Device for controlling a hydraulic working cylinder. The invention relates to a device for controlling a hydraulic working cylinder by means of two control valves in which the pressure fluid acts directly in the opening direction and a spring common to both valves acts on the movable valve body via a lever in the closing direction.
Known devices of this type have the disadvantage that after the actuation force has ceased, the lever returns to its starting position on the movable valve body under the permanent force of the pressure fluid. As a result, the initial control state is restored in an undesirable manner. If the spring engages between the two valves on the lever, the return to the starting position causes the working piston to stop immediately in the respective position.
If, on the other hand, the spring engages at a free end, a valve remains open, which moves the piston into one of its two end positions. However, this is not sufficient for the requirements that arise in practice.
Other known devices, in which the movable valve bodies of both valves are rigidly connected to one another, are constructed in such a way that the operating lever which has been brought into one of its end positions by hand remains so that the associated control state is also maintained . Accordingly, the working piston also remains in one or the other end position. The disadvantage here is that the working piston. cannot be stopped in any intermediate position.
The aim of the invention is to satisfy a need originating from practice to create the possibility that on the one hand the control is in each of its two end positions. persist and on the other hand the Kol ben can be stopped in any intermediate position, without the need for permanent action on operating organs in the respective situation. It is characterized in that a manually operated actuator at one free end, the spring at the other free end and the two movable valve bodies of the control valves in between attack the lever, secured by stops and the spring.
In a particularly expedient embodiment, the actuator is connected to an auxiliary force, preferably designed as a weight, in such a way that the fluid pressure, auxiliary force and the spring acting on a free lever end maintain equilibrium in such an intermediate position of the actuator in which both moving valve body take their closed position at the same time.
The lever P-in is useful, a rocker arm arranged in such a way that when the actuator is actuated from one end position to the other, it shifts its pivot point from the point of application on one valve body to the point of application on the other valve body.
The invention is described below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.
1 is a working cylinder and 2 is a working piston which can be reciprocated in it and which can, for example, be coupled to the table of a machine tool. The working space facing the smaller piston area is labeled 3 and the other working space is labeled 4. A line 5 which is connected to a pressurized inflow line 6 opens into the working space 3 . 7 is a line connected to lines 5 and 6 , which leads to the valve cone of a movable valve body 8 . A lever 9 rests on the upper spherical end of the valve body 8 , in whose notch-like incision 10 a spring plate 11 is supported is.
The spring plate 11 is loaded by a spring 12, the preload of which can be adjusted by means of a screw 13 . A second movable valve body 14 rests with its spherical head on each lever 9, which in the position shown is lifted from its valve seat 15. The valve body 8 , on the other hand, sits in the position shown below the action o of the spring 12 on its valve seat 16 .
The spring 12 pivots the lever 9 around the spherical head of the valve body 8 such that its free end, shown on the right in the drawing, is attached to a roller 17 < / B> of an operating lever or #actuator 18 comes to rest, which is pivotable about a pivot 26 . The pretensioning of the Fe # of 12 is such that it is able to hold the actuator, which is correspondingly loaded with the weight 19, in the upper end position shown Stop 27 is limited.
Instead of the weight 19 , another assistant, e.g. B. Fe derkraft, kick. The pin 26 can be adjusted by a screw 28 so that the valve stroke can be adjusted by it. The torques exerted by the force of the spring 12 and the actuator 18 on the lever 9 have opposite directions of rotation. The liquid pressure exerted from the liquid line 6 on the cone of the valve body 8 is in no case so great that it would by itself be able to lift the spring 12 shown Cancel from the initial position.
A connecting line 22 leads into a fluid chamber 21 located - in the flow direction 20 of the pressurized fluid behind the valve seat 7 for the body 8 Line 23 which opens into the working space 4. A liquid chamber 30 located above the valve seat 15 is connected to a drain line 24. The line 22 opens - in the outflow direction 25 - in front of the valve seat 15 into the line 23 a.
In the drawing, the working piston 2 is shown in its outermost right-hand position. This end position comes about because the liquid flowing in at 6 can flow into the working space 3 via the line 5 , while the working space 4 over the line 23 is connected to the drain line 24.
