Description

  

      Maschine    zum Schneiden von Leder.    Die den Erfindungsgegenstand bildende  Maschine zum Schneiden von Leder besitzt  einen von Hand zu führenden     Schneidkopf          mit    einem     Kreismesser,    das mittels eines mit  dem     Schneidekopf    fest verbundenen     Pressluft-          motors        antreibbar    ist.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Ma  schine     dargestellt.    Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht der     Schneid-          maschine,

            Fig.    2 eine     Seitenansicht    des Schneid  kopf  <B>Mg.</B> 3     bis.    5 verschiedene     Ansichten    und       Schnitte    von     Einzelteilen    des     .Schneidkopfes.     Der     Schneidkopf        weist    gemäss     Fig.    2 eine  durch den Winkel 4 verstellbar angebrachte  Schutzvorrichtung 1 auf sowie     einen    mit  einer     Schneidrille    versehenen     Schneidfuss    3.

    Die     Schutzvorrichtung    1 und der Schneid  fuss 3 sind am     zweiteiligen    Halteblock 5  gemäss     #ig.    1 bis, 5 befestigt.     Dieser    ist sei  nerseits durch     die    Hohlwelle 6,     in    welcher  die Drehbewegung auf das     Kreismesser    2  übertragen wird, mit dem Handgriff 7 ge-         mäss        Fig.    1     verbunden,    in     welch    letzterem der       Pressluftmotor        eingebaut    ist.  



  Der mit einem rotierenden     Lamellenkör-          per    ausgerüstete     Pressluftmotor    besitzt     ein     verhältnismässig     hohes    Anlaufdrehmoment  und gestattet deshalb, die anfänglich sehr  hohen     Schneidwiderstände    beim     Anlaufen     der     Lederschneidmaschine,    bei     hinreichender          Beaufsehlagung    des     Pre:ssluftmotors,    ohne  weiteres zu überwinden.

   Die Erfindung ist  besonders zur Anwendung bei kleinen     Hand-          lederschneidmasehinen        geeignet.

According to FIG. 2, the cutting head has a protective device 1 which is adjustably attached through the angle 4 and a cutting foot 3 provided with a cutting groove.

    The protective device 1 and the cutting foot 3 are on the two-part holding block 5 according to #ig. 1 to, 5 attached. This is on the other hand connected by the hollow shaft 6, in which the rotary movement is transmitted to the circular knife 2, with the handle 7 according to FIG. 1, in which the latter the compressed air motor is installed.



  The compressed air motor equipped with a rotating lamellar body has a relatively high starting torque and therefore allows the initially very high cutting resistance when the leather cutting machine is started up, provided the compressed air motor is adequately powered, easily.

   The invention is particularly suitable for use in small hand-held leather cutting machines.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Maschine zum Schneiden von Leder, ge kennzeichnet durch einen von Hand zu füh- renden Schneidkopf mit einem Kreismesser, dass, mittels eines, mit dem S'chneidkopf fest verbundenen Pressluftmotors antreibbar ist. PATENT CLAIM: Machine for cutting leather, characterized by a hand-operated cutting head with a circular knife that can be driven by means of a compressed air motor firmly connected to the cutting head. UNTERANSPRUCH: Maschine nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pressluftmotor in einem am Schneidkopf vorgesehenen Hand griff eingebaut ist.
