Sealing device for rotating or reciprocating machine parts. The invention relates to a sealing device for rotating and reciprocating machine parts, in which a .Manschette consisting of elastic sealing material is additionally pressed onto the machine element to be removed by a tensioning element formed from an annularly closed helical spring.
The invention consists in that the part of the sealing sleeve having the sealing lip surrounds the spinning organ at least in places around it.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown schematically in exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a previous embodiment with a sealing ring which is rolled into a three-part housing, in section.
In Fig. 2, a device according to the invention is shown in section, in which the sealing ring is rolled into a two-part housing.
Figures 3, to 10 illustrate further exemplary embodiments of the invention and a detail, in section.
In the previous versions (FIG. 1), the collar 1 was rolled into a multi-part, for example three-part housing 2, 3, 4. The helical spring ring 5 lies under internal stress in a groove of the part of the cuff 1, which has the sealing lip 6 . The groove means and Gomit also the center point circle of the spring ring lay in a different plane than the circle formed by the wiping edge of the sealing lip 6 .
In the device according to the invention according to FIG. 2, the very cave spring 5 is inserted into the part having the wire lip 6 and completely enclosed by the wire material.
This makes it possible to place the center circle of the spring ring 5 in the same plane as the circle formed by the stripping edge of the sealing lip 6 . This also avoids the moment around the wiper edge which is disadvantageous for a perfect seal. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the sleeve 1 is inserted under pressure into a two-part housing 7, 8 .
Further embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS. 3 to 10.
Fig. 3 shows a stationary seal for a rotating shaft. The spring ring 5 is vulcanized into the part of the sleeve 1 having the sealing lip 6 , and the sleeve 1 in turn is vulcanized onto the fixed unitary housing 9 .
The embodiment shown in Fig. 4 is intended for sealing with the shaft running around the shaft and the sealing ring around it. The one part with sealing lip 6 and vulcanized Yederring 5 on white cuff, 1 is directly on the, Lim running shaft 10 </ B> applied tightly. It can be provided with a support ring 11 if the medium to be sealed is pressurized.
The sealing takes place in this example against the locking machine part I ##.
In Fig. 5, an embodiment is illustrated with a pot shell for back and forth movements. Between a piston 13 and an annular disk 14 a pot maneuverette 1 is clamped. It seals with its pipe lip 6 against the stationary cylinder 12.
According to the examples according to FIGS. 6 and 7, the diellungis ring is in the seat area of the helical spring 5 with an outwardly sloping backward, the seat of the tensioning element 5 intersecting conical surface 15 , which forms an angle a with the axis of the shaft to be cut 10 ,
the extent of which depends on the transverse alignment of the lip 6 . The conical surface 15 can depending depending on the elasticity requirements set the seat 16 of the Selirauben spring 5 either close to its bedding (Fig. 6) or at half the height of the KTeisprofile of the helical spring (Fig. 7) sclineidenr.
The selirauben spring 5 sits in its bed 16 so deep in the sealing lip 6 that it is in the middle of its cross-section. in the plane of the sealing edge, the sealing lip 6 .
The helical spring 5 is fixed on its seat 16 by retaining clips 17 , which either fit into the diagonal lip 6 of the Diclitungsringes are incorporated in its production or from the Maferia.1 of the same, order and order with these, from one piece. In the latter case, the helical spring 5 is inserted into the press mold during the production of the sealing ring.
The width b of the retaining bracket 17 as well as the end c can also be adapted to the various requirements.
The gaps between the holding brackets can also be bridged by skins, which serve as rust protection and do not restrict the elastic movement of the spring gears. Retaining brackets and rust protection rings can. As FIGS. 8 and 9 show, in the form of a corrugation running in a circle, the corrugations are either kept short, (FIG. 8) or elongated (Fig. 9) , depending on whether the W, # ll mountains serving as retaining rings are arranged close to one another or far from one another are.
A longitudinal section (Fig. 10) shows the approximate strength ratios of the wave crests and wave troughs.
