Blade element on a flow machine. The present invention relates to a blade element on a flow machine, for. B. axial or radial turbine or compressor, as z. B. be used in gas turbine plants.
During operation, the individual elements of the buckling are subjected to changing aerodynamic loading, which results in torsional vibrations around axes, which are caused in the longitudinal direction by the blade part of such an element, that is. from the root to the tip of the blades. These torsional vibrations often lead to the breakage of such blade elements.
The present invention aims to improve the blade elements in such a way that the risk of a breakage occurring as a result of such torsional vibrations is reduced.
According to the present invention, the viewing element is one on a shaft. attached shovel owns which shaft. has a fastening root at its end distant from the blade, characterized in that the cross-section of the shaft is designed and is in such a position with respect to the blade cross-section that the aerodynamic loads on the blade during operation are a rotating moment in one sense and generate a moment rotating in the opposite direction on the shaft.
This means that the resulting vibration appearance is smaller. This results in smaller dynamic stresses in the blade root, which also reduces the risk of breakage.
With a blade element of an axial compressor or an axial turbine z. B. is the twist axis of the blade on one side of a plane which is perpendicular to the compressor or turbine axis and in which the aerodynamic axis of the blade lies.
The aerodynamic axis can be defined as the geometric location of all aerodynamic pressure centers of the individual blade cross-sections, this axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the blade, namely between the twisting axis and the leading edge of the blade.
The subject matter of the invention is to be explained in more detail, for example, with the aid of the accompanying drawing. 1 shows an axial section through part of an axial compressor, FIG. 2 shows a larger-scale section along line 2-2 in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a variant of the fastening means of the blade elements on the rotor, FIG. 4 schematically a cut.
according to the line 4-4 in FIG. 1, FIG. 5, 6, 7 and 5 variants of the visual blading element shown in FIG. 4, FIGS. 9 and 10 show a front and side view of a variant of the blading element and FIG. 1.1 and 1'2 a front or side view. another variant of the Sehaufelungs- element.
1 and 2, in which a part of an axial compressor in axial section is Darge, this compressor has a zen tral rotor shaft 20, which has a number of:
Disk members carries, of which two disk 0 o # ieder 21 and 22 are shown. These disc members are torsionally connected to the shaft 20 by means of teeth 23. These teeth 23 are ge at the free ends of parts 24 forms, which parts have the form of axial Hül sen and protrude from the central parts of the discs 2.1 and 22. These disks 21 and 2'2 are centered on the shaft 20 by means of parts 25,
which parts also have the form of axial sleeves and protrude from the central parts of the disks, namely opposite the parts 24, and which parts 25 are in engagement with the shaft 20 at their thickened ends via a pushed shoulder rings 26.
The discs 21 and 22 have a thickened edge 27 on which the blade elements of the compressor are attached in a known manner. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rotor blade elements 34 are provided with so-called fir tree roots 28, which are in engagement with appropriately designed, axially extending recesses in the edge part 27.
On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 3, the blade elements can be attached by means of eyelets and pins, these elements being provided at their foot end with eyelets 29 which are placed on both sides of a radial flange 30 of the disc rim 27, through the eyelets 29 and pivot pins 31 protruding from the flange 30 are provided for the purpose of fixing the blade elements in their position with respect to the edge 27, namely with. limited freedom of rotation.
The disks forming the rotor of the compressor are axially separated from one another by spacer rings 32 and held in place, which spacer rings are provided with circumferential grooves on their end faces, in which axially directed ribs 33 engage, which are attached to the disk edge 27, by the distance to hold rings coaxially with respect to the discs.
Each slice, e.g. B. the disks 21 and 22 carry a ring of 'vane ring elements, one disc each being provided for one stage of the rotor blades of the compressor.
Between each ring of saw blade elements 34 is a ring of stator blades 35 which are fastened to the stator housing (not shown), the stator blades 35 according to FIG. 1 having platforms 36 at their radial inner ends, which together form part of the ring vand of the working duct of the compressor.
The platforms 36 are provided at their ends remote from the blades 3.5 with radial flanges 37, which look up close to the outer surfaces of the spacer rings 32 he stretch. The blade elements 34 of the rotor have blades 34a which act on the fluid flowing through the axial compressor; The blades 34a sit at their foot end on platforms 34b, which together form part of the annular wall of the working fluid duct of the compressor and smooth extensions of the wall part formed by the platforms 36.
The platforms 34b are connected to the roots of the blade elements 34 by means of shafts 34e, the shape and purpose of which will be described below.
