Fig.1 zeigt den Querschnitt eines Spül ventils.
Flushing valve with valve body controlled by a counter pressure chamber. The flush valves used in particular for toilet systems are provided with a pipe interrupter to prevent dirty water from being sucked back into the water pipe if a negative pressure arises in this, for example, due to a broken pipe or other accidents. This pipe interrupter now has not only aerodynamic after parts, but also requires a significant amount of noise. Measures to close the air inlet openings of the pipe interrupter during the flushing process controlled by the exiting jet have not yet been implemented in practice.
Such a measure would probably largely cancel out the generation of noise, but the sharp changes in cross-section mean that the desired results cannot be achieved for utilizing the flow energy. In the case of unfavorable inflow and pressure conditions, however, it is quite desirable to largely use the energy available in the water line for the flushing process.
According to the invention, the flush valve is open. its water pressure side is provided with a ventilation valve.
This ventilation valve advantageously simultaneously forms the screw connection of the valve housing, from which connection channels in the valve housing expediently lead into the lower valve chamber, which can be obtained by arranging the counter-pressure chamber for the valve piston in the middle of the valve housing chamber and through control channels for the back pressure chamber on receiving longitudinal ribs with the 'valve housing body is connected.
The valve body of the venting valve serving as a closing screw connection is advantageously under spring action, which is coordinated so that the valve body guided from bottom to top against its seat is balanced in weight in the area of its closed position - almost in a floating state.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is shown game of the subject invention. Fig.1 shows the cross section of a flush valve.
FIG. 2 shows a plan view in section along the line A-B in FIG.
The flush valve is connected with its connector 1 to the water pipe and with its connector 2 to a basin leading to the toilet or other flushing line. The valve body 3 moves with its upper part carrying the sealing collar 4 in the counter-pressure chamber 5. The valve body is under the action of the spring 6. The counter-pressure chamber 5 is completed by the screw connection 7. The counter-pressure chamber 5 is defined by webs 8 in the middle of the valve housing 9 and forms with this downwardly running channels 10, which bind the valve space above the back pressure chamber 5 Ven 11 with the main valve chamber 12 ver.
The inflow to the back pressure chamber 5 takes place via the channel 13 in a web 8, into which a control organ 14 which determines the inflow is inserted. The drainage takes place via the channel 15 in the other web 8 via the push button valve 16 and the adjoining channel 17 opening into the drainage connector 2.
Theschlussverschraubumg 18 of the valve housing 9 has a stepped bore 19 which is closed by a cap 20 at the top. The bore 19 is connected to the outside air by radial channels 21. With the valve seat formed by the offset bore 19 acts. the valve body 23 together, which is under the action of the spring 24, the other end of which is supported against the annular disc 25 screwed or snapped into the lower end of the bore 19.
The valve body 23 forms in its lower part a floating body 26. It is seated above with pins 27 in the bore above the valve.
The operation of the flush valve is as follows: If the push button 16 is pressed, the counterpressure chamber 5 is relaxed and emptied by the valve piston 3, 4 pushed upwards under the line pressure via the channels 15, 17 into the outlet port 2 of the valve.
After releasing the push button 16, the path is closed via the channels 15, 17 ge, and the back pressure chamber 5 fills in the time set by the throttle member 14 and moves the valve body 3, 4 against its seat.
If a negative pressure now occurs in the water pipe due to any circumstances, this is transmitted via the channels 10 to the upper housing space 11 and acts on the valve body 23.
Since the valve body is only just balanced in weight in the area of its closed position by the appropriately selected spring 24, that is, it is in unstable equilibrium, it is moved downwards from its seat. Outside air flows in via ducts 21 and the negative pressure in the supply line is equalized.
Since the valve body 3 is held in the closed position by the relatively strong spring 6, but the valve 3, 4 can only open when the push button 16 is actuated when the water line and valve chamber are under overpressure, dirty water is sucked in via the Valve stub 2 off closed. This in particular because the ventilation valve body 23 responds to the slightest negative pressure and the ventilation cross-sections are selected to be very large who can.
The ventilation valve body 23 can be adjusted by appropriately dimensioning the strength of the spring 24 so that it is held in the closed position or in a slightly open position when the valve is also to be used for venting the line. Due to the formation of the valve body 23 as a floating body, a sufficiently quick closure of the valve will take place even with a small opening position for the venting, without the fear of an escape of water.
In any case, instead of the flushing valve drawn with a self-floating valve body, such a valve body with a valve body pressed on by levers could also be used. The channels 10 can be designed, for example, as ne adjacent holes. Instead of leading the supply and discharge channels 13, 15 and 17 through the housing body, these channels and the discharge valve Ent can also be provided in the valve piston body 3, 4 in a known manner.
