rfiekstellkraft.
According to the invention, this valve is characterized in that the cylinder is provided with an outlet for the control fluid on the side opposite the inlet with respect to the piston, the C Inlet and outlet are connected to one another by a throttle liney,
which aims to control the speed of the Rilekstellbewegung the piston by the elastic force.
Several exemplary embodiments of the control valve according to the invention are shown on the drawing, on the basis of which the application of a number of such valves for controlling the loading of a total number of pumps is explained.
Fin-. 1 is a vertical section through a control valve, in which the control pressure fluid is fed to the outer side of the piston and discharged from the inside.
Fil-. Figure 2 is a similar section through a simpler valve in which there is a single valve member. FIG. 3 is a vertical section through a valve similar to that according to FIG. 1, in which, however, the control pressure fluid is guided to the inside of the piston and discharged from the outer side.
Fig. 4 is a vertical section through a valve similar to that of Fig. 1, but with some modifications.
Fig. 5 is a vertical section through a control valve similar to that of Fig. 3, but which is provided with a control spindle, and Figs. 6-4 to 6D Show four control valves similar to that of Fig. 4 for controlling the loading of four pumps.
Each of the valves shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 4 and 5 has a valve housing 1 with a bore that is guided by a guide element 4 is divided into two parts 2 and 3 . One part 2 forms a hydraulic cylinder for the control pressure fluid, and in the other part 3 the main valve element 5 is displaceably guided. In the hydraulic. Cylinder is a piston 6 arranged to be movable back and forth.
The control pressure fluid enters the cylinder on one side of the piston 6 through the inlet 7 and leaves it through the outlet 8 one or more, continuously open throttle openings 9. These latter form a throttle line, through which the movement of the piston in the cylinder is regulated in both directions.
In the housing part 3 there are an inlet 10 and an outlet 11 for the main pressure fluid, which are connected to one another via a passage 12. This passage is dominated by a conical part 13 of the valve member 5 .
A longitudinal bore 14 runs through the valve member 5 , to which the main pressure fluid from a balance chamber 15 on the opposite side of the valve member 5 the outlet 11 can get.
The main pressure fluid arrives from the inlet 10 through the permanently open throttle channel 16 into the equalization chamber 15 and flows off through the bore 14 more quickly than through the throttle channel 16. This is done under the control of a valve needle 17 the tip of which sits in the upper end of the bore 1.-1.
The purpose of the permanently open throttle channel 16 is to maintain a pressure balance on both sides of the main valve member 5 until this equilibrium is destroyed after the opening of the longitudinal bore 14. The pressure stroke of the piston 6 occurs against the resistance of the spring 18. Either this spring is used to move the piston in the sense of opening the bore 14 by the </ B > Needle 17 or used in the sense of closing this hole.
If the aforementioned equilibrium is destroyed, the main valve member 5 is forced ', by the pressure on the differently large areas at the inlet 10 follow the movement of the valve needle züi and open the passage 12 in the process.
In the example according to FIG. 1, the control fluid is fed into the cylinder via the piston 6 and the spring 18 is in the piston arranged. She is sitting on a ring 19 ani. outer end of the valve needle 17 so that it has the tendency to pull the needle 17 against the resistance of the pressure acting on the piston 6 from its Lift off the seat.
In this example, the outer or upper end of the piston 6 has a reduced diameter, so that a gap of a few hundredths of a millimeter is created between this upper part and the bore of the cylinder.
The throttle openings 9. open into this space. These run laterally through the 'N, #' and the piston 6 at all of its upper end and thus let control fluid out of the space Above the piston with a certain visual velocity into the interior of the piston and flow down from m there through the outlet 8 .
The permissible outflow speed through the throttle openings 9 is dimensioned such that a pressure is nevertheless maintained above the piston which overcomes the counteracting pressure of the spring 18 .
As soon as control pressure fluid reaches the interior of the cylinder, the passage 12 is closed. If the supply of the steering fluid to the cylinder is interrupted, the spring 18 pushes the valve needle 17 and the piston 6 upwards. This takes place at a speed which is determined by the force of the spring 18 on the one hand and the combined cross-section of the throttle openings 9 on the other.