When an axial compressor is operated, the blade elements 34 are subjected to alternating aerodynamic loads, which loads generate torsional oscillations in them, which frequently lead to the breakage of the blade elements. L:
In order to reduce the extent of the torsional vibrations to which the blades 34a of the blade elements 34 are subjected with respect to the roots 28, the cross-sections of the shafts 34c are designed and arranged with respect to the cross-sections of the blades 34a in such a way that the torsion axes of the blades 34a , and the shafts 34e lie on opposite sides of a plane,
which is perpendicular to the compressor axis and which contains the aerodynamic axes of the blades 34a. The shafts 34c can have a wide variety of shapes; some of them are shown in FIGS. 4 to 8 Darge provides. According to FIG. 4, the shaft is designed as a T-beam, the transverse web of which is arranged near the leading edge of the blade platform 34b.
The pressure point of application of the blade 34a. is denoted by X and is the axis of twist of the blade 34a. indicated at Y. The torsion axis of the shaft 34e, the position of which has been found reclineriseh, runs ver.
along the connection of the shaft webs and is denoted by Z, whereby it can be seen that the twisting axes Y and Z lie on opposite sides of a plane which is at right angles to the compressor axle and which contains the 1) riiekkraftaclise of the blade, which contains the geometric Is the location of the points X of each Sehaufel cross section.
In such an arrangement, the twisting of the blade 34a that occurs as a result of the compressive force loads is opposite to that of the shaft 34c, so that the resulting twisting of the blade 34a with respect to the root of the blade element is reduced, and thus also the oscillation amplitude.
Fig. 5 shows a blade element, the shaft of which is designed as a V-beam, the webs of which are connected to one another near the leading edge of the 'blade platform 34b. It can be seen that the torsion axes Y and Z of the blade 34a and of the shaft 34-c (the latter being found by calculation) with respect to the aerodynamic axis X of the blade 34a are arranged in the same way as in the example according to FIG. 4 described above . are.
Fig. 6 shows. another version in which the shaft. 34c [: -cross-section, the connecting web being arranged near the leading edge of the blade split form 34b. The torsion axis of the shaft, which can be found mathematically in a known way, it stretches along the middle of the web, so that the alignment of the torsion axes Y and Z and the aerodynamic axis X is the same. as in the two examples described above according to FIGS. 4 and 5.
7 shows a section of a blade element in which the shaft 34c has a circular cross-section and is split along one side of the shaft. This gap is provided on the side of the shaft which is further away from the leading edge of the platform 34b.
With this design of the shaft, the twisting axis Z of the shaft 34e lies, as would be mathematically found, outside the shaft and the platform on the side of the shaft opposite the gap, so that in this example the twisting axis Z of the sheep tes 34e outside the leading edge of the blade platform 34b, namely on the side of this platform which is remote from the blade 34a.
The torsion axes Y and Z of the blade 34a and of the shaft 34e, however, also lie on opposite sides of a plane containing the 1) return force axis X, so that the extent of the torsional vibrations of the blade 34a with respect to the root of the blade element is reduced. .
According to FIG. 8, the shaft 34c has an angular cross-section, the legs of which are connected to one another near the leading edge of the vane platform, the one leg extending across the latter near the leading edge of the platform. The twist axis Z of the shaft extends. In this embodiment, as the calculation shows, along the shaft near the connecting line of the two legs, so that here, as in the previous examples, the torsion axes Y and Z lie on opposite sides of a plane containing the pressure and force axis X.
In addition to such a design and arrangement of the shaft that its twisting axis and that of the blade on opposite sides of one the aerodynamic <. see the axis of the plane containing the blade, means can be provided for friction damping of the vibrations of the blade or its associated plate. form. Such a device is shown in FIGS. 9 and 7.0, a blade being provided with a shaft according to FIG. 4 and having a root as shown in FIG.
The shaft 34c is seen at its end remote from the blade platform 34b and at the rear edge (remote from the twist axis) with a flange 38 on which a leaf spring 39 is attached, which extends in the radial direction outward and with her free end flies on the rear surface of the blade platform 34b. As a result, vibrations of the blade platform 34b, which are a consequence of the torsional vibrations of the blade 34a, are dampened by the frictional action of the leaf spring resting on the rear surface of the platform.
Another example of this type is shown in FIGS. In this Ausfüh tion eyelets 40 are provided, on the underside of the blade platform, which eyelets form extensions of the rear edge of the shaft and are provided with openings. After the assembly of the blade rings, a wire 41 is drawn through this opening around the blade ring, which has a damping effect on the vibrations of the platforms 34a relative to the roots of the blade elements, which vibrations are a consequence of torsional vibrations of the blade.
It should be noted that in all of the examples shown, the platforms 34b are separated from one another by a space. The circumferential gap between adjoining platforms can be such that mechanical damping occurs through mutual contact between the platforms, whereby excessive bending or torques of the shaft around its root attachment are switched off.
