Zunächst werden die das Anhalterelais 404 mit dem Schalter 402 steuernden Stromkreise im nachstehenden beschrieben. Der Elektro magnet 602 dieses Anhalterelais 404 ist in dem folgenden Anhalterelaissteuerstromkreis ange ordnet: Eine Leitung 604 verbindet den Elek tromagneten 602 mit der linken Klemme eines durch einen Elektromagneten 606 eines Ab schaltezählwerkrelais 582 gesteuerten Schal ters 580; eine Leitung 608 führt von der rech ten Klemme dieses Schalters 580 zu dem Kno tenpunkt 610 einer Leitung 550, von der ein Teil derselben zu dem einen Ende einer Se kundärwicklung 546 eines Niederspannungs transformators 548 führt;
Der Elektromagnet 606 des Absehaltezähl- werkrelais 582 ist in dem folgenden Wieder- bereitmachungsstromkreis angeordnet: Eine Leitung 614 verbindet den Elektromagneten 606 mit der rechten Klemme eines Wieder- bereitmachungsdruckknopfschalters 616, der in der Anhalte-Anlass-Station 600 angeordnet ist und normalerweise durch eine (nicht dar , gestellte) Feder in der offenen Lage gehalten wird;
Wenn das Abschalte- zählwerk und sein Relais durch Einstellen des Zählwerkes iuid Herabdrücken des federbe lasteten Wiederbereitmaehungsdruckknopfes 61.6 wieder bereitgemacht worden sind, wird der Elektromagnet 606 des Abschaltezählwerk- relais 582 wieder erregt, wodurch der Schalter 580 geöffnet und die Anzeigelampe abgeschal tet wird;
Der Elektromagnet 556 ist in dem folgen den Fadenwächtersteuerungsstromkreis ange ordnet: Elektromagnet 556, Leitung 630, welche den Elektromagneten 556 mit der einen Klemme einer am Gatter 24 angebrachten Gat- terklemmleiste 632 verbindet, der Fadenwäch ter 416, eine von der andern Klemme der Gat- terklemmleiste 632 zu dem Knotenpunkt 534 ;
Erreger 456, Leitung 462, Generatorfeld 460, Leitung 466, Langsamlaufwiderstand 484, Lei tung 444, Pol 313, Leitungen 450, 452.
Die ser Hilfsanlassschalter 492 ist parallel zu dem Anlassdruckknopfschalter 382 mit dem Motor anlassstromkreis durch den folgenden Hilfs- anlassstromkreis verbunden: Eine Leitung 590 führt von dem Knotenpunkt 588 der Leitung 398 des Motoranlassstromkreises zur rechten Klemme des Hilfsanlassschalters 492;
Wie oben erwähnt, dient der Umkehrschal ter 496 zur Steuerung des Umkehrmotors 480, der den Träger 64 mit den beweglichen Greif elementen 40 betätigt. Zu diesem Zwecke sind die folgenden L'mkehrmotorstromkreise vor gesehen: Nach Schliessen des Handschalters 354 werden die drei Leitungen der Wechsel- stromzufuhrleit.ung mit den drei Klemmen 500, 502, 504 des Umkehrsehalters 496 in der folgenden Weise verbunden: Die erste Leitung von dem Knotenpunkt 422 dureh die Leitung 420 zu dem Knotenpunkt 506 und von dort durch die Leitung 508 zur Klemme 502;
Wenn somit der Hand griff 497 des Umkehrschalters 496 in der in Fig.1 mit voll ausgezogenen Linien dargestell ten neutralen Lage steht und die Klemmen 502 und 518 miteinander verbunden sind, stehen der Umkehrmotor 480 und der mit diesem Motor verbundene Träger 64 still;
wenn der Handgriff 497 in der Lage 497a steht und die Klemme 504 mit der Klemme 515 und die Klemme 500 mit der Klemme 520 verbunden ist, wird der Umkehrmotor 480 in seiner einen Drehrichtung umlaufen, um eine Abwärtsbewegung des Trägers 64 herbei7u- führen;
Wie oben erwähnt, ist unter gewissen Um ständen eine besonders langsame Geschwindig keit des den Baum 44 antreibenden Elektro motors 46 erwünscht. Zum Beispiel: Erstens zu Beginn eines Schervorganges, bis einige wenige Lagen der Wicklung auf den Baum gewickelt worden sind;
schwindigkeit aufgewickelt werden, bis nach der Aufwicklung einiger weniger Lagen der eigentliche Schervorgang bei normaler grosser Geschwindigkeit mit Sicherheit begonnen wer den kann; im zweiten Falle soll die Kette vom Gatter mit einer sehr geringen Geschwindig keit abgezogen werden, bis der Durchhang des Fadens oder der Fäden aufgehoben ist;
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird ein normaler Wechselstrom von beispielsweise 220 Volt in der Wechsel stromzufuhrleitung, in den Umkehrmotor stromkreisen und in dem Bremsenstromkreis benutzt; der Generator 356 des Wechselstrom motor-Gleichstromgenerator-Aggregates 26 er zeugt einen Gleichstrom von 230 Volt, der dem Hauptmotorstromkreis, Motoranlassstromkreis, Hauptschalterhaltestromkreis, Bremsenstrom- kreis, Normalgeschwindigkeitssteuerstromkreis und Langsamlaufsteuerstromkreis zugeführt wird;
3820 in seiner ge schlossenen Lage bleibt,

The present invention aims to improve the electrical control of braking devices on such textile machine systems compared to the previously usual chen controls.
The electrical control device according to the invention for the actuation of braking devices on textile machine systems with a swing-up boom is characterized in that at least one circuit breaker is provided to interrupt the main motor supply circuit which connects the main electric motor used to drive a tree with a power source and that a circuit breaker switch is provided for the interruption of this main motor circuit responsive to an electrical element for bringing about an actuation of the braking devices in the event of such an interruption of the <RTI
ID = "0001.0014"> main motor circuit and a timing relay which responds in the event of such an interruption in the main motor circuit are available, which timing relay is intended to achieve at least one reduction in size; to bring about the braking effect after a period of time beginning with braking and determined by the time relay. In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are illustrated and described below.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a side view of a shearing system, which contains a gate, a storage device, a sectional shearing machine and an AC motor / DC generator unit, only the end part of the gate being shown, FIG. 2 is a circuit diagram of the electrical control device of the shear system shown in Fig.l, wherein the switches controlled by the magnets of the relay are shown in the position that they assume when the relay is de-energized,
Fig. 3 is partly a side view and partly a section of a rearing system, which contains a gate and an AC motor-DC generator unit having rearing machine, only the end portion of the gate being shown. FIG. 4 is a circuit diagram of an electrical control device of the rearing system shown in FIG. 3, the switches controlled by the magnets of the relays being shown in the position that they assume when the relay is de-energized.
In FIG. 1, 20 generally indicates the viewing machine, finite 22 generally the so-called storage device. 24 generally designates the gate and 26 generally designates the AC motor / DC generator unit. The storage device 22 is connected to the shearing machine 20 by means of screws 28. The gate 24 is arranged at a suitable distance from the storage device.
The alternating current motor-direct current generator unit 26 is fed with alternating current via the cable 30 from an electrical power source (not shown) and supplies direct current to the various electrical devices of the viewer system through a multi-conductor cable 32.
During normal operation of the shearing system, the warp threads 34 run from the bobbins 36 mounted in the creel through the space between a fixed gripping element 38 and a movable gripping element 40 of the storage device 22 and from there through a shear blade 42 to a tree 44 which is in the shearing machine 20 is inserted and is driven by a DC electric motor 46 attached to the frame of the shearing machine.
If a thread break occurs anywhere between the creel and the tree, the storage device 22 can be used for a transient unwinding of a portion of the chain 34 from the tree 44. For this purpose, the movable gripping element 40 can be moved from its ineffective position shown in full lines to its active position 40 'shown in dash-dotted lines by means of an alternating current motor 480 which is attached to it and controlled by means of a reversing switch 496.
