Device for attaching objects to holding parts. The invention relates to a device for attaching objects, for. B. share workpieces or the like to hold, z. B.
Machine tables, which contains a tab-like tensioning member, which by means of a screw device to be brought into engagement in the holding part is tensioned in such a way that it rests with its one end part on a height compensation device resting on the holding part and the other end part placed on the holding part, to be fastened object was pressed against the holding part.
In the known devices of this type, the screwing device consists of a screw bolt which can either be screwed into the clamping table and presses with its head on the clamping member or engages with its head in a groove of the clamping table, the clamping member through a nut of this screw bolt is tightened. In order to obtain a large clamping range with these designs, the screw bolt must be selected to be very long.
This is disadvantageous in that when attaching low workpieces, a significant part of the screw bolt either protrudes on the underside of the clamping table or protrudes beyond the clamping member and thereby affects the freedom of movement of the clamping member or the holding part. To avoid this inconvenience, the bolts would have to be adapted to the dimensions of the workpiece, which would require a large number of bolts of different lengths and their frequent replacement and is therefore unfavorable in terms of material and labor.
It is also known to provide the screw device with a threaded sleeve and with a screw member that can be screwed into this sleeve, the screw member being provided with thread over almost its entire length and the bore of the sleeve being at least approximately as long as the Threaded part of the screw link. The screw link is a cap screw seated in the tendon,
which rests on a grid staircase of the height compensation device, and the clamping member itself is only rotatable about the axis of the screw device, but not adjustable transversely thereto. This device also has several disadvantages. First of all, a double setting is required, namely that of the grid staircase and that of the adjustment screw. Furthermore, the fact that the tensioning member is not adjustable transversely restricts its clamping range in this direction.
In the fastening device according to the invention, the tensioning member is arranged on an upper part of the height adjustment device transversely to the longitudinal axis of the screwing device so that it can be adjusted, which upper part is rotatably mounted about the longitudinal axis of the screwing device and via its projection directly cooperates with a stepped compensating member, which also if is mounted pivotably about the longitudinal axis of the screwing device.
The use of a stepped support for the tendon is already known per se. However, in the known Einrich device, the stepped base is not pivotable about the axis of the screwing device, but rather arranged loosely rotatably at one end of the tension member. The axis of rotation of the pad protrudes from the tendon. This arrangement also has the disadvantage mentioned above that for the purpose of He.
Reaching a large clamping area, the axis of rotation must be designed to be correspondingly long and thus has a disruptive effect on the freedom of movement of the holding part.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention is shown, namely show: Fig. 1 and 2, the device in view and plan view, Fig. 3 and 4, two other settings of the fastening device. The fastening device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 contains a strap-like clamping member 70 which is set by a head screw 12, which engages a threaded sleeve 14 in a screwed manner.
The sleeve 14 has at the un tern end a collar 16 which is inserted in a groove 18 of the holding part 20, for example a machine table on which, for example, a workpiece is to be fastened by means of the device. The sleeve is at least approximately as long as the threaded part of the head screw 12. About the longitudinal axis of the screw device 12, 14, a height compensation device is rotatably mounted.
This consists of an upper part 22 which is rotatably arranged between the upper end of the sleeve 14 and the clamping member 10 on the shaft of the head screw and is provided on the underside with a recess 23 with which it can engage around the upper end of the sleeve 14 , and a step-shaped compensating member resting on the holding part 26. A downwardly projecting arm 24 of the part 22 cooperates with the step-shaped compensating member 26, which can be pivoted about the sleeve 14.
One on the shaft of the head screw and a set from the upper part of the sleeve is coaxially arranged coil spring 28 strives to hold the upper part 22 together with the clamping member 10 against the head of the screw 12. Die Umlfeder 28 ist mit dem Sitzbellag 24 an.
In the clamping member 10 is a longitudinal slot 30 for the passage of the head screw 12 vorgese hen, which makes it possible to provide the Spunglied 10 relative to the upper part 22 transversely to the longitudinal axis of the screw device 12, 14 to ver. This adjustment is limited by two upwardly directed, the limb 10 leading tab 32 of the upper part 22, the end faces of which work together with the corresponding impact shoulder surfaces 34 of the tendon 10.
When attaching a workpiece 36 lying on the machine table 20 to the former, the height adjustment device 22, 24 and 26 is to be adjusted to a height corresponding to the workpiece size by placing the part 24 on a corresponding step of the member 26 and the screwing device is to be closed by tightening the head screw 12 be operated until the workpiece 36 is clamped tightly by the free end part of the clamping member 10 that extends over the workpiece, the other end part of the member 10 resting on the compensating device.
In FIG. 1, the fastening device is shown in a position which corresponds to the smallest workpiece height that can be clamped. In Fig. 3, however, the device is shown clamping a workpiece 36a, which is almost twice as high as the workpiece 36 in Fig.l. The clamping range of the fastening device can, however, be increased even further if, according to FIG. 4, for clamping a workpiece 36b, the other, cranked,
In FIGS. 1 to 3, the rear end part 38 of the clamping member 10 is used. The overall height of the device is only slightly greater than the height of the workpiece itself.
Finally, it should be mentioned that the individual parts of the device, with appropriate design and arrangement, always form a cohesive unit, which enables quick and easy work.