As a result of this upward movement of the valve needle, it is lifted out of its seat and allows the leech fluid in space 15 to escape through the longitudinal bore 14. Since the emptying is faster than the filling of the space 15 with liquid through the throttle channel 16, the pressure is, -;
Borrowed on the opposite sides of the valve member 5 , and the latter will therefore follow the valve needle until they look like it hit and close the longitudinal bore 14, whereupon the pressure balance is restored. In this new position of the valve member 5 , the passage passage 12, which connects the inlet 10 with the outlet 11 , is open.
By arranging the openings 9 in such a way that they open into the narrow space around the upper end of the piston 6 , large foreign bodies are prevented from entering the openings 9 and possibly clog them. In order to wipe off such large foreign bodies entering the gap through the piston at its upward lub, a deep annular groove 20 is formed in the oil, namely at the lower end of the reduced part, which collects and absorbs such particles.
The spring 18 points in relation to the small force. which acts in this direction on the end of the valve needle protruding into the space 15, exerts a force that is many times greater. This ensures that the speed of movement of the valve needle is not significantly influenced by changes in pressure in the main liquid and that the speed of movement of the valve member 5 corresponds to it.
This valve member 5 is also acted upon by the pressure of the main liquid on a larger area than the valve needle 17.
A separate control valve, which is not shown, is provided to control the control fluid. This control valve only needs to be opened and closed to be able to.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the valve needle 17 simultaneously forms the control and main valve member. The main valve element 5 is thus superfluous.
According to FIG. 3, the valve is opened by the control push-button and closed by the spring 18 . In this case the inlet 7 is below the piston 6 and the outlet 8 is on the cover. Furthermore, the spring 18 acts on the upper side of the piston 6. A weaker spring 21 in the piston 6 serves to maintain, the contact of the valve needle 17 with the piston 6 so that they move together.
Instead of the openings 9 in the piston 6 , throttle openings 22 are arranged in series in the disks 23 in a chamber 24. This chamber 24 establishes the connection between the two sides of the piston 6 via the passages 25 and 26 . An adjusting tube 27 with lock nut 28 limits the opening movement of the valve needle.
The cross-section of the openings is such that the control (Irtiek on the lower side of the piston 6 'is enough to overcome the effect of the control spring 18 and the valve needle 17 upwards. This movement is followed by valve element 5 and thus opens the valve.
If, on the other hand, the supply of the control pressure fluid is interrupted, the control spring 18 presses the piston 6 and the valve needle 17 downwards so that the valve is closed will sen. The closing speed is determined by the force of the spring on the one hand and the number and area of the openings 22. A throttle line with such openings 22 can also be used in the valves according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The embodiment of Fig. 4 is suitable for the case where a number of such valves must be grouped together to control the work flow of a number of pumps. The purpose of this arrangement is to eliminate or reduce impact in the outlet lines.
In this valve, the throttle line between the inlet 7 and the outlet 8 is through a borehole. 29, a pin 30 </ B > with throttle opening 31 and a drilled passage 32 formed in the valve housing .
Furthermore, in the case of the valve according to FIG. 4, a connection 33 is present in the cover, which through a drilled passage 34 on the one hand via a pin 35 with radial holes 36 and an axial hole 37 and on the other hand via an annular groove 38 is connected to the cylinder bore.
If, for example, four of these valves are used to control the load on an equal number of pumps, they have the design illustrated in FIGS. 6A to 6D. The control pressure fluid., Z. B. Oil, is fed to the inlet 7 of the valve according to FIG. 6A , while the connection 33 of this valve is connected to the inlet 7 of the valve according to FIG. 6B and so on.
It can also be seen that the pin 30 with the opening 31 in the valves according to FIGS. 6B, 6C and 6D is replaced by a solid peg 30 '.