After the torn ends of the thread or threads have been tied, the movable gripping element can be returned to its normal ineffective position by means of the reversing motor 480.
The construction and operation of the storage device 22 and the clipper 20 are detailed in the United States. U.S. Patent No. 2302700 and U.S. Patent No. 2324612.
According to the circuit diagram of the electrical control device shown in FIG. 2, the alternating current motor 352 of the alternating current motor / direct current generator unit 26 is fed with alternating current from an electrical power source (not shown) via the lines 30 after the manual switch 354 is closed. The generator 356 of the AC motor-DC generator set 26 generates the direct current.
The DC generator 356 is. arranged in the following main motor circuit: The terminal 358 of the generator 356 is connected to the terminal 360 of the direct current electric motor 46 of the shear machine via the line 362 containing the electromagnet 364 of a relay 366 monitoring the motor field resistance 258. The terminal 368 of the generator 356 is connected to the terminal 370 of the electric motor 46 by the line 372 which connects the pole II 'of the three-pole main switch 11 controlled by the relay electromagnet 374, the solenoid 376 of an overcurrent relay and the series field 380 of the electric motor 46 contains.
From the foregoing you see without further ado. that the electric motor 46 of the shear machine can be started by closing the pole 311 of the main switch 11. This pole 311 can be closed by energizing the relay electromagnet 374, which is arranged in the following motor starter circuit: Terminal 454 of the exciter 456, line 452, node 448, relay electromagnet 374, line 386, contact bridge 378 of the Overcurrent relay 376, line 384, Klem men of the starter push button switch 382 (see the right part of Fig.2). Lines 398, 478, 462, terminal 458 of exciter 456.
A line 388 leads from the node 448, which is connected to the terminal 454 of the exciter 456 via the line 452, to the movable contact finger 390 of an automatic motor field control resistor 258, which is attached to the shearing machine 20 and through the movable press roller assembly 132, 1 -12 and the control mechanism 170, 172, 174, 176 is automatically controlled during the work of the shearing machine in dependence on the increase in the diameter of the winding 134 on the tree 44,
as described and illustrated in more detail in L S A. Patent 1 \ r.2324612. is. The winding 392 of the automatic motor field control resistor is connected to one end of the excitation field 394 of the electric motor 46 by a line 396. The other end of the exciter field 394 is connected to a node 476 and thereby via the lines 478 and 462 to the terminal 458 of the exciter 456 a related party.
The start push button holder 382, which is located in the stop start station 600 mounted on the frame of the seer mask 20, is normally held in its open position by the action of a spring (not shown).
As soon as the motor starting circuit described above is closed by pressing down the starter push button 382, the relay electromagnet 37-1 is energized, so that it closes the main switch 1I, which in turn closes the above mentioned main motor circuit for starting the electric motor 46 via the pole J11.
When the relay solenoid 374 is energized by closing the engine starting circuit with the spring loaded start push button 382. is, the pole 112 of the main switch JI is closed: this closes a main switch holding circuit containing the relay electromagnet of the main switch in a manner described below, so that the main switch remains in its closed position after the spring-loaded start button is released later .
This main switch holding circuit runs in the following VN: Terminal 454 of the exciter 456, line 452, line 388, relay electromagnet 374 of the main switch M, line 386, bridge 378 of the overcurrent relay 376, lines 400, 398, 478, 462, terminal 458 of the pathogen 456.
The line 400 contains the pole 3T2 of the main switch: 1I, the switch 402 one through a counter 98 indirectly. controlled stopping relay 404, the Sehalter 406 of a chain breaker relay 408, the electromagnet 410 of a timing relay 412 and a stopping pushbutton switch 414 which is arranged in the stopping starter station 600 and is normally held in a closed position by a spring (not shown). The exciter 456 generates a constant terminal voltage.
The main switch 11 is opened and the supply of direct current to the electric motor 46 is interrupted at the pole JIi as soon as the above-described, the relay electroma - neten 374 containing the main switch holding circuit either on the stop pushbutton switch 41.4 or on the Circuit breaker switch 406 of the chain breaker relay 408 or at the circuit breaker switch 402 of the stopping relay 404 is interrupted.
The opening of the spring-loaded stop push-button switch 414 occurs when the clipper is manually stopped for any reason. The opening of the switch 406 occurs when one or more thread percentages 416 of the gate fall down as a result of a thread breakage and close a thread wafer circuit to be described below.
The off-now switch 402 occurs when the normally closed switch 418 of a holding counter 98 located on 3eherniasehine 20 is opened in a manner described below after making a predetermined number of revolutions of the tree, any of the above mentioned L Interruptions of the main switch holding circuit caused.
excitation of a braking solenoid 318, which acts on the boom brake 294, 296 and the press roller brake 322, 326, which are coupled to one another by a Bowden cable 344, as described in more detail in U.S. Pat. No. 2324612 and in FIG is shown.
An excitation of the braking solenoid 318 causes an immediate application of the machine brakes at the same time as the interruption of the direct current supply to the electric motor 46 as described above as a result of the opening of the main switch JI. The brake solenoid is located in the following brake circuit:
A line 420 branched off at the junction 422 from a first line of the alternating current supply line leads to a switch 424 of the timing relay 412 and from there - do one end of the brake solenoid 318. The other end of the brake solenoid 318 is connected to the junction 426 of a second line AC supply line connected by empty line 428 which contains the brake control switch 430 of a brake control relay 432.
An adjustable choke coil 433 is arranged parallel to the switch 424 of the timing relay 412 by means of a line 421 branching off from the line 420. The solenoid 434 controlling the brake control switch 430 of the brake control relay 432 is arranged in the following brake control circuit:
Part of line 388 from node 448 to node 438, line 436, electromagnet 434, the line 442, line 386, contact bridge 378 of the overcurrent relay 376, pole 1112 of the main switch M and further via line 400, connecting this electromagnet to the node 440.
Thus, as soon as the main switch holding circuit, which includes the relay electromagnet 374, is interrupted at the stop pushbutton switch 414 or the switch 406 or the switch 402, the brake control circuit described above is also interrupted, so that the electromagnet 434 is de-energized and the brake control switch 430 is closed. At the same time, the electromagnet 410 of the timing relay 412,
which is arranged in the main switch containing the relay electro magnet 374 holding circuit, also made currentless. As a result of the delay effect of the timing relay 412, however, the switch 424 remains for a short period of time, for example two seconds, in the closed position 424 'shown with dashed lines, so that the brake circuit containing the brake solenoid 318 is closed and this brake solenoid 318 is a forceful application of the brakes 294, 296 and 322, 326 of the clipper 20 causes,
as soon as the electromagnet 434 of the brake control relay 432 is de-energized and its brake control switch 430 is closed. After this short period of time of, for example, two seconds, however, the switch 424 of the de-energized time relay 412 comes into the open position posed by solid lines, so that now the adjustable inductor 433 is included in the brake circuit containing the braking solenoid 318,
thereby automatically reducing the excitation of the brake solenoid 318 to a predetermined level so as to cause only weak application of the brakes of the clipper. Thus, after a short period of vigorous application of the brakes for the purpose of instantly stopping the tree, there is weak application of the brakes as long as the supply of direct current to the electric motor 46 is interrupted and the latter is stopped.
As soon as the electric motor 46 is started again in a manner described below, the solenoid 434, which is arranged in parallel with the relay electromagnet 374, is energized, so that the brake control rim switch 430 opens and the brake solenoid 318 for the purpose of an immediate release of the brakes the clipper is turned off.
It should also be noted that restarting the electric motor 46 causes an excitation of the electric magnet 410 of the timing relay 412, which is arranged in the main switch holding circuit, so that the switch 424 is closed in turn to the brake circuit for the next Prepare the braking process in the manner described above.
The above-described weak application of the brakes of the shearing machine during the standstill of the motor 46 can be adjusted by means of the Dros selspule 433 to such an extent that the unwinding of part of the tree winding through the storage device 22 is possible, but undesired further rotation of the Baumes is prevented after the storage / ventilation device has stopped to terminate a settlement process.
