Druckknopf.

Da die Platte 1 des Druchknopfkörpers oder der Patrize bei den entsprechenden Aus führungsformen infolge der Aussparungen ziemlich schwach ist, kann man sie zweck- mässiberiveise durch l@laterialanhäufutng-, bei spielsweise Vorprünge 19 (Fing. 12) verstär- Izen. Durch die gleiche stellenweise Materia1- anhäufung wird auch die Bruchgefahr der Grundplatte in der Richtung des Schlitzes 4 vermieden, ohne jedoch die Federung als sol che zu beeinträehti;
@en.
Push button. The invention relates to a push button made of non-metallic material. A non-metallic material is preferably understood to mean an injectable or pressable plastic. It is well known that the male and female T-shaped dies of the push button3 each go together. to be made from one piece with a base plate. It is also known to see the base plate with slots to increase the flexibility and resilience of the base plate.
In the case of the known 1 -) ruckl, nopfl, onstrulation, the usual push-button design using a metallic material has been assumed up to now. When processing plastics, i.e. non-metallic materials, the wall thicknesses of the individual parts of the push button must be relatively large because of the inherently low breaking strength of the plastic. That means that when processing plastics, one cannot measure the dimensions, especially Maintain wall thicknesses that were previously chosen for metallic snap fasteners,
to achieve the necessary suspension and strength of the parts.
The large wall thicknesses of the individual parts of such a push button, however, again hinder the resilience and flexibility, in particular when inserting the male part into the female part. In order to achieve this absolutely necessary suspension even with large wall thicknesses, according to the invention, one of the two parts, male or female part, has parts protruding from the base plate and acting as a lever clamped in by an arm,
which bring about the cohesion of the two push button parts when the push button is put together.
There are thus to a certain extent free-standing and free-swinging pillars the wor created that the flexible patrices or. Form the die part. These columns can be made so thick and strong that they cannot be damaged, for example tearing or breaking, when the push button is used.
This thick-walled design of the push button parts, however, does not reduce the flexibility and springiness in any way, on the contrary, the push button parts have a much larger and softer springing than push buttons made on metal.
Another 3iI (-rhmally the invention) is the tool that is used and the production of the push button. The resilient part of the push button with the base plate is made from a stikh, by using two production forms that are close to the Button plate mutually displaceable parts are used ver.
The two parts that can be moved relative to one another form the compression or injection mold. One part has mold core pieces that have slits to form the button plates and that a.n the button plate on - q i - to the border of the undercut,
to the end of the button body and tapering to the button plate part of the Iinopfl @ 8rpers serve. The other part of the press or injection mold also has mold parts which form the slots that are located in the button body itself and at the same time the upper part of the button body, the soena ink head.
This is the part which lies above the above-mentioned intersection limit.
The compression or injection molds that are used have the particular advantage that they represent rigid structures with which large quantities of push buttons can be produced in a simple and easy manner at the same time.
The invention is explained in more detail on the land of the attached figures, namely FIGS. 1-4 including a first embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. A second exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, including a third exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 9 to 12, and a fourth exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 13 and 14.
Fig. 1 shows the male mold with the plate seen from above for the first embodiment; Fig. \? Figure 3 is a bottom view corresponding to Figure 1;
FIG. 3 is a sectional view along the line C - D of FIG. 1; FIG. 4 shows a section along the line A-B of FIG. 1 with the push-button sleeve or die attached.
Fi-. 5 shows a section through the second embodiment of the snap fastener with a slotted snap fastener sleeve (die) and rigid button body or male die.
Fib. 6 is a view from above of the push-button sleeve according to the second exemplary embodiment.
FIG. 7 is an inside view corresponding to FIG. 6.
Fi-. 8 shows a view of the button plate according to FIG. 5 from below.
In Fit ;. 9 shows the male mold or the pressure button body of the third embodiment seen from above, FIG. 10 shows a view of this from below.
Fi-. 1l shows this push button with its male and female mold seen from above; Fi-. Figure 12 is a sectional view taken along line 11-ss in Fig. 11.
The fourth embodiment from the top is shown in FIG. shown.
There is no need to refer to the further details, since these correspond in principle to FIGS. 10, 11 and 12 of the third embodiment.