The actuator 18 can be moved from its drawn position, which is indicated by the connecting line 33 of the axis centers of turning pins 26 and roller 17 </ B> is pivoted in the arrow direction 29 about its pivot 26 , wherein it presses the lever 9 down. Against the action of the spring 12, the latter executes a tilting motion around the spherical head of the valve body 8 and presses the valve body 14 onto its seat 15
After both valves 8, 16 and 14, 15 are closed in this way, the lever 9 cannot move pivot more around the spherical head of the valve body 8 , but rather it rotates n-Lmmore around the spherical head of the now fixed valve body 14 and loves the spring plate 11 contrary to the action of the Spring 12 continues. This lifting is followed by the valve body 8, under the pressure of the liquid flowing in through the line 7, and the pressure fluid flows through the lines 22, 23 past the closed valve 14, 15 into the working space 4.
This case occurs when the roller 17 in the angular position 32 of the actuator 18 has reached its lowest position. The actuator 18 is then pivoted a little further until it has come to rest in its position 35 on the stop 31 . From this contact position 35 the spring 12 can no longer pivot the actuator 18 back because the roller 17 to the left of the dead center position 17 drawn in with a stripe B> 32 is reached.
In the position of the actuator 18 secured in this way, the liquid flows into the working chamber 4 and shifts the working piston 2 to the left, because the liquid pressure now acts on its larger right-hand face. It can be seen that when the actuator is pivoted, the point of application of the roller 17 on the second fog 9 moves in the longitudinal direction of the latter.
If the actuator 18 is moved back from its contact position 35 on the stop 31 , a tilting movement , </ B is initially found > n , of the lever 9 around the head of the valve body 14 until both valves 8, 16 and 14, <are in position 34 B> 15 are closed. In this closing position, no more liquid C can flow into line 23 and into space 4. The movement of the working piston 2 therefore stops, regardless of the position in which the piston is located.
Spring 12 and weight 19 are dimensioned such that they are not able to initiate a movement of the actuator 18 in the "mentioned intermediate position 34".
If the actuator 18 is moved from the mentioned intermediate position 34 back into the starting position shown, the ilebel 9 from now on no longer tilts around the upper end of the valve body 14 , but around the upper end of the valve body 8. The valve body 14 now moves upwards, and liquid flows out of the working space 4 via the line 23 into the outflow line 24, while from the inflow line 6 liquid enters the working space 3 . So it comes in this case, a movement of the working piston 2 to the right.
This movement continues until the piston 2 has reached its starting position as shown, unless the actuator 18 is pivoted in the Pleilrichtung 29 beforehand, which is the case in FIG its arrival in the intermediate position 34 a stopping of the piston movement in the piston position currently present and, when the lever 18 continues to move as far as the stop 31 , a reversal of the piston movement to the left .
Briefly summarized, by simply actuating the single actuator 18 whose pivot pin 26 lies with its axis in a vertical plane which runs between the two points at which the Roller 17 is supported in its two end positions on the lever, achieve the following: Each pivoting of the actuator 18 into the end position 35 causes a movement of the working piston 2 to the left and the pivoting into the end position 33 results in a movement of the working piston 2 to the right.
These movements last until either the corresponding piston end position is reached or the piston movement is interrupted at any intermediate position by moving the actuator 18 in simply pivoted by hand into its intermediate position 34. Any further actuation of the actuator or holding it by hand in one of the three positions 33, 34, 35 is not necessary, because in the two end positions 33, 35 is the actuator through the one acting on a free end of the lever 9 ,
Spring 12 work in conjunction with the actuator 18 attacking the other end of the lever and the stops 27, 31 , while securing the central position 34 the assistant 19 keeps the other adjustment forces in balance in a particularly simple and advantageous manner. The actuator can be adjusted with the slightest actuation force, and it requires a switching path which, by choosing the appropriate dimensions, can be brought well below 900 for all switching movements and secured positions.
The use of the valve bodies 8 and 14 on the spherical ends of the valve bodies 8 and 14 lying on the rocker arm 9 on spherical ends contributes significantly to this success. It is also advantageous to accommodate the inlet valve 8, 16 in the vicinity of the spring 12.