If necessary, however, the line 421 and the adjustable choke coil 433 can be omitted. Under such circumstances, the brake solenoid 318 would be de-energized as soon as the switch 424 of the timing relay-112 comes to its open position, i.e. H. the clipper brakes would be released after a short period of time after they were applied, depending on the delay effect of the time relay.
The automatic electrical control means or the motor field control resistor 258, which is controlled by the pressure roller 132 depending on the increase in the winding 134 'on the tree -14, serves to bring about an automatic reduction in the operating speed of the electric motor 46 from a predetermined normal level to a lesser extent, so that a substantially constant running speed of the warp threads is obtained during the operation of the shearing machine, which results in an essentially constant tension of the warp threads.
The normal running speed of the warp threads is determined by this predetermined normal Betriebsge speed of the electric motor 46 at the beginning of the shearing process. Different threads of different strengths and / or different materials require different running speeds in order to obtain the correct thread tension.
For this purpose, an additional electrical A setting means or a manual control resistor 350 is arranged on the frame of the Scliermasehine 20 in order to set this predetermined normal working speed of the tree 44 driving the electric motor 46 by hand.
This Iland regulating resistor 350 is arranged in the following normal speed control circuit: A line 444 leads from the end 4-15 of the winding 446 of the generator field hand regulating resistor 350 to the pole @ 113 of the main switch JI, which in turn connects via a line 450 to your node 448 the line 388 is connected.
A line 452 leads from this node 448 to the terminal 454 of the exciter 456 of the AC motor-direct current generator unit 26. The terminal 458 of the exciter 456 is through. A line 462 with one end of the field 460 of the direct current ; generator 356 connected. The other end of the field 460 is connected to the movable con tact arm 464 of the manual control resistor 350 by a line 466, which the switch 468 of the chain iron relay 408; closes.
The end 447 of the winding 446 of the manual control resistor 350 is connected to the node 470 of the line 462 through a line 472 leading to the node 474, through the part of the line 398 connecting the node 474 with a c node 476 and through a node 476 with the junction. 470 burned line 478 connected. From the connections described above, it can be seen that the generator field 460 by the exciter 456 with. Electricity is provided.
The exciter 456 feeds a circuit which has a first part (the left part in the illustration according to FIG. 2) of the winding 446 of the manual generator field control resistor 350 and, in parallel, the generator field 460 and a second part (the right part) of the winding 446 of the orenerator field hand control resistor 350 in series with. contains this.
A movement of the contact arm 464 via the manual generator field rheostat 350 causes a change in the potential difference applied to this generator field 460 and thus. a change in the current flowing through this generator field during normal operation of the vision machine. If, for example, the contact arm 464 is moved to the right, the excitation of the generator field and the current flowing through this generator field are increased.
The current flowing through the generator field is therefore dependent on the setting of the contact arm 464 of the hand control resistor 350. With a high intensity of this current, a high voltage results, and with a low intensity a low voltage generated by the generator 356, i. H. the potential difference generated by the generator is variable.
The normal working speed of the electric motor 46 at the beginning of the shearing process is determined by the voltage range of the direct current supplied to the electric motor, so that the normal working speed of the electric motor can easily be set by means of the manual control resistor.
It's got to give that one that way. large speed range of the DC electric motor 46 can be obtained. It follows from the above that a change in the speed of the electric motor 46 can be obtained, on the one hand, by changing the voltage generated by the generator 356 by means of the generator field manual control resistor 350 and, on the other hand, by changing the excitation of the motor field 394 by means of the automatic motor field control resistor 258, d. H.
the manual generator field variable resistor 350 is used to set a predetermined initial operating speed of the electric motor 46 of the shearing machine by hand, while the automatic motor field variable resistor 258 controlled by the press roller 132 of the shearing machine is used to automatically reduce the operating speed of the electric motor 46 from this predetermined value a smaller size serves,
in order to obtain an essentially constant thread tension and / or an essentially constant thread running speed during the shearing process.
In the following, the operation of the electric motor 46 with this initial working speed and with this reduced reduced working speed is referred to as the normal high-speed operation of the electric motor, in contrast to a very slow working speed or a so-called low-speed operation of the electric motor 46, which is described in a manner described below is only desirable under certain circumstances.
As described above, the switch 402 of the stopping relay 404-Lind the switch 406 of the chain brake relay 408 in the main switch holding circuit are arranged in series. Therefore, these two switches 402 and 406 must be closed or, in other words, the electromagnet 6Q $ of the stop relay 404 and the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 must be de-energized,
when a. uninterrupted operation of the electric motor 46 with the above-mentioned high-speed operation by actuating and then releasing the starter push button 382 is desired.
First, the circuits controlling the stop relay 404 with the switch 402 will be described below. The electromagnet 602 of this stopping relay 404 is arranged in the following stopping relay control circuit: A line 604 connects the electromagnet 602 to the left terminal of a switch 580 controlled by an electromagnet 606 of a switch counter relay 582; a line 608 leads from the right terminal of this switch 580 to the node 610 of a line 550, part of which leads to one end of a secondary winding 546 of a low-voltage transformer 548;
a line 544 leads from the other end of this secondary winding 546 to a node 542, which is connected by a line 612 with the electromagnet 602. The primary winding 574 of this low-voltage transformer 548 is connected to two lines of the alternating current supply line via part of the line 428 between the node 426 and a node 510, and the line 576 connecting the node 510 to one end of the primary winding 574,
furthermore via the part of a line 516 between a node 57.4 and a node 517, and a line 578 connecting the node 517 to the other end of the primary winding 574. It is readily understandable that the electromagnet 602 of the stopping relay 404 is energized and the switch 402 is opened to interrupt the main switch holding circuit,
as soon as the electromagnet 606 of the switch-off counter relay 582 is de-energized and causes the switch 580 arranged in the above-described stopping relay control circuit to close. Furthermore, it is readily understood that the electro magnet Ö0 'of the stopping relay 404 remains in the stroii-free state and the switch 402 for closing the main switch initial test circuit for uninterrupted operation of the electric motor 46 remains in the closed position as long as
how the electromagnet 606 of the switch-off counter relay 582 is excited in order to keep the switch 580 arranged in the stopping relay control stroinkkreis described above in its open position.
The solenoid 606 of the hold-down counter relay 582 is arranged in the following recovery circuit: A line 614 connects the solenoid 606 to the right terminal of a recovery push-button switch 616 which is arranged in the hold-start station 600 and is normally connected by a ( not shown, provided) spring is held in the open position;
a line 618 leads from the left terminal of the recovery push button switch 616 to a node 552, which is connected to one end of the secondary winding 546 of the low voltage transformer 548 by the line 550; a line 544 leads from the other end of the secondary winding 546 to a node 542 which is connected to the left terminal of the switch 418 of the shutdown counter 98 by a line 540; the right terminal of this switch 418 is connected to the electric magnet 606 through a line 620 to the.
The shutdown counter 98, which can be implemented in any known manner, is driven by the tree 44 in the manner described in more detail in US Pat. No. 2,324612. Before the start of a shearing process, the switch-off counter is set to a certain number of revolutions that the tree should make during the shearing process. When the shutdown counter is set to this predetermined number of revolutions, the switch 418 of the counter is closed.
If the electromagnet 606 is now excited by actuation of the spring-loaded recovery push button 616, the switch 580 is opened and the switch 402 is closed, since the latter is controlled by the electromagnet 602, which is activated by the opening of the Switch 580 is made currentless. Now the main switch holding circuit on switch 402 is closed for uninterrupted operation of the electric motor.
When the electromagnet 606 of the stop counter relay 582 is excited by closing the recovery circuit described above by means of the spring-loaded recovery push-button switch 616, a switch 581, also controlled by the electromagnet 606, is closed, whereby a further below-described electromagnet is closed 606 contain the shutdown counter relay holding circuit is closed so that the electromagnet 606 remains in the excited state and the switch 402 of the main switch holding circuit remains in the closed position,
if the spring-loaded recovery push-button switch 616 is subsequently released, as long as the switch 418 of the waste counter 98 remains in the closed position.
