Contact arrangement for switching resp. Control units. The invention relates to a con tact arrangement for switching BEZW. Control devices, especially contactors, with at least one moving switch or contact piece under the action of a spring.
In order to avoid excessive burn-off when switching on, the contact pressure must jump to the value determined by the spring immediately after the contact is touched and also increase during the pressure according to the characteristic curve of the spring. In addition, contact pieces of this type should be able to be exchanged easily by contactors without the use of tools.
In known arrangements, these requirements are not met because in the easily interchangeable arrangements, the length of the force attack BEZW. Support points is usually not exactly defined and on the other hand frictional forces that are released by shifting the contact pressure spring against the moving contact piece and the moving contact piece against the contact carrier, superimpose the force of the contact compression spring.
In contrast, with the precisely molded contact pieces, easy replacement is not possible.
The invention provides a switching piece arrangement that meets both requirements. The invention is essentially characterized in that at least one movable contact piece, which is under the action of a spring, is connected to the contact carrier by means of a detachable cutting edge position. tion is connected, which serves as a power supply for the contact.
In the drawings, some Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows the principle contact structure, FIG. 2 shows another contact arrangement built into a contactor, FIG. 3 shows the contact carrier according to FIG. 2 with the contact piece and the contact pressure parts seen from below, and FIGS. 4 to 9 show the individual parts the contact arrangement according to FIG. 2,

13 shows the arrangement in section along line II-II 'in FIG. 12, FIG. 14 shows the joint connection in section along line III-III' in FIG. 12, FIG. 15 shows a section along line IV-IV 'in FIG. 1.2, FIGS. 16 and 17 shows details of the arrangement according to FIGS. 19 and 13 in the side and front on a larger scale,
18 shows a further contact arrangement using an intermediate piece serving to transmit the spring pressure; and FIG. 19 shows the position of part of the contact arrangement according to FIG. 18 before the contact is closed.
As Fig. 1 shows. a contact carrier 1 is provided with a cutting edge 9 which engages in a tapered recess 5 (notch) of the contact or switching piece 8, the recess 5 having a larger angle than the cutting edge 9. The contact carrier 1 and the contact piece 8 are connected to one another by means of a spring 14, among other things, which brings about the contact pressure against a mating contact (not shown in FIG. 1). The spring 14 is carried by a bolt 11, the spring 14 being supported against a spring plate 15.
The contact piece 8 is provided with a longitudinal slot 10 running in the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the contact piece 8 so that the contact piece 8 can be removed from the contact structure without the use of original tools and reinserted in the same, for example, for the purpose of replacement or checking. can be set without loosening the remaining parts of the structure, remove or. to reattach. To remove the contact piece 8, for example, single Lich the contact carrier 1 needs to be lifted from the contact piece 8 and this must then be pulled out.
In order to relieve the knife-shaped mounting from an electrical point of view, the contact carrier 1 is connected to the contact piece 8 by means of a special construction element (current transmission belt) 29.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 2, a reverse configuration of the cutting edge support is selected, in that the contact carrier 1 is equipped with a notch 5 and the movable contact piece 8 is equipped with a cutting edge 9. The contact carrier 1. is gelen kig and resiliently mounted and is actuated by means of a contact traverse 4 connected to the movable magnet armature part 3 via a bolt 13. In the switched-on state, the contact crossbeam is held by the magnetic force which is caused by the magnetic coil 36 through which current flows.
If the coil 36 is de-energized, the magnet armature part 3 falls off, so that the contact cross member 4 is moved downward and the movable contact carrier 1 is pivoted in such a way that the contacts 8 and 18 are separated.
