Device for utilizing waste heat by means of a heat pump. The present invention relates to a device for utilizing waste heat by means of a heat pump.
It consists in the fact that the evaporator of the heat pump is a heat exchanger through which the heat-emitting agent and the heat-absorbing utility medium flow in the flow direction of the heat-emitting agent. and the condenser this heat exchanger in the direction of flow of the utility medium are switched nachge, for the purpose of lowering the temperature of the heat-emitting agent and increasing the temperature of the utility medium with a small @ Värmepumpenkraft herbeizu.
It is known that z. B. in warm from water contained heat under switching device. transfer a heat pump to a smoke medium in such a way that the evaporator of the heat pump is traversed by waste water and the condenser of the same by the utility medium. This makes it possible to bring the outgoing utility medium to a temperature that is higher than that of the warm wastewater.
The entire heat given off by the wastewater is thus first transferred to the circulating heat transfer medium of the heat pump and from this, together with the compressor work converted into heat, to the utility medium.
This type of heat transfer BEZW. The heating of a utility medium requires correspondingly large heat pump systems, evaporators, condensers and compressors with significant drive power, the economic efficiency of which is unfavorable. These disadvantages can be avoided with the present invention.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing.
1 denotes the piston compressor, 2 denotes the evaporator, 3 denotes the condenser and 4 denotes the expansion valve of a heat pump system; which forms part of a facility for waste heat utilization. The circulating heat transfer medium, e.g.
B. dichlorodifluoromethane, ammonia, carbonic acid and the like, comes from the compressor 1 via the connection line 5 in the condenser 3 and from there via the line 6 to the expansion valve 4 and further via: the line 7 in the Ver evaporator 2. Off the evaporator 2 passes the vaporous heat transfer medium through the connecting line 8 in the compressor 1 to return; to start the cycle described again.
Through the line 9, the warm, the heat extraction agent to be subjected, z. B. Waste water such as liquors in dyeing, washing liquors in laundries, warm, humid air, smoke and exhaust gases, etc., supplied to the heat exchanger 10, from which it passes through the connecting line 11 in the Ver evaporator 2, from which it is cold To stand on the drain line 12 is forwarded. The cold utility medium, e.g. B.
Fresh water, gases, atmospheric air, passes through the supply line 13 in the heat exchanger 10 and from this via the connecting line 14 into the condenser 3, from which it stood as a service medium in hot to put on the line 15 the consumption, z. B. radiators, heating vats, hot water taps and. the like is supplied.
The thermal processes that are carried out in the device according to the invention are explained below, whereby the economic advantages of such a system that can be achieved therewith are clearly evident.
The warm wastewater entering the exchanger 10 at the temperature t is exchanged with heat at the temperature t4. This inflowing cold service medium is brought. The wastewater cools down to the temperature t-, and with this reaches the evaporator 2. The service medium has been brought in the exchanger 10 from the temperature t4 to the higher temperature t; j and is transferred to the condenser 3 with this forwarded.
Here t,> t and t2 > t4. In the evaporator 2 there is an exchange of heat from the agent entering it at the temperature t "to the heat transfer medium conducted liquid into the evaporator at the temperature t", which further reduces the temperature of the agent from t "" to < I> t; .
The \ in exchanger 1l.) To the tempe temperature t ;, is brought in the condenser 3 in heat exchange with the go N as-shaped, compressed heat transfer medium that enters this at temperature t7, so that the process medium heats up from temperature t5 to t. and the gaseous heat carrier liquefies with corresponding heat emission.
It has been confirmed that the heat pump system and the power required to drive it can be kept small. if, according to the proposal, the invention a heat exchanger is arranged, in Wei chem a significant amount of heat from waste water is transferred directly to the utility medium and only the residual heat must be promoted by means of the heat pump and its heat carrier. This enables the production and operation of facilities for utilizing the heat from waste water, gases, humid,
make warm air more economical than is possible with the heat pump alone.
Without departing from the essence of the invention, at least two of the three Ap parate: evaporator, heat exchanger, condenser Kon can be combined into one structural unit.