The shutdown counter relay holding circuit runs from the upper terminal of the electromagnet 606 in the following way: line 620, switch 418 of the shutdown counter 98, line 540 to node 542, line 544, secondary weighing 546, line 550 to node 610, the this node point 610 with the right terminal of the switch 581 connecting line 608 and a line 622 connecting the left terminal of this switch 581 with the electromagnet 606.
Since the shutdown counter relay holding circuit described above contains the switch 418 of the shutdown counter, the electromagnet 606 is de-energized and consequently the switch 580 is closed and the switch 402 for an immediate stop of the electric motor 46 and the application of the brakes 294, 296 and 322, 326 the shearing machine opens as soon as the switch 418 of the switch-off counter 98 is automatically opened after the tree has completed the predetermined number of revolutions to which the switch-off counter was previously set.
It follows from the above that after the shearing machine has been stopped by the stop counter 98, a new, uninterrupted operation of the electric motor 46 cannot be obtained by pressing and then releasing the starter button 382,
if the worker has not first set the shutdown counter to a certain number of revolutions to be performed by the tree and, in addition, has not made the shutdown counter relay 582 ready again by confirming the recovery pushbutton 616.
In order to indicate the stopping of the shearing machine by the shutdown counter 98 at the end of a shearing process, a display lamp 624 built into the stopping / starting station 600 is arranged in the following display circuit:
A line 626 leading from the left terminal of the indicator light 624 to a node 628 of the line 604, the part of the line 604 leading from the node 628 to the switch 580, the switch 580, the line 608 to two node 610, which is from the node 610 to the Secondary winding 546 leading part of the line 550, the line 544 to the node 542, the line 540 to a node 538,
a line 536 connecting this node 538 to a node 534, a line 532 connecting this node 534 to a node 530 and a line 630 connecting this node 530 to the right terminal of the indicator lamp 624.
As soon as the shearing machine is stopped by the shutdown counter 98, as a result of which the switch 580 controlled by the electromagnet 606 of the shutdown counter relay 582 and arranged in the display circuit described above is closed, the indicator lamp 624 lights up, which makes it clear to the worker that the desired warp thread length has been brought onto the tree and that the switch-off counter 98 and its relay 582 must be made ready again for a new shearing process.
When the switch-off counter and its relay have been made ready again by setting the counter iuid pressing down the spring-loaded recovery push button 61.6, the electromagnet 606 of the switch-off counter relay 582 is again excited, whereby the switch 580 is opened and the indicator lamp is switched off;
This redemption of the indicator lamp means for the worker that the main switch holding circuit at switch 402 is closed and the electric motor 46 can be started again for a new shear process.
The circuits will now be described which control the chain brake relay 408, which contains the switch 406, which is also arranged in the main switch holding circuit.
The solenoid 482 of the chain brake relay 408 controlling the switch 406 is arranged in the following chain brake relay control circuit: solenoid 482, line 568, left terminal of one. Switch 566, which is controlled by an electromagnet 556 of a sensitive chain brake intermediate relay 558, right terminal of this switch 566, line 572, node 570 of line 550, part of line 550, from this node point 570 to one end of the secondary winding 546 of the low voltage transformer 548 leads, secondary winding 546,
Line 544 to the node 542, that part of the line 540 that leads from this node 542 to the electromagnet 482. The electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 is therefore excited to open the switch 406 in order to stop the electric motor 46 and apply the shearing machine brakes in the manner described above as soon as the electromagnet 556 of the sensitive intermediate chain brake relay 558 closes the switch 566 is excited.
The electromagnet 556 is arranged in the following thread monitor control circuit: Electromagnet 556, line 630, which connects the electromagnet 556 to one terminal of a gate terminal strip 632 attached to the gate 24, the thread monitor 416, one from the other terminal of the gate terminal strip 632 to node 534;
leading line 634, the line 536 connecting the node 534 to the node 538, that part of the line 540 which connects the node 538 to the node 542, line 544, the secondary winding 546 of the low-voltage transformer 548, the line 550 to the node 552 and a line 554 connecting the node 552 with the electromagnet 556. Although Fig. 2 shows only one thread monitor 416 arranged on the gate terminal strip 632 in a schematic manner, in reality a large number of thread monitors 416 are arranged in the gate, one thread monitor each for each warp thread 34 to be withdrawn from a bobbin 36.
The various thread monitors 416 of the gate are arranged in several rows and are electrically connected in parallel with the gate terminal strip 632. Therefore, if a thread monitor or several thread monitors 416 fall as a result of thread breakage, the thread monitor circuit described above is closed, whereby the electromagnet 556 of the sensitive Nettenbremszwisehenrelais 558 is energized. so that the switch 566 is closed, which in turn causes the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 to be energized, which causes the safety switch 406 to open,
so that the main switch holding circuit for stopping the electric motor 46 and applying the brakes is interrupted in the manner described above.
A monitoring lamp 636 is arranged in series with each row of thread monitors 416, so that after a thread monitor has dropped as a result of a thread break, the monitoring lamp which is with. which is connected to the series of thread monitors containing the thread monitor that closes the thread monitor circuit lights up. For the sake of simplicity. FIG. 2 shows only one monitoring lamp 636 arranged in the line 630 of the thread monitor circuit, as only one thread monitor 416 shows.
In the preceding paragraphs, the excitation of the electromagnet 556 of the sensitive intermediate chain brake relay 558 by means of a thread monitor 416 was described. An excitation of the electromagnet 556 with the result of an opening of the switches 406 and 468, both of which are controlled by the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408, can also be achieved by a slow-speed switch 490.
This slow-running switch -I90 is, as is described in more detail in US Pat. No. 2302700, arranged on the movable carrier 64 of the storage device 22, which supports the movable gripping elements 40. As long as the carrier 64 is in its upper inoperative position, shown in FIG. 1 with full lines, the slow-speed switch 490 is open.
The slow speed switch 490 is connected to the thread monitor circuit parallel to the thread monitor 416 by the following lines: A line 564 leading from the right terminal of the slow speed switch 490 to one end of an adjustable resistor 562, the other end connected to the electromagnet 556 by a line 560 is, a line 528 leading from the left terminal of the slow speed switch 490 to the node 530, which node 530 is connected to the node 534 by the line 532.
Thus, the excitation of the electromagnets 556 and 482 can also be brought about by closing the slow-speed switch 490 after a downward movement of the carrier 64 of the storage device. It is also mentioned that the adjustable resistance 562 can be set to a resistance value which is essentially equal to the resistance of a monitoring lamp 636 arranged in series with a group of thread monitors 416.
An excitation of the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 in the manner described above by a thread monitor 416 or by the slow speed switch 490 causes the switches 406 and 468 to open at the same time.
As described above, opening switch 406 causes the shearing machine to stop and the brakes to be applied. The speed control switch 468 is located in the normal speed control circuit which includes the generator field 460 and the generator field manual control resistor 350 as described above.
When the speed control switch 468 is opened by energizing the electromagnet 482, the manual generator field variable resistor 350 is switched off from the generator field 460.
An adjustable low-speed resistor 484 is arranged in series with the generator field 460 between the nodes 486 and 488 of the lines 466 and 444, so that after the above-mentioned disconnection of the generator field manual control resistor 350 from the generator field 460, the current now flows through the the following low-speed control circuit can flow:
Exciter 456, line 462, generator field 460, line 466, low-speed resistor 484, line 444, pole 313, lines 450, 452.
Therefore, under these circumstances and after the main switch including the pole 1113 has been closed, a proportional current will flow through the generator field to the combined resistance of the generator field 460 arranged in series with one another and the adjustable low-speed resistance 484 , which brings about a flux that generates a low voltage required for - the special slow speed and the low torque of the electric motor 46 be.
It is pointed out that this flux and therefore the voltage and the torque are independent of the setting of the generator field manual control resistor 350, since the latter is disconnected from the generator field 460.