14 shows in a schematic manner how the male and female mold and base plate of the fourth embodiment according to FIG. 13 are produced by the pressing or injection molding tool, a section line A-C through Fi "- 13 being.
\ In Figs. 1-4, 1 denotes the push button plate in which the sewing slots 2 are located. The push button plate consists of one piece with the button body 3. The button body (patrix) is, as can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, undercut, that is, formed to be tapered after the push button plate. The upper part of the button body forms the so-called head. As FIG. 1 shows, this button body is now divided by three slots 4. In addition, the button body forms a hollow body due to its central bore 5a.
The slots 4 extend, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, up to the upper side of the button plate 1. In the button plate there are now also slots 5 which run along the sector-shaped parts of the button body 3, as it does Figs. 1 and 2 show. These slots contribute significantly to the resilience and resilience of the button plate 1 and the push button body 3.
Fig. 1 shows that the slots 4 and 5 adjoin one another. Despite the interruption of the button body and the button plate by the slots, the button body does not lose the necessary connection with the plate. There is also none due to the slitting such a weakening that when the push button is used a change in shape of the parts or a breakage is to be feared. The sleeve part of the push button is denoted in the embodiment described above with 6. As FIG. 4 shows, the sleeve partly rigid.
The production of the snap fastener body is carried out using two mutually displaceable pressing tools or injection mold halves that can be plugged into one another. Parts of these two mold halves are shown in Fig. 3 and with 7 respectively. 8 designated.
The movement of the two mold halves takes place in the direction of the double arrow P, that is, in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the snap fastener body. The mold half 7 be seated, as shown in FIG. 3, cores for forming the slots 4. At the same time, the head of the push button body is formed by this mold half. The lower mold half 8 is used to produce the slots in the push-button plate 1 and at the same time to form the part of the button body that is tapered towards the button plate.
At the undercut border on the snap fastener body; as FIG. 3 shows, the two parts 7 and 8 together.
According to FIGS. 5-7, the sleeve part U 3 - latrize) is flexible and resilient. For this purpose, the Hülsenwan extension consists of a channel-shaped part with a U-shaped cross section. The legs to be located after the central axis with .sind are provided with slots 9 in order to cause a suspension of this part of the Urandung. Between tween the slots 9, the leg parts of the sleeve wall are broken through at 13 to increase the spring effect.
The associated push button body 10 is not slotted in this case, but consists of a rigid piece. The base plate 11 of the die is equipped with sewing slots 12, while the sewing slots 2 are located in the button plate 1. The button plate 1 is provided with openings 14 by means of two rigid mold halves, as described above, for the purpose of easier manufacture.
The cross-sectional profile of the sleeve wall is such, as FIG. 5 shows, that an edge reaching under the undercut is formed in order to effect a locking of the two snap fastener parts.
The third embodiment of the push button according to FIGS. 9-12 differs from the first embodiment according to FIGS. 1-4 essentially in that the slot 4 divides both the male head and the base plate, whereby a two-part male head, which by the is formed in the parts protruding from the base plate. The slots 4 end in fillets 5b.
In the fourth embodiment according to ".Fig. 13, as in the third embodiment according to FIGS. 9-12, there are also continuous slots for the male head and its base plate. In contrast to the third embodiment, however, the slots 4 are in 13 placed in such a way that the male head is in three parts and is formed by the three parts 3 protruding from the base plate.
The tool for the production of the fourth embodiment of the push button according to FIG. 13, as shown schematically in FIG. 1.4, corresponds in principle to the @Verli: tool as shown in FIG. 3 for the production of the first embodiment of the push button is shown.
It thus also consists of two mutually displaceable parts with mold core pieces shaped in accordance with the embodiment of FIG. 13. With the aid of the lifters 20, after the pushbuttons have been produced, they can be printed from the component part after opening the tool in the direction of the arrow shown.
Since the plate 1 of the push button body or the male mold is quite weak in the corresponding embodiments due to the recesses, it can expediently be reinforced by piling up material, for example projections 19 (finger 12). Due to the same accumulation of material in places, the risk of breakage of the base plate in the direction of the slot 4 is avoided without, however, affecting the suspension as such;
@en. The sewing slots can have indentations in the direction of the edge in which the sewing thread is located to protect it.
