Process for the production of speech heads for steel-tone devices. In known steel sound devices, the magnets for influencing the Tonträ gers are usually combined into a unit in a block, which worried the correct guidance of the sound carrier with respect to the air gaps of the magnets.
As is known, it is required to vorzumagne the sound carrier either by means of a direct current or an alternating current above the Hörfre frequency and then either by means of direct current or by means of alternating current to bring the sound carrier to a suitable point on the characteristic curve and from this point the audio frequency To carry out magnetization.
The air gaps in the electromagnets have to be kept within very tight tolerances if the properties of the individual headsets are not allowed to differ greatly from one another, which is important for fabrication-based production. In addition, the fastening of the magnets, which have very small dimensions, is associated with considerable difficulties.
The method according to the present invention results in a very considerable simplification of the production of such headsets, namely by the fact that the associated magnetic poles in the form of a bracket with its apex in a housing made of electrically non-conductive material and as a support plate for the guidance of the Tonträ gers is used, are pressed, the housing is cut at the Seheitel points of the bracket to form the magnetic poles and a non-magnetic material is introduced into the kerf.
In this way, it is possible to keep the gap width between the magnetic poles very precisely with a multiple means and to keep the end faces of the magnetic poles in the air gap, for example by a grinding process, exactly parallel and at right angles to the sound carrier.
With reference to the accompanying drawing, an implementation example of the fiction, according to method is described. Furthermore, a headset made by the same is shown in the drawing, omitting all of the details that are not essential for understanding.
1 shows a longitudinal section through the speech head housing as it is produced by the pressing process.
The compact 1, which is used to avoid eddy currents made of electrically non-conductive material, for. B. synthetic resin, forms a downwardly open housing, the cover acts as a guide plate for the sound carrier and a pressed-in groove 4 be seated above.
In the middle part of the cover two magnetic iron brackets 2 and 3 are attached by the pressing process, which are arranged in the middle of the width of the housing press body so that their highest point (apex) almost or completely coincides with the bottom of the groove .1.
A central rib 5 in the cavity of the press body is used to increase the strength of the housing. This housing is now in the planes 6-6, 7 = 7 indicated by dash-dotted lines, that is, at the apex of the bracket 2 and 3, cut through and has the in Fig. 2 shown cross section. The halves of the bracket each result in a magnetic core.
The cut surfaces of the bracket halves are covered with a non-magnetic material layer of the required thickness so that the desired air gaps are created between the magnetic poles after the individual housing parts have been joined together. Experience has shown that the gap width for the extinguishing magnet is between 0.4 and 0.6 mm and for the speaking magnet between 0.03 and 0.06 mm.
In the assembled state, the three individual parts result in the speech head raw body, as shown in FIG. 3 from above and in FIG. 4 in a longitudinal section.
The connection of the individual parts can be done either by screwing them together or advantageously by cementing them together, in addition to the metal sleeve, which is also adapted to the outer shape of the speaking head and pushed over the side walls of the housing press body, which simultaneously acts as a shield against magnetic and electrical interference serves, can be spanned.
In Fig. 4 the fully assembled speaking head is shown, 8, 9, -10 and 11 each represent a leg 2 and 3 pushed over the bracket serving as magnetic cores. 12 and 13 are connecting brackets serving to close the magnetic iron path. This connecting bracket can consist of the same material as the bracket legs; but they can also be made from a material with different magnetic properties.
A base plate 14, which can be equipped with plug pins or soldering lugs, for example, is used for electrical connection of the magnet coils.