On the other hand, the generator field manual control resistor 350 is reconnected to the generator field 460, and further operation of the electric motor 46 at low speed is made impossible as soon as the speed control switch 468 controlled by the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 after an interruption of the thread monitor circuit is returned to its closed position by a thread monitor 416 and / or by the slow speed switch 490.
As mentioned above, the switches 406 and 468 are opened or closed simultaneously by the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408. Therefore, when the speed control switch 468 is opened for low-speed operation of the electric motor 46 by establishing the low-speed control circuit, the switch 406 arranged in the main switch holding circuit is also opened.
Therefore, the electric motor 46 can only be operated at low speed as long as the motor starting circuit containing the main switch 31 controlling the relay electromagnet 374 is closed by pressing down the starting pushbutton 382 against the action of its spring or by closing an auxiliary starting switch 492 located on the storage device 22 .
The auxiliary starting switch 492 is connected in parallel to the starting pushbutton switch 382 with the engine starting circuit through the following auxiliary starting circuit: A line 590 leads from the node 588 of the line 398 of the engine starting circuit to the right terminal of the auxiliary starting switch 492;
a line 583 connects the left terminal of the auxiliary starting switch 492 to the right terminal of a control switch 494 attached to the storage device 22, and a line 584 connects the left terminal of the control switch 494 to node 586 of the line 384 of the engine starting circuit. Since the auxiliary starter switch 492 and the control switch 494 are arranged in series, the operation of the electric motor 46 at low speed by the auxiliary starter holder 492 requires the control switch 494 to be closed,
and the low-speed operation of the electric motor 46 is terminated as soon as the control switch 494 is opened.
The control element 495 of the control switch 494 is mounted on a terminal board 110 which rests loosely on the carrier 64 (see FIG. 1). When the wearer is in its inoperative position shown in full lines, the control switch 494 is opened. During the downward movement of the carrier 64, the control switch 494 is closed by its control element 495 as soon as the terminal board 110 is placed on a stationary terminal board 102 and the chain 34 is jammed. During the further downward movement of the carrier 64 in his with. The effective position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1 remains the control switch 494 in its closed position.
During the upward movement of the carrier 64 from its operative position, the control holder 494 opens as soon as the clipboard 110 is moved away from the fixed clipboard 102 and the chain 34 through the carrier 64. This opening of the control switch 494 takes place before the auxiliary starter switch 492 is opened, as will be described below.
Furthermore, as is described in more detail in US Pat. No. 2302700, the control element 493 (FIG. 1) of the auxiliary starter switch 492 is rigidly connected to the handle 497 of the reverse switch 496 and is designed in such a way that it closes the auxiliary starter switch 492 only when the handle 497 of the reversing switch is pivoted into the position 497b for upward movement of the carrier 64.
When the handle 497 is in the neutral position shown in solid lines in FIG. 1 or in the position 497a for downward movement of the Trä gers 64, the control element 493 of the auxiliary starter switch 492 is out of contact with the latter, so that the auxiliary starter switch is open .
Thus, during the downward movement of the carrier 64, the auxiliary alarm switch 492 remains in its open position and, as soon as the handle 497 of the reversing switch is pivoted into position 497b for an upward movement of the carrier 64, the auxiliary alarm switch 492 is closed.
The control element 493 of the auxiliary starter switch 492 has such a length that it closes the auxiliary starter switch shortly before the reversing switch 496 closes for an upward movement of the carrier 64, so that the warp threads are already under a certain tension when the lifting of the carrier 64 begins.
The auxiliary start switch 492 remains in the closed position during the upward movement of the carrier 64 until, at the end of the upward movement, the handle 497 of the reversing switch 496 is automatically returned to the neutral position, as described in US-A ..- Patent No. 2302700 is described in more detail. This return of the handle 497 causes the auxiliary start switch 492 to open after the control holder 494 has previously been opened by the lifting of the terminal board carrying the control element 495 during the upward movement of the carrier 64.
It should be noted that during the upward movement of the carrier into its uppermost ineffective position, the slow-speed switch 490 is opened after the control switch 494 is opened and shortly before the auxiliary starter switch 492 is opened.
As mentioned above, the reversing switch 496 is used to control the reversing motor 480 which actuates the carrier 64 with the movable gripping elements 40. For this purpose, the following reverse motor circuits are provided: After closing the manual switch 354, the three lines of the AC power supply line are connected to the three terminals 500, 502, 504 of the reverse switch 496 in the following way: The first line from the Node 422 through line 420 to node 506 and from there through line 508 to terminal 502;
the second line from node 426 through line 428 to node 510 and thence through line 512 to terminal 504; the third line from the node. 514 through line 516 to terminal 500. Terminals 515, 518 and 520 of reversing switch 496 are with. the reversing motor 480 is connected by lines 522, 524 and 526.
Thus, when the handle 497 of the reversing switch 496 is in the dargestell th in Figure 1 with full lines th neutral position and the terminals 502 and 518 are connected to each other, the reversing motor 480 and the carrier 64 connected to this motor stand still;
when the handle 497 is in position 497a and the clamp 504 is connected to the clamp 515 and the clamp 500 is connected to the clamp 520, the reversing motor 480 will revolve in its one direction of rotation in order to bring about a downward movement of the carrier 64;
when the handle 497 is in position 497b and the clamp 504 is connected to the clamp 520 and the clamp 500 is connected to the clamp 515, the reversing motor 480 will run in its other direction of rotation in order to bring about an upward movement of the Trä gers 64.
As mentioned above, under certain circumstances a particularly slow speed of the electric motor 46 driving the tree 44 is desired. For example: firstly at the beginning of a shearing process, until a few layers of the winding have been wrapped on the tree;
Second, after a thread break occurs in the gate and knotting the ends of the broken thread without using the storage device; thirdly, after a thread break occurs somewhere between the creel and the tree and the tying of the torn thread ends following a temporary unwinding of a part of the chain from the tree by means of the storage device. In the first case, the chain should be placed on the tree in the clipper at a very low ge
speed are wound up until after winding a few layers, the actual shearing process at normal high speed can be started with certainty who can; in the second case, the chain should be withdrawn from the gate at a very low speed until the slack in the thread or threads is removed;
in the third case, during the retreat of the carrier 64 carrying the gripping elements 40 by the reversing motor 480 from its lower effective position to its upper ineffective same position, the chain folded in the storage device (as shown in FIG. 1 with dotted lines) of the tree in the shearer at a very slow rate until the chain is released by the clipboard 110.
In the first case, i.e. H. At the beginning of a shearing process, the carrier 64 of the storage device is first lowered from its uppermost inoperative position to an intermediate position in which the clipboard 110 is not yet placed on the chain and the control switch 494 controlled by the control element 495 carried by the clipboard is still open in which, however, the slow speed switch 490 controlled by the carrier 64 is already closed. The auxiliary start switch 492 mechanically coupled to the handle 497 of the reversing switch 496 is also open, since the handle 497 is in its neutral position.
Closing the slow speed switch 490 causes the electromagnets 556 and 482 to be excited, with the result that the speed control switch 468 opens, thereby establishing the slow speed control circuit. Slow-speed operation of the electric motor 46 can now be maintained by depressing and holding the spring-loaded normal starter pushbutton 382 in the depressed position for as long as desired; H. until a few layers of the winding have been wound onto the tree.
Then the normal starting pushbutton 382 is released, so that the electric motor 46 is kept on, since the engine starting circuit at the starting pushbutton switch 382 is interrupted and the main switch holding circuit at the switch 406, which is caused by the closed slow-speed switch 490, is interrupted Excitation of the electromagnet 482 is still in its open position.
The carrier 64 is now returned to its uppermost ineffective position by pivoting the handle 497 into position 497b; however, this pivoting of the handle 497 does not cause the electric motor 46 to operate by the auxiliary starter switch 492 coupled to the handle 497, since: the control switch 494, which is arranged in series with the auxiliary starter switch 492, is in its open position.
