Fenerungseinrichtung, in particular for space heating. The subject of the present invention is a furnace, in particular for space heating.
In such furnaces, the heating is very often due to poor draft conditions in the chimney, as they arise as a result of the weather changes (hair dryer, etc.), and when using heating materials with a high moisture content, damaging condensation phenomena occur in the chimney.
The latter result to a particularly high degree when burning wood, sawdust and the like, whereby the empyreumatic vapors generated as a result of imperfect combustion condense in the chimney to form a pale containing wood spirit and tar, which ultimately flows out or at the point of introduction of the smoke exhaust pipe penetrates even further into the latter.
The abovementioned inconveniences are now eliminated in the furnace according to the invention in that an air heater, which is arranged in the flame zone of the furnace and communicates directly with the outside air, is directly connected to the smoke outlet of the device for the purpose of directing a flow of warm air into the chimney conduct.
Thanks to this arrangement, a flow of warm air into the fireplace increases relatively quickly at the start of the firing, which results in a corresponding pulling effect; In addition, this allows the chimney to be heated to such a temperature during operation that practically no condensation phenomena can occur in it.
This arrangement is particularly suitable not only for long-burning stoves for wood and coal, but also for central heating stoves such as Strebelkes.sel and the like.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the accompanying drawing in vertical section.
Of the long-burning stove shown in the drawing, only the parts required for understanding the invention are drawn. In the lower part of the furnace housing 1, the grate 2 is used, while the exhaust pipe 3 for the flue gases sits in the upper part on the back, which is closed to the chimney 6. Flue pipe 3 and chimney 6 thus together form the so-called smoke vent. Above the grate 2 is. In the flame zone an at the front, the furnace housing protruding end open air heating tube 4 is arranged, which consists of refractory cast and whose rear end is connected by a discharge pipe 5 with the exhaust pipe 3 from.
When heating, the fresh air flowing into the pipe 4 at the front end is heated and rises through the pipe 5 and the exhaust pipe 3 into the chimney, in which an intense draft is triggered as a result; At the same time, the chimney is heated to a temperature at which no condensation of the vapors contained in the exhaust gases can occur.
Instead of a single air heating pipe, two or more could be provided, one on each side of the fire chamber.
Furthermore, the air heater could also be connected directly to the chimney by a connecting pipe r, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in the drawing.
The discharge end of the discharge pipe 5 could also be designed like a nozzle or provided with an impeller in order to achieve complete mixing of the hot air with the flue gases by swirling.
Furthermore, near the furnace rear wall inside the furnace, a fireproof wall 8 could be led up to the exhaust pipe 3, as indicated by dashed lines in the drawing, the pipe 4 being in the channel between the furnace that creates a direct connection with the smoke exhaust rear wall and wall 8 would open.
