Fig. 2 ist eine Variante hierzu.
Additional patent to main patent no. 209921. Lung, automatically acting valve device with oxygen supply valve for oxygen breathing devices without constant dosage. The subject of the main patent no. 209921 is a lung-operated valve device with an oxygen supply valve for oxygen breathing devices without constant metering, which valve is operated by low pressure gas according to the patent in question of the main patent. The low-pressure gas itself is controlled by a control valve which is opened or closed by means of a part of the breathing bag that is moved by lung force.
In an embodiment example described in the main patent, the low pressure oxygen controlled by the control valve flows into a space which is closed off by a membrane. The low pressure bulges the membrane, which presses against the pressure of a closing spring on a lever, which opens the oxygen supply valve. As a result, the high-pressure oxygen flows into the breathing bag, creates pressure equalization, and the supply valve closes again.
This device is now to be improved and simplified according to the invention in that the oxygen supply valve is actuated by high-pressure oxygen - instead of low-pressure oxygen. The control valve that controls the opening pressure flow can be seated in a very small bore, for example only a few tenths of a millimeter in diameter.
The line leading to the high pressure required to actuate the oxygen supply valve can be provided with a safety (overpressure) valve which releases the excess pressure of oxygen into the air supply to the breathing air circuit. B. in the breathing bag leading pipe can flow from.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a vertical section through an exemplary embodiment of the valve device according to the invention.
Fig. 2 is a variant of this.
When inhaling and the resulting negative pressure in the breathing bag 9 (Fig. 1) be the stiffened wall 15 of the breathing bag moves to the right and takes the rod 16 against the pressure of a spring 10 with. Since the auxiliary valve 11, which is loaded by the spring 17, opens and gives way to the oxygen flowing in through the nozzle 18 from the high-pressure oxygen bottle. The oxygen then flows through the channel 1 into the space 2 bounded by the membrane 3 and bulges the membrane 3 upwards.
As a result, the pin 4 is also pushed upwards so wide that it lifts the bolt 5 which closes the oxygen supply valve in the position shown. The high-pressure oxygen now flows past the square pin 4 into the space 6 above the membrane 3 and from here through the channel 7 to the tube 8 and to the breathing bag 9.
As a result, pressure equalization takes place, the breathing apparatus 9 expands again, pushes the stiffened wall 15 and thus the rod 16 to the left, the spring 10 relaxes and closes the valve 11, as shown in the figure. The pressure on the membrane 3 is now reduced by the oxygen present in the space 2 through the channel 1 into the space 12, from this through the now open valve seat 19 into the space 13 and further through the bore 14 and through the pipe 8 likewise flows into the breathing bag 9. The oxygen supply valve then closes again under the pressure of the spring 20.
In order to prevent the membrane 3 from being stressed too much, a safety valve 21 (pressure relief valve) (Fig. 2) can be connected to the line 1, which allows the excess pressure oxygen to flow off into the tube 8 and thus to the breathing bag.