After the carrier 64 has returned to its uppermost inoperative position, the electric motor 46 of the shearing machine can be started at normal high operating speed by briefly pressing down the starter push button 382, since now the slow speed switch 490 is open, so that the electromagnet 482 is de-energized and the switch 406 arranged in the main switch holding circuit and the speed control switch 468 arranged in the normal speed control circuit are closed.
In the second case, i. H. After a thread break has occurred in the creel and the torn ends of the thread or threads have been tied without using the storage device, the carrier 64 of the storage device is in its uppermost ineffective position, so that all switches 490, 492 and 494 are in the Open position.
As a result of the slack of the thread or the threads whose torn ends have been linked together, one or more thread monitors 416 have still closed their contact 416, so that the thread monitor circuit is still closed. and as a result the solenoid 482 is still energized. Therefore, the switch 406 in the main switch holding circuit and the speed control holder 468 in the normal speed control circuit are still open.
Low-speed operation of the electric motor 46 can now be obtained by depressing and holding the spring-loaded normal start push button 382. As soon as the loop in the previously knotted thread or the previously knotted threads has been recorded, the contact closure on the thread monitor or thread monitor 416 is interrupted, whereby the thread monitor circuit is interrupted -and the electromagnet. 482 is de-energized so that switches 406 and 468 are closed.
The main switch holding circuit is thus closed again and the generator field manual control resistor 350 is again connected to the generator field 460, so that the speed of the electric motor 46 automatically increases to the set value and the electric motor continues to rotate at a high operating speed; Now the starter push button 328 can be released because the main switch holding circuit is closed.
In the third case, i. H. After the occurrence of a thread break and the tying of the torn thread ends following a temporary unwinding of part of the chain from the tree, the carrier 64 of the stopping device is in its lower position, in FIG. Dashed lines represent the effective position, so that the slow samlaufsehalter 490 and the control switch 494 are closed. At this point in time the auxiliary starter switch .I92 is open because. the handle 497 is in its neutral position when the carrier 64 is stationary.
Closing the slow-speed switch 490 causes the electromagnets 556 and 482 to be excited, with the result that the switches 406 and 468 open. Simultaneously with the. Pivoting the handle 497 of the reversing switch 496 into the position 497b to bring about an upward movement of the carrier 64, the auxiliary start switch 492 mechanically coupled to the handle 497 is closed, so that due to the fact that the control switch 494 and the slow-speed switch 490 are closed,
the electric motor 46 is started at low speed. As soon as the carrier reaches a position during the upward movement of the carrier and after slowly picking up the folded chain in the storage device, in which the clipboard 110 is moved away from the chain 34 and the control holder 494 is opened, the electric motor 46 is stopped, although the Auxiliary control switch 492 arranged in series with control switch 494 is still closed.
The upward movement of the carrier 64 continues, however, and the auxiliary start switch 492 and the low speed switch 490 are automatically opened in the uppermost inoperative position of the carrier.
Now the electromagnet 482 is de-energized and the switches 406 and 468 are closed, since after slowly taking up the chain the threads no longer sag and the thread monitors 416 which also control the electromagnet 482 are in the open position. The electric motor 46 can now be started at the normal high operating speed after a short time by depressing the normal starting pushbutton 382 and releasing it.
During the slow-speed operation, the tension of the threads remains constant regardless of the setting of the manual generator field resistor 350 and regardless of the amount of thread that has already been brought onto the tree.
This is achieved firstly by the fact that the generator field manual control resistor 350 is switched off from the generator field 460 during slow-speed operation, and secondly by the fact that the torque of the electric motor 46 is increased by building up the chain by means of the automatic motor field control resistor 258 controlled by the press roller 132.
From the above it follows that the electric motor 46 must be started at full load and at different speeds. To accommodate these changing conditions, the solenoid 364 of the relay 366 is located in the main motor circuit, and the terminals of the spring loaded switch 638 controlled by the solenoid 364 are connected by lines 644 and 646 to nodes 640 and 642 .
The shaker switch 638 thus short-circuits the automatic motor field resistor 258 when the strength of the current flowing through the electromagnet 364 of the relay 366 has risen to a certain value. The spring connected to the switch 638 brings the same back into its open days as soon as the strength of the current passing through the electromagnet 364 falls below this certain value. The operation of the relay 366 continues until a steady state of the current has been established at a value below that particular limit.
The operation of the electric motor 46 of the shearing machine is automatically stopped as soon as the stop button 414 is pressed down by hand or as soon as one or more thread monitors 416 fall after a thread break in the gate or somewhere between the gate and the tree, or as soon as the switch 418 of the Shutdown counter 98 is automatically opened at the end of a shearing process after winding a predetermined chain length to which the shutdown counter was set.
In the first and second case, the solenoid 606 of the shutdown counter relay 582 is not affected, so that the electric motor 46 is restarted in normal high-speed or low-speed operation using the push button 382 or the auxiliary starter switch 492, as the case may be can,
without certain circuits of the control system being made ready again by means of the recovery push button 616.
In the third case, however, the switch 418 of the switch-off counter 98 is automatically opened, whereby the electromagnet 606 controlling the electromagnet 602 is de-energized and the switch 402 arranged in the main switch-holding circuit is opened, so that the switch-off counter must be set again and the restart the preparation push button 616 must be pressed,
before a new, uninterrupted operation of the electric motor 46 can be obtained by actuating and then releasing the spring-loaded starter push button switch 382.
If the switch-off counter had not been set again and / or the recovery pushbutton 616 had not been actuated, the electric motor 46 could only be operated at normal high speed or slow speed as long as the starter pushbutton 382 was in its depressed position is held; Releasing the starter button would cause the electric motor 46 to stop under these circumstances.
The indicator lamp 624 connected to the stopping relay control circuit only lights up in the third case when the switch 418 of the shutdown counter is open. In all three cases, the brakes of the shearing machine controlled by the electromagnet 434 of the brake control relay 432 are applied immediately after the electric motor 46 has stopped. If the choke coil 433 is omitted, the brakes are released again after a short period of time by the action of the timer relay 412; if the reactor 433 is provided in the control system, the action of the timer 412 causes a decrease in the application force after a short period of time.
the brakes to a low level determined by the Dros selspule, and the brakes are completely released as soon as the electric motor 46 is started again either in slow speed or in normal high speed, as described in more detail above.
From the above description of the control device it can be seen that the electromagnet. 482 of the chain brake relay 408 after closing the slow-speed switch 490 and / or closing a contact by a thread monitor 416 excited. becomes.
Hence remains. the speed control switch 468 which is controlled by this solenoid. is, in its open position, as long as one or more thread monitors 416 bring about a contact, or, in other words, the electric motor 46 can only be operated at low speed as long as the warp threads are not in the correct position and cause contact closures by the thread monitor 416.
It should also be noted that the switch 406, which is also controlled by the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 and located in the main switch holding circuit in series with the electromagnet 410 of the timing relay 412, remains in its open position as long as the state for slow-speed operation prevails.
Therefore, the main switch holding circuit is interrupted during the slow-running operation, and slow-running operation of the electric motor 46 by means of the spring-loaded starter pushbutton 382 can only be maintained as long as the starter pushbutton is held in its depressed position. Furthermore, the electromagnet 410 of the timing relay 412 remains de-energized, and the switch 424 of this timing relay remains in its open position during the low-speed operation, since the main switch holding circuit is interrupted.
Since the brakes of the shear machine are not applied after the end of a slow samlaufbetriebes if the choke coil 433 is omitted, or the brakes are only slightly applied depending on the setting of a choke coil if such a choke coil is provided in the control device .
The chain brake relay 408, the sensitive chain brake second relay 558, the shutdown counter relay 582, the timing relay 412, the low-voltage transformer 548, the stop relay 404, the brake control relay 432 and the relay 366 are expediently arranged in an electrical control box 648, which is attached to the frame of the shearing machine 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a normal alternating current of, for example, 220 volts is used in the alternating power supply line, in the reversing motor circuits and in the brake circuit; the generator 356 of the alternating current motor-direct current generator set 26 it produces a direct current of 230 volts, which is supplied to the main motor circuit, engine starting circuit, main switch holding circuit, brake circuit, normal speed control circuit and slow speed control circuit;
the primary winding 574 of the low-voltage transformer 548 is fed with alternating current of 220 volts, and the secondary winding 546 of this transformer supplies alternating current of 18 volts to the recovery circuit, the shutdown counter relay circuit, the stopping relay control circuit, the display circuit, the chain brake relay control circuit and the thread monitor circuit.
