Description
Gerät zum Aufnehmen und Wenden von auf Strickapparaten in Herstellung befindlichen Strickwaren. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein, Gerät, das Drahtschlaufen aufweist, welche in gleichmässigem Abstand vonein ander und mindestens annähernd senkrecht abstehend an .einem profilierten Halter be festigt sind und die dazu bestimmt ;
Fig. 1 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht des Gerätes.
Device for picking up and turning knitted goods in production on knitting machines. The subject of the present invention is a device that has wire loops, which are fastened at a uniform distance from one another and at least approximately perpendicularly protruding on .einem profiled holder and which are intended for this;
are to temporarily take over the stitches of a knitted fabric being produced on a knitting machine from the knitting needles, for the purpose of being able to turn the knitted fabric by 180 and transfer it back to the knitting machine.
In the following, an embodiment of the invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the device.
Fig.? shows the pale device from the long side and FIG. 3 from the front side.
The wire loops b are attached to a cylindrical holder a at the same distance from each other and protruding vertically and are used to take over the knitted material from a knitting apparatus, needles ate the same; Like the wire loops b.
This process takes place as follows: Each D-suture loop of the described device is brought into contact with a knitting needle of the respective knitting device. H.
the hooking, the wire looping into the hooks of the needles, has taken place, the knitted material is pulled off the knitting needles, so that every stitch pulled off comes to hang on a wire rope. The knitted fabric now hangs completely on the loops. b of the device.
The device is then removed from the knitting needles, turned 180 and more recently. brought into contact with the knitting needles. The ma- saw the last row of the knitted goods. who now see the device in reverse order. hung again on the knitting needles of the apparatus. The knitted fabric is now on the knitting needles, but turned 180.
By ZVenden the knitted fabric while knitting, you can alternate between right stitches and left stitches.
This arbitrary change was not possible until today on the other handheld devices or it was associated with great difficulties.
