Description
Raccord pour deux tubes tels que deux tubes à gaz. La présente invention a pour objet un raccord pour deux tubes tels que deux tubes à gaz, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un manchon dont au moins une des extré- mités:
présente un filetage destiné à recevoir un écrou .disposé .de manière à presser sur au moins un élément d'étanchéité monté sur un premier tube, lorsque celui-ci est engagé dans ladite extrémité du manchon, des, moyens étant ménagés pour assembler l'autre extré mité de ce manchon au second tube.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem- pl.e, une forme d'exécution du raccord, objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue longitudinale en coupe partielle, la fig. 2 une vue en plan d'une bague métallique et la fi-. 3 une vue de profil die celle-ci.
Le raccord représenté comprend un man chon cylindrique 16, comportant deux parties rectilignes, coaxiales let 2, de diamètres. dif- férents, raccordées par une partie tronco nique 3; 1a partie 1, de plus petit diamètre, possède un filetage 4 destiné à être vissé sur un premier tube à gaz; la partie 2, de plus grand diamètre, est munie à son extré mité libre 5 -d'un filetage 6 sur lequel un écrou 7 est destiné à être vissé;
à l'intérieur de cette partie 2 est engagée une des extré mités 14 d'un second tube à gaz 8.
L'écrou 7 comporte intérieurement un épaulement circulaire 9 destiné à presser sur une bague métallique 10 montée sur le tube 8; cette bague 10 permet de serrer un anneau d'étanchéité 11 prenant appui, d'autre part, contre un chanfrein 12 ménagé à l'ex trémité 5 de la, partie 2 du manchon. La bague 10 présente une solution de conti nuité 13 lui permettant de s'ouvrir plus ou moins selon les irrégularités, de la surface extérieure du tube 8.
Ce dernier peut être immobilisé dans le sens longitudinal, à l'in térieur de la partie 2, au moyen d'une vis de pression 15 que porte l'écrou 7.
Dans une variante d'exécution, l'écrou 7 peut être muni de plusieurs vis 15.
La partie rectiligne<B>2</B> du manchon 16 pos sède une paroi dont: l'épaisseur est plus grande que celle de la paroi des tubes à assembler, pour renforcer la conduite à laquelle ils appartiennent au droit du raccord.
Le raccord représenté, plus spécialement destiné à remplacer une portion de tube pré sentant une perforation, est. utilisé comme suit: La partie 2 dû manchon<B>H</B> est engagée autour du tube 8 ainsi que l'écrou 7, l'anneau 11 et la bague 10, puis la partie 1 est vissée à une extrémité taraudée correspondante de l'autre tube à raccorder (non représenté); l'écrou 7 est ensuite actionné pour serrer l'anneau et la bagua susmentionnés et la vis de pression 15 est vissée pour immobilioer le tube 8 dans le sens longitudinal.
Il est prévu dans une variante d'exécution de réaliser un manchon 16 comprenant une seule partie rectiligne 2 po,#.sédant à chacune de ses extrémités un filetage 6 destiné à re cevoir un écrou 7 ; :chaque écrou 7 peut être muni de vis de pression 15 et comporter un épaulement circulaire 9 destiné à presser sur une bague 10 et un anneau 11 que porte un des tubes à raccorder.

The connector shown comprises a cylindrical sleeve 16, comprising two rectilinear parts, coaxial let 2, of diameters. different, connected by a frustoconical part 3; 1a part 1, of smaller diameter, has a thread 4 intended to be screwed onto a first gas tube; part 2, of larger diameter, is provided at its free end 5 - with a thread 6 onto which a nut 7 is intended to be screwed;
inside this part 2 is engaged one of the ends 14 of a second gas tube 8.
The nut 7 internally comprises a circular shoulder 9 intended to press on a metal ring 10 mounted on the tube 8; this ring 10 makes it possible to tighten a sealing ring 11 bearing, on the other hand, against a chamfer 12 formed at the end 5 of the, part 2 of the sleeve. The ring 10 has a continuity solution 13 allowing it to open more or less according to the irregularities of the outer surface of the tube 8.
The latter can be immobilized in the longitudinal direction, inside part 2, by means of a pressure screw 15 carried by nut 7.
In an alternative embodiment, the nut 7 can be provided with several screws 15.
The rectilinear part <B> 2 </B> of the sleeve 16 has a wall, the thickness of which is greater than that of the wall of the tubes to be assembled, to reinforce the pipe to which they belong to the right of the connection.
The connector shown, more especially intended to replace a portion of tube having a perforation, is. used as follows: Part 2 of the <B> H </B> sleeve is engaged around tube 8 together with nut 7, ring 11 and ring 10, then part 1 is screwed to a corresponding threaded end the other tube to be connected (not shown); the nut 7 is then actuated to tighten the aforementioned ring and bagua and the pressure screw 15 is screwed to immobilize the tube 8 in the longitudinal direction.
In an alternative embodiment, provision is made for a sleeve 16 comprising a single 2 in. Rectilinear portion, #. Attracting at each of its ends a thread 6 intended to receive a nut 7; : each nut 7 can be provided with pressure screw 15 and include a circular shoulder 9 intended to press on a ring 10 and a ring 11 which carries one of the tubes to be connected.