FIG. 4 illustrates another embodiment of an electrical control device according to the invention, which is built into a lifting machine 700 and a lifting system containing gate 2400 (see FIG. 3).
The arrangement of the various circuits of the electrical control device shown in Fig. 4 and their operation are essentially the same as the arrangement of the circuits and the operation of the electrical control device described above with reference to Fig. 2, so that it is sufficient to if only the differences between the two institutions are described below.
The construction and operation of the rearing device 700 are described and illustrated in detail in U.S. Patent No. 2342151. In the following only those parts of the boom device are described that are neces sary to understand the application of the electrical control device in the Aufbäiimeanlage.
An electric motor 4600 attached to the frame of the rearing device 700 in a suitable manner drives the main shaft 702 by means of a belt 704 which is placed around a pulley 706 fastened to the shaft 708 of the electric motor 4600 and a pulley 710 fastened to the main shaft 702 . A pinion 712 attached to the main shaft 702 drives the boom 4400 by means of a gear 714 attached to the bai.
A cradle 716 serving to receive and lift the tree 4400 in its working position is swingably attached to the main shaft 702 and carries a toothed segment 718 which meshes with a pinion 720 attached to the transverse shaft 722 supporting a worm wheel 724. The worm wheel 724 meshes with a worm 726 attached to the lower end of a spindle 728. The spindle 728 has a handwheel 730 at its upper end. On each side of the cradle 716 a roller 732 is rotatably arranged at the free end of the cradle, against which a brake drum attached to the tree 4400 rests. 734 can create.
The brake drums 734 on each side of the tree can work together with brake bands (not shown). To use a tree in the rearing device, the cradle is moved to its lower receiving position by turning the handwheel 730, in which the roller is in the position 732 '. After a tree has been placed in the cradle in such a way that its drums 734 are carried by the rollers 732, the handwheel is turned in the opposite direction in order to lift the cradle and the tree until they are in full line in FIG achieve the work situation shown.
An attachment 736 attached to the cradle touches the control element 651 of a safety switch 650 attached to the frame of the building device as soon as the cradle and the tree are in their working position. This safety switch 650 is normally held in its open position by a spring (not shown) and is closed by touching the projection 736 with the control element 651.
As can be seen from Fig. 4, the safety switch 650 is arranged in the line 386 of the engine starting circuit and main switch holding circuit, so that the Aufbäumevorrichtung can only be started when the tree is closed with the safety switch 650 in its working position.
As soon as the cradle 716 and the tree 4400 are moved away from the working position, the extension 736 is brought out of engagement with the control element 651 of the safety switch 650, so that the latter is opened by its spring and the motor starting circuit is interrupted, whereby starting the electric motor 4600 is impossible is made.
A pressure roller 1320, which is rotatably attached to a swing bar on the frame of the rearing device at the point 740 attached holder 738, is held with the winding on the tree 4400 by the action of its own weight in contact. The holder 738 carries a toothed segment 744 which meshes with a pinion 746 attached to a sprocket 750 carrying the transverse shaft 748. The chain wheel 750 is connected to a chain wheel 752 fastened on a transverse shaft 754 by means of a chain 756.
The transverse shaft 754 carries the (not shown th) movable finger or contact arm of the automatic motor field control resistor 2580 ,, which is electrically connected to the circuits of the control device in the same way as the automatic motor field control resistor 258 of the Sehermasehinenanlage according to Fig.1 and 2 is electrically connected.
The holder 738 is moved in a clockwise direction in accordance with the increase in the diameter of the winding on the tree 4400 during the rearing up, with reference to FIG. 3, so that the automatic motor field control resistor 2580 by means of the tooth segment 744, pinion 746 and chain drive 750 , 752, 756 is adjusted depending on the structure of the winding on the tree.
The generator field manual control resistor 3500, which is connected to your control system in the same way as the generator field manual control resistor of the viewing system according to Fig. 1 and \? is electrically connected is. attached to the frame of the rearing device in any suitable manner.
The AC motor traction generator unit 2600 and the manual switch 3540 for connecting the electrical power supply line 30 to the circuits of the control unit are also attached to the mounting device.
Furthermore, the Aufbäumervorriehtung carries the control box 6480, which contains the relays -108, 5 58, 582, 412, 404, 432, 366 and the transformer 548.
In contrast to the vision system shown in FIG. 1, in the rearing system according to FIG. 3 no storage device is arranged between the rearing system and the gate. Therefore, the low-speed switch 490, the auxiliary starter switch 492 and the control switch 494 and their connections with the circuits of the control device shown in FIG. 2 are omitted in the control device shown in FIG.
To get the electric motor 4600 running slowly, is. a low speed switch 4900 is attached to the rake 700. According to FIG. 4, the slow running switch 4900 is connected by the lines 652 to the chain brake relay control circuit parallel to the switch 566 of the sensitive chain brake second relay 558. The slow speed switch 4900 is normally held in the open position by a spring (not shown).
When the slow speed switch is closed by hand, the electromagnet 482 of the chain brake relay 408 is energized, whereby the visual speed control switch 468 is opened to switch off the generator field manual control resistor 3500 from the generator field 460 and the electric motor 4600 is operated at slow speed after the starter switch 3820 is closed can be.
According to FIG. 4, the starter switch 3820 and the stop switch 4140 are electrically connected to the circuits of the control system in the same way as the starter push button switch 382 and the stop push button switch 414 of the viewing system shown in FIG. In contrast to the starter pushbutton switch and the stop pushbutton switch of the viewer system, however, the starter switch 3820 and the stop switch 4140 of the boom system are not in a stop and start station together with the RTI
ID = "0017.0066"> Repeat mowing button 6160 and the indicator lamp 6240 are arranged. The 'N # lieder ready mowing push button 6160 and the indicator lamp 6240, which with.
The control device in the lead like the recovery push button 616 and the indicator lamp 624 of the vision system described above are electrically connected to a separate recovery station 654 attached to the frame of the rearing device 700. The stop switch 4140,
the slow-speed switch 4900 and the starter switch 3820 are arranged in a separate stop-slow-speed starter station 656. As described in more detail in US Pat. No. 2342151, a switch rod 758 which is subjected to the action of a spring 760 and is rotatably arranged at 762 is used to control all three switches 4140, 4900, 3820 by a suitable one, generally designated 764 Mechanism in the following way:
Fig. 3 shows the shift rod 758 and associated mechanism in a neutral position. the spring-loaded switching rod 758 by hand at a certain angle, based on FIG. 3, in a clockwise direction. is rotated, the low-speed switch 4900 and the starter switch 3820 are turned on without the stop switch 4140 being operated.
closed, so that the electric motor 4600 works at low speed, as long as the shift rod 758 is held in this position against the action of its spring 760. If the switching rod 758 is rotated further clockwise, a spring actuated and part of the mechanism 764 forming the oscillating element 766 comes out of engagement with the spring-loaded control element 4910 of the slow speed switch 4900 and causes an automatic release and opening of the slow speed switch 4900, wäh rend the starter switch. 3820 remains in its closed position,
so that the electric motor 4600 runs at normal high speed. If the switching rod 758 is now released and returned to its neutral position by means of its spring 760, the starter switch 3820 is opened and the oscillating element 766 swings past the spring-loaded control element 4910 without actuating the same, ie. H. without causing the slow speed switch to close; the electric motor 4600 continues its normal high speed due to the action of the main switch holding circuit described above.
