The object of the invention is to simplify the setting of the watch and to increase the precision of the rate.
This device makes it possible to eliminate the modification of the weight of the balance to modify the step. Any retouching of the balance of the balance can be done by the device in question. It is no longer necessary to remove the cock and turn the ferrule to which the hairspring is fixed on the axis of the balance.
This device eliminates the variations of isochronism for the amplitudes of different magnitudes, thanks to the elimination of the play of the hairspring between the pin and the racket key.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. J. is a plan view.
Fig. 2 is a schematic section on the same scale along the broken line I-II-III. The mobile eyebolt 1 and the racket 9 - are held on the cock 3 by a cockerel 14 itself fixed by means of the two cockerel screws 4.
The mobile eyebolt 1 and the snowshoe 2 are fixed with a fat cone adjustment and can be moved around the hook 14.
The mobile eyebolt 1, ear-shaped (the rooster, carries the eyebolt 5 and the eyebolt 6. A rigid arm 2a of the racket 2 carries a rigid pin 7. The racket key 8 is riveted to a elastic arm 12 of the racket forming a tensioned spring in the closed key position, so that the hairspring 9 is tight, without play. The racket key 8 can be turned under and over. The two arms of racket 2a and 12 carrying pin 7 and key 8 are separated by an interval. By introducing a lever in this interval, the hairspring can be released. In addition, an eccentric 10 located under the elastic arm 12 of the racket, in which it is pivoted, and bearing against the eyebolt holder 1, also enables the hairspring to be released.
The hairspring is counted and pegged normally. The end of its last turn forms a concentric arc of a quarter to a third of a turn from the peak, and of a radius such that the hairspring can develop without the penultimate turn touching the rigid pin. 7. The hairspring 9 is placed so that the counting point is between the pin 7 and the key 8.
Reference lines 11 and 13 can be marked on the rooster and on the mobile eyebolt 1.
The retouching of the benchmark and the running of the watch are carried out using this device on the movement.
To mark the balance, the hairspring is released by inserting a lever in the interval between 2a and 12 or by turning the eccentric 10, or even by turning the racket key 8 and moving the eyebolt holder mobile 1.
To correct the rate of the watch, the hairspring is also released as above, then the racket 2 is moved in the desired direction, key so as to lengthen or shorten the arc 9. Any other retouching is superfluous.