The contact carrier 1 can have one or more penetrated ribs 6 to increase its mechanical strength. The upwardly tapering notches of the contact carrier 1 are separated from one another by means of a continuous web 7. The cutting edge 9 has a cutout which is adapted to the width of the web 7 and into which the web 7 protrudes. In this way a lateral displacement of the contact piece 8 is avoided.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, the movable con tact piece 8 also in the embodiment of FIG. 2 at its rear end has the slot 10, which serves to accommodate the spring bolt 11 while maintaining a gap. On the movable contact piece 8 there is also a spring plate 12, against which a helical compression spring 14, which brings about the contact pressure and which is supported at its lower end against another cap-shaped spring plate 15, rests.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the spring bolt 11 consists of a coiled flat rod, the likewise flat heads 17, 19 of which are offset from one another by 90 and are stepped in such a way that the contact carrier 1 is connected to the inner stepped part of the head in question his elongated hole, not visible in the drawing, respectively. the cap-shaped spring plate 15 is mounted immovably. The con tact carrier 1 is equipped with a raised cam 20, which prevents the spring bolt 11 from tipping backwards.
In the spring plate 12 lateral, for example semicircular recesses 21 are provided, into which the movable contact piece 8 with its, for example, also semicircular pressed-through cam 22 can engage. In this way, a reliable vibration-proof connection between the contact 8 and the spring plate 12 and the contact carrier 1 is achieved without the use of any special loading fastening means under the action of the helical spring 14.
The spring plate 12 is provided with a curved tab 23, so that to release the connection between the con tact piece 8 and the contact carrier 1 or. the spring plate 12, the latter only needs to be lifted and, if necessary, moved by engaging the tab 23 so that the recesses 21 of the spring plate 12 are brought out of the area of the cams 22 of the movable contact piece 8. To hold the compression spring 14, the spring plate 12 is provided with an annular bead 24 drawn through.
As a result of the design of the movable contact piece 8, the contact plate 12 and the contact carrier 1, the movable contact piece 8 can easily be replaced by itself, without the other parts on the contact carrier provided on the contact carrier, for example the contact pressing, of the contact carrier when the connection is loosened need to be separated.
As a result, the inevitable fall out with previous designs can bezw. Jump out of the parts involved in the contact pressing, such as spring or respectively. Spring plates or bolts are prevented.
Also in the embodiment according to FIGS. 2 to 9, the cutting edge bearing can be relieved from an electrical point of view by the fact that a current transmission element not specified in these figures, e.g. B. a transfer belt is used.
To further simplify the contact arrangement, the type shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 can be used.
A stationary contact carrier 32 is provided on a base plate 31, which is advantageously made of a molded insulating material, on which a movable contact carrier 33 is articulated, in particular pivoted, at the connection point 42. On the movable union contact carrier 33, a movable contact piece 37 is provided, which together with the fixed contact piece 38-. works. The movable contact carrier 33 is actuated by means of a contact traverse 35 coupled to the magnet armature 34. When switched on, the movable contact carrier is in the position shown.
If the coil 36 surrounding the middle legs of the magnet parts is de-energized, the magnet armature 34 drops, so that the contact crosspiece 35 is moved downwards and the movable contact carrier is pivoted so that the contact pieces 37 and 38 are separated.
The movable contact piece 37 is pressed against the stationary contact piece 38 by means of a leaf spring 39. To reduce friction, the movable contact piece 37 is provided with a projection 40 provided, for example, by an upsetting or pressing process. The leaf spring 39 is, as shown in particular Fig. 11, on the contact carrier 33, for. B. by means of a rivet 44, mounted so that it can pivot in its plane that it can be brought out of the area of the movable contact piece. This makes contact exchange much easier.
The attachment of the movable con tact piece 37 on the contact carrier 33 he follows without using additional holding means. Here, the contact carrier 33 is provided with lateral cutouts 45, 46 into which the legs of the movable contact piece 37 engage. These legs are curved in such a way that lugs 47 respectively. 48 arise, which partially cover the contact carrier. As can be seen in FIG. 10a, the movable contact piece 37 touches the movable contact carrier 33 along one, the extension of the boundaries of the cutouts 45, 46 forming edge 49, which forms a blade-shaped storage.
The lugs 47, 48 are made so long in a new way that the contact piece 37 is easily exchangeable, but that the movement of the contact piece when rolling off the fixed contact piece is as frictionless as possible.