In order to stop the electric motor 4600 from Fland, the switching rod 758 is rotated counterclockwise from its neutral position, based on FIG. 3, whereby the stop switch 4140 is closed without actuation of the slow-speed switch 4900 and the starter switch 3820. After releasing the shift rod, the same is returned to its neutral position by means of the spring 760.
As can be seen from the circuit diagram of FIG. 4 and from the above description of the circuits of the control device, the speed control switch 468 is also controlled by the thread monitor 4160 of the gate by means of the sensitive intermediate chain brake relay 558 and its switch 566.
So if the worker turns the switching rod 758 into its end position, in which the slow speed switch 4900 is open and the starter switch 3820 is closed alone, the electric motor 4600 can only work at slow speed as long as one or more thread monitors 4160, for example due to slack in the warp threads 3400 bring about a contact.
As soon as the warp thread slack has been taken up by the tree and the contact closure on the thread monitors 4160 has been canceled, the electric motor 4600 runs at normal high speed. According to FIG. 3, the chain 3400 runs around a measuring roller 768 rotatably arranged at the point 770 on the frame of the tree device. This measuring roller drives the holding counter 9800 by means of suitable gear wheels (not shown).
The shutdown counter 9800 of the Aufbäumevorrichtung is electrically verbun with the circuits of the Steueinrich device in the same way and works on the same principle as the shutdown counter 98 of the described NEN shearing device according to FIGS. 1 and 2. Furthermore, the re-preparing drucldinopf 6160 works Raising device in the same manner as the clipper recovery button 616.
While the brakes of the shearing machine shown in FIG. 1 are actuated by means of a brake solenoid 318, the brakes of the building machine shown in FIG. 3 are actuated by means of a motor 772 with a high starting torque which can be loaded to such an extent that it stops without its parts being excessively heated.
The motor 772, which is attached in a suitable manner to the frame of the rearing machine, carries on its shaft 774 a pinion 776 which meshes with a gear segment 778 attached to a rotatably mounted in the rearing machine on shaft 780 gear segment 778. An arm 782 fastened to the shaft 774 is connected by means of an arm 786 articulated to a stationary part of the rearing machine at the point 788 with a link 784 that actuates the brake band (not shown) of the brake of the tree 4400. A one-piece arm with the body of the tooth segment 778 is connected to a Bowden cable 792 which actuates the brake (not shown) of the press roller 1320.
An arm 794, which is also made in one piece with the body of the toothed segment 778, is connected to a link 796 which actuates the brake (not shown) of the measuring roller 768. So when the engine 772 is started, the brakes of the tree 4400, the press roller 1320 and the measuring roller 768 by means of the gear segment 778 and the arms 782, 790 and 794 connected to it are applied simultaneously.
The masses of the press roller and the measuring roller remain constant during the erection, while the mass of the tree is increased as a result of the build-up of the winding on the tree. As explained in more detail in U.S. Patent No. 2342151, the action of the brakes on the pressure roller and the measuring roller is caused by brake springs released from the motor 772, while the action of the brake on the tree varies according to the power consumed by the motor 772 changes ..
The brake springs exert a constant force on the constant mass of the press roller and the measuring roller, so that the braking time of the press roller and the measuring roller remains constant. To the same constant braking time for the development of the winding on the tree. To obtain changing mass of the tree, an automatically adjustable resistor 658 is seen to change the power of the motor depending on the structure of the winding on the tree.
The movable (not shown) contact arm of the resistor 658 is connected to the transverse shaft 754, which is driven by the pressure roller 1320 by means of the gear segment 744, the pinion 746 and the chain drive 750, 752, 756 depending on the increase in the winding on the tree is controlled.
According to FIG. 4, the motor 772 is connected to the electrical control device in the following way: A line 660 leading from the node 506 to the terminal 662, which has the pole Si of a three-pole switch S and a first coil of the adjustable resistor 658 includes; a line 664 leading from the node 510 to the terminal 666, which includes the pole S2 of the switch S and a second coil of the resistor 658; one from the node 517 to the terminal 670 leading line 668, which includes the pole S3 of the switch S and a third coil of the resistor 658.
The three-pole switch Swird v on the elec tromagneten 672 of a relay 674 is controlled. The electromagnet 672 is arranged in the following from the upper terminal of the secondary winding 546 of the low-voltage transformer 548 outgoing brake circuit: A line 676 leading from the upper terminal of the secondary winding to the left terminal of the brake control switch 430 of the brake control relay 432; a right terminal of the switch 430 to the electric magnet 672 connecting line 678; a line 680 connecting the electromagnet 672 to the right terminal of the switch 424 of the timing relay 412 and a line 682 connecting the left terminal of the switch 424 to the lower terminal of the secondary winding 546.
As soon as the brake control switch 430 in the above-described. Manner is closed due to an interruption of the main switch holding circuit, the electromagnet 672 is energized, whereby the three-pole switch S is closed with the result of starting the motor 772 and applying the brakes of the tree.
After a short period of time, the switch .424 of the timing relay 412 interrupts the brake circuit in the manner described above, whereby the electric magnet 672 is de-energized, so that the switch S is opened and the motor 772 is switched off to let go of the brakes.
According to FIG. 4, the electrical control device for the rearing device is also equipped with an electric brake that is effective in addition to the mechanical brakes of the rearing machine operated by the motor. For this purpose, an adjustable braking resistor 684 is connected to the nodes 686 and 688 of the lines 362 and 372 of the main motor circuit by means of a line 690 which contains a switch 692 of a resistance relay 694.
The electromagnet 696 of the relay 694 is connected in parallel to the electromagnet 434 of the brake control relay 432 by means of lines 698. Accordingly, the electromagnet 696 is excited and the switch 692 controlled by this electromagnet remains open as long as the main switch holding circuit is closed. and the electric motor 4600 drives the tree.
As soon as the main switch holding circuit is interrupted in any of the ways described above and the electromagnet 434 of the brake control relay 432 and the electromagnet 696 of the resistance relay 694 are de-energized, the switch 692 is closed and in turn short-circuits the electric motor 4600 through the resistor 684, whereby an additional deceleration of the rotating masses of the tree connected to the electric motor 4600 is obtained.
According to FIG. 3, the rearing machine 700 is carried by rollers 798 which are fastened to longitudinal shafts 800 which are rotatably arranged on both sides of the frame in suitable bearings. A reversing motor 4800 is connected to the shafts 800 by means of a chain drive 802 to move the boom to the side in one direction or the other so that the boom is easily in line with the boom. different parallel angeord designated gates can be brought.
4, the electrical connections of the reversing motor 4800 to the circuits of the electrical control device are the same as those of the reversing motor 480 of the storage device according to FIG. The reversing motor 4800 of the rearing machine is controlled by a reversing switch 4960 attached to the frame of the rearing device. The clipper shown in Figure 1 could be provided with a hand slow speed switch attached to the frame of the clipper.
Such a manual slow speed switch could be connected to the electrical circuits of the electrical control device in the same way as the slow speed switch 4900 of the building machine, or it could be connected to the circuits of the device in parallel with the slow speed switch 4900 of the storage device.
Furthermore, in the embodiments of the electrical control device shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, it is assumed that the generator field control resistor 350 or 3500 is a manual control resistor for setting a predetermined initial operating speed of the electric motor 46 or 4600 and that the motor field control resistor 258 or
2580 is a control resistor automatically controlled by the press roller to reduce this initial working speed in dependence on the structure of the winding on the tree. 1 and 3 show the arrangement of these variable resistors in the shearing machine and the rearing machine in a corresponding manner.
If necessary, however, the motor field control resistor 258 or 2580 could be designed as a manual control resistor for setting the predetermined initial working speed of the electric motor 46 or 4600, and the generator field control resistor 350 or 3500 could be controlled automatically by the pressure roller,
in order to obtain an automatic reduction in the initial operating speed of the electric motor to a lower value to bring about a substantially constant running speed of the threads and / or the tension of the threads to remain substantially constant.
In such a case, the generator field control resistor 350 or 3500 and the motor field control resistor 258 or 2580 would be interchanged in the shearing machine shown in FIG. 1 or in the rearing machine shown in FIG.
