Abzweigdose für Auf- und Unterputzmontage. Für elektrische Installationen werden bis her zwei Arten von Abzweigdosen verwendet, und zwar solche für Unterputzmontage zum Einbau in Mauern usw. und solche für Auf putzmontage, welche in Verbindung mit offen verlegten Leitungen angewendet wer den. Es war also bisher notwendig, zweierlei Arten solcher Abzweigdosen herzustellen und im Handel zu führen. Je nach der Anzahl benötigter Klemmen sind ferner von jeder dieser beiden Arten Abzweigdosen verschie dene Grössen notwendig.
Zur Vereinfachung der Fabrikation und der Lagerhaltung im Handel ist es erwünscht, mit weniger Model len auszukommen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich nun auf eine Abzweigdose, welche für Auf- und Unterputzmontage anwendbar ist, so dass hierfür nicht mehr zwei verschiedene Arten von Abzweigdosen notwendig sind. Gemäss der Erfindung sind beide Gehäuse teile zum Befestigen von Anschlussorganen eingerichtet und derart ausgebildet, dass sie sowohl als Deckel als auch als Boden an wendbar sind.
Vorteilhaft sehen die beiden Gehäuseteile auf der Stirnseite gleich aus, so dass die Draufsicht auf die Abzweigdose bei Unter putz- und bei Aufputzmontage gleich ist.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Innenansicht des einen Teils der Abzweigdose; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt der Abzweigdose in Unterputzmontage; Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt der Abzweigdose in Aufputzmontage; Fig. 4 ist ein Teilschnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 1, und Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen Stirnansichten der beiden Dosenteile.
Die dargestellte Abzweigdose weist zwei Gehäuseteile 1, 2 auf, von welchen der Teil 1 einen Boden und Seitenwände besitzt und der Teil 2 plattenförmig ausgebildet ist. Beide Gehäuseteile 1, 2 sind auf der Innenseite mit je drei Augen 3 bezw. 4 versehen, die Ge windelöcher zur Aufnahme von Befestigungs schrauben besitzen.
Ferner sind in beide Gehäuseteile 1, 2 an zwei diagonal gegen überliegenden Ecken in Löcher Einsatzringe 5, 6 eingesetzt, die Gewindelöcher und äussere Versenkungen aufweisen, derart, dass ver senkte Köpfe besitzende Verbindungsschrau ben 7 zum Verbinden der beiden Teile 1, 2 sowohl von der einen als der andern Seite eingesehraubt werden können, wie aus den Fig. 2 und 3 klar ersichtlich ist. Beide Ge häuseteile 1, 2 sind ferner mit Schwächun gen 8 bezw. 9 des Materials versehen, welche zum Durchbrechen bestimmt sind und eine Bezeichnung, zum Beispiel über die Art der an die Dose angeschlossenen Anlage, darstel len.
In den beiden Teilen 1, 2 sind ausserdem Befestigungslöcher 10 bezw. 11 vorhanden und in den Seitenwänden des Teils 1 sind Schwächungen 12 gebildet, die nach dem Ausbrechen an gewünschten Stellen Löcher zum Durchführen von Leitungen ergeben.
In Fig. 2 ist die Abzweigdose in Unter putzmontage dargestellt. Am Teil 1 sind mit tels in die Gewindelöcher der Augen 3 ein geschraubte Schrauben 13 Klemmstege 14 befestigt, an welchen die als Klemmen aus gebildeten Anschlussorgane für die Anschluss- leitungen angeordnet sind. Die Schwächun gen 8 des Teils 1 sind hierbei nicht durch brochen, damit keine Feuchtigkeit von der Mauer aus in die Abzweigdose eindringen kann. Dagegen sind die Schwächungen 9 des Teils 2 durchbrochen und stellen eine von der Aussenseite sichtbare Bezeichnung dar. Gleichzeitig dienen diese Durchbrechungen als Ventilationsöffnungen.
In Fig. 3 ist die gleiche Abzweigdose in Aufputzmontage dargestellt. Die Klemmstege 14 sind hier am Teil 2 mittels der in die Gewindelöcher der Augen 4 eingeschraubten Schrauben 13 befestigt. Ferner sind die gegen die Mauer gerichteten Schwächungen 9 des Teils 2 nicht durchbrochen, dagegen die Schwächungen 8 des Teils 1 zur Bildung einer Bezeichnung und von Ventilationsöff nungen durchbrochen.
Wie aus den beiden Fib. 5 und 6 ersicht lich ist, ist die Stirnansicht der Abzweig dose in beiden Fällen von Unterputz- und Aufputzmontage gleich mit Ausnahme der Befestigungsschrauben 7, die sich in den andern Ecken befinden.
Die beiden Gehäuseteile 1, 2 können statt mit den Augen 3 bezw. 4 auch auf andere Weise zum Befestigen von Anschlussorganen für Anschlussleitungen ausgebildet sein.