Therefore, if the pumps have to be loaded at the beginning of a pressing process, control pressure oil is supplied to the inlet 7 of the valve according to FIG. 6A. This pushes the piston 6 of this valve downwards. This in turn closes the conical seat through the valve member 5, and the pump I controlled by this valve is loaded. When the piston 6 has completed the major part of its stroke but is still removed from the closed position, the upper surface of the piston 6 forms the annular groove 38 < / B> free.
Therefore, control pressure oil can now flow through the annular groove 38 the drilled passage 34 and the connection 33 of the valve according to FIG. 6A at the inlet 7 of the Get valve of Fig. 6B. The valve according to FIG. 6B now closes in exactly the same way as the valve according to FIG. 6A, and the pump II controlled by this valve is loaded.
In a similar way, control pressure oil is now fed to the valves according to FIGS. 6C and 6D, and the further pumps III and IV are started up one after the other, causing blows in the lines be excluded.
It is also desirable to put the pumps out of operation one after the other - when the pressing is completely or partially finished in order to avoid knocks in the outlet lines. As described, the spring lifts in the valve according to FIG. 6A 18, when the supply of control pressure oil to the valve is interrupted, the piston 6 and the valve needle 12, specifically in accordance with the drainage of oil from the chamber the piston through the throttle opening 31.
As soon as the valve member 5 which is resting in the cone seat7 begins to lift, the pump 1 is relieved via the outlet 11 .
C 3 <begins when the valve needle 17 and the piston 6 have lifted a certain amount in the valve according to FIG. 6A / B> lower edge of the piston 6 to open the axial hole 37 in the pin 35 .
As a result, the outlet 8 passes through the hole 37, the radial containers' 36, the drilled passage 34 and the connection 133 < / B> of the valve according to FIG. 6A with the inlet 7 of the valve according to FIG. 6B in connec tion, whereby the chamber above the piston of this valve is relieved.
The spring 18 of the valve according to FIG. 6B can now lift the piston 6 and the valve needle IN , whereby the oil </ B > through the outlet 8 of the valve according to Fi-. 6A can flow out of your space above k3 half of the piston.
As a result, the valve member 5 of the valve according to FIG. 6B, which is in the conical seat, begins to lift, and the pump II controlled by this valve is relieved. Similarly, the ITT Lind IV pumps are relieved one after the other.
In the valve according to FIG. 5, a control spindle is provided which is displaceably arranged in the central bore 14 of the cone valve element 5. The pin 40 closes the lower end of the central bore 14, while immediately below the small conical seat at the upper end of the valve member 5 an annular chamber 41 is provided, which via a drilled passage 42 with the. Outlet 11 is connected.
In this way, the upper end of the spindle 39 and the lower side of the valve needle 17 are permanently connected to the outlet 11 , while the lower end of the Control spindle 39 is connected to the inlet 10 via the borehole 43.
The control spindle 039 is ground into the central bore 14 of the valve member 5 . This valve can be used in vertical presses, where it is often desirable to let the press plates drop quickly, but at a controlled speed, until they almost touch the workpiece, after which the pressing process is started slowly.
This can be achieved by connecting the E, inlet 10 to the lifting cylinders of the press.
If the control valve oil is then brought to the inlet 7 , the piston 6 and the valve member 5 resting in the cone seat are lifted one through the adjusting tube < B> 37 a certain amount. The press plates fall freely at a controlled speed, the liquid exiting via inlet 10 and outlet 11 .
At a point before the workpiece comes into contact, the supply of the control pressure oil is interrupted and the spring 18 pushes the piston 6 downwards, whereby the oil </ B> ans the chamber under the piston through the opening, 31 reaches the outlet 8 . Therefore the valve member 5 resting in the cone seat has the tendency to close and the pressure increases in the stroke valve. because liquid is being pumped into the flaup cylinder.
When the f) riiek has risen in the former so that it over the passage 43 the spindle 39 against M CC the action of the spring 18 is able to raise, this lifts the valve member 5 slightly, whereby oil is removed from the lifting cylinders at this pressure.
Therefore, if the supply of the control (Ii-iiel,: oil is interrupted, the fall of the pressure plates will be stopped and the remainder of the stroke will be done by pumping the plates downwards.