As can be seen from Fig. 12 to 17, the fixed support 51, which is also designed as a connector, is fastened by means of a screw 52 to an inner rib 53 of the base plate partially made of insulating material. The fixed carrier 51 forms in its lower part a cutting edge 54 which engages in an angular notch 55 of the movable contact carrier 56. The movable contact piece, which is under the action of a spring (not shown) and forms with the contact carrier a not shown blade bearing analogous to FIG.
When switching th, the movable contact carrier is moved in one of the directions of the double arrow 59 given in FIG. 12, the movable contact carrier 56 being pivoted about the cutting edge 54.
The cutting edge 54 forms a joint with the cutting edge mounting 55, the movable contact carrier 56 being held by means of a tension spring 60 provided above the cutting edge mounting. The tension spring 60 acts on a holding piece 61. This creates a particularly advantageous arrangement with regard to the behavior in the event of a short circuit, because the turns of the tension spring through which more of the short-circuit current flows have the tendency to pull each other vigorously and thereby the movable contact carrier to the cutting edge bearing of the to press the fixed support immediately.
The holding piece 61, which runs almost perpendicular to the contact carrier 56, also forms a cutting edge bearing with the movable contact carrier 56, that is to say a latch-like connection without additional, releasable means. Due to the clear position of the cutting edge, the lever arm on which the force of the spring acts is clearly determined in relation to the fixed cutting edge. The push-off force (restoring force) exerted on the traverse is thus clearly defined.
The cutting edge support is formed in that the contact carrier 56 contains at its end an angular recess 62 which can be seen from FIG. 12, into which the holding piece 61 engages from below. For this purpose, the retaining rope 61 is provided with a stepped window 64, 65. The movable con tact carrier contains lateral recesses 67, 68, which allow a through the window part 64 by pullable end part 69 and a web 66 stand, which, as shown in particular FIG. 13, in the operating state in the window part 65 of the stop, estüekes 61 rests .
The tension spring 60 protrudes into the trough-shaped, for example produced by pushing through the middle part 71 respectively. into a recess of the carrier 51 and engages a holding member 72. The holding member 72 can be attached to any point of the insulating housing, the insulating base plate or the carrier 51. However, as shown, the same screw 52 can be used to fasten the spring 60 with which the carrier 51 is fastened to the rib 53 of the base plate. The bridging strand 85 can expediently be placed inside the tension spring where it is well protected.
To grip the strand ends, the parts 61 and 72 can be designed as eyelets.
The replacement of the movable contact carrier with the contact piece 57 it follows in such a way that the holding piece 61 is pulled against the spring tension and the movable contact carrier 66 still holds on the cutting edge 54. As soon as the contact carrier 66 gets out of the recess 65 of the holding piece 61 into the recess 64, it can be withdrawn in the direction of the arrow 75. The set is done in the opposite way.
In order to prevent the tension spring 60 from being pulled out when the contact carrier is replaced with the movable contact piece, the holding piece 61, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, is limited in its movement in both directions by means of limit stops 76, 77 on the carrier 51 . For this purpose, the holding piece 61 is U-shaped in its upper part 81. To facilitate replacement, the holding piece 61 is equipped with a curved pen 82 Lap.
In order to achieve precisely defined pressure conditions on the contact arrangement and to avoid fluctuations in the contact pressures and the occurrence of disruptive force components, in particular parallel to the contact surface, the arrangement according to FIGS. 18, 19 can advantageously be used. With the moving magnetic part 91 of the contactor an insulating cross member 92 is connected here, which carries a bolt 93. The bolt 93 receives a helical compression spring 94, which is supported with its end parts against the plates 95 and 96.
The spring plate 96, which forms an intermediate piece, is equipped with a cutting edge 97 against which the movable contact piece 98 with 'its pointed end is supported the recess. The cutting edge 97 can form a point or line, in particular circular arc-shaped support. This clearly defines the pressures that occur.
The movable contact piece 98, which works together with the fixed contact piece 99, is also, as FIG. 18 shows, mounted on a cutting edge 101 on a counterpart 100 attached to the cross 92. On the counterpart 100 made of metal, a current-carrying band 102 is closed. Here, the design can be made such that the spring plate 96, in particular designed as a pressure piece, has three support points.
The measures according to FIGS. 18 and 19 are also suitable for contactors with tension springs.
