Schlosszyllnder. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schlosszylinder mit einem Satz von Zuhal- tungen, welche mit einem beliebigen Schlüs sel einer Schlüsselreihe auf eine zugehörige Arbeitskombination eingestellt werden kön nen, die nur mit demselben Schlüssel wieder aufgehoben werden kann;
Fig. 3 eine Rückansicht des Schlosszylin- ders; Fig. 4 ist ein Schnitt nach C-D von Fig. 1, ' Fig. 5 ein Schnitt nach E-F von Fig.1; Fig. 6 zeigt den einen Teil des Zylinders in der Ausgangsstellung, in der alle Zu haltungSscheiben sich in der gleichen Stel lung befinden;
In der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Stellung, das heisst in der Lage vor Einstellung einer Arbeitskombination der Scheiben 4, ragt das Ende 16 des Gleittasters 15 in sämtliche Aus sparungen 6 der Zuhaltungsscheiben 4 hinein;
Schlosszyllnder. The present invention relates to a lock cylinder with a set of tumblers which can be set to an associated working combination with any key in a row of keys, which can only be canceled again with the same key;
Rotatable tumbler disks are used which each have several unlocking points located one behind the other in the direction of rotation, whereby when the lock cylinder is actuated or opened, the unlocking points of the tumbler disks taken when setting the working combination temporarily with the unlocking points of the ones not taken along Tumbler washers in order to cancel the locking effect of a
The first-order locking device cooperating with the locking washers is brought into alignment and then brought out of the alignment again in the further course of the same actuation of the lock cylinder.
The invention is characterized in that the rotatable disks of the tumbler set each have more than two unlocking points and the unlocking points work together in groups regardless of the direction of rotation and number of revolutions of the lock to be connected to the cylinder.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section along the line A-B in FIG. 2 through the lock cylinder according to the invention, although certain parts are omitted, FIG. 2 shows a front view of the lock cylinder,
3 shows a rear view of the lock cylinder; Fig. 4 is a section along C-D of Fig. 1; Fig. 5 is a section along E-F of Fig. 1; Fig. 6 shows one part of the cylinder in the starting position, in which all locking disks are in the same position;
Fig. 7 shows this part with the on a working combination. set tumbler washers, and FIG. 8 shows a key for the lock cylinder.
In the exemplary embodiment, the lock cylinder has a front plate 1 in which a rotary cylinder 2 with a longitudinal slot 3 for key insertion is arranged. A number of rotatable tumbler disks 4 are loosely placed on the cylinder 2. Each tumbler has three cutouts serving as unlocking points, which can be divided into two groups, namely group 6 and group 7, 7 ', the function of which is described below and which are arranged on the circumference of the discs.
The tumbler disks 4 also have flats 8, 8 'on their periphery, with which spring-loaded locking blades 9 cooperate. With the cylinder 2, a 1Etnehmer 10 is axially connected, which actuates the lock connected to it in a known manner when the cylinder is rotated.
By means of an axis 14 running parallel to the cylinder 2, a fixed slide button 15 is pivotably mounted, the end 16 of which, intended for engagement in the recesses 6, 7, 7 'of the tumbler disks, extends over the total depth of all rotatable tumbler disks 4 . The slide button 15 is under the pressure of a spring 17 which always tries to push it down onto the tumbler disks.
A locking hook 18, whose nose 19 works together with two pins 20, 20 ′ of a disk 21 that is firmly seated on the cylinder 2, is also firmly connected to the axis 14 of the slide switch. In the cylinder housing and in the cylinder 2 a pin 22 respectively are respectively. 23, which stand under the action of the spring 24, arranged which pins cause the release of the cylinder 2 for its Dre hung in a known manner upon introduction of the key after entry of the pin 22 into the keyway 30.
The Schlosszy cylinder is completed on its rear side by a plate 25 in which there are two fastening bolts 26 and 26 '. The cylinder is also enclosed by a cylindrical housing 26 ".
When assembling the cylinder, all the rotatable tumbler disks 4 are brought into the same position axially with respect to one another, that is, in such a way that both all the recesses 6 and the recesses 7 and 7 'overlap or are in alignment, as shown in FIG. 6 is shown. To set the lock cylinder to a specific work combination, the selected key 27 is inserted into the rotary cylinder.
The beard of the key protrudes through the slot 3 of the cylinder into the groove of the two grooves 5 of the rotatable tumbler disks 4 facing the beard, so that a coupling between the key, cylinder 2 and tumbler during the rotary movement of the key - washers are carried out and the cylinder and guard locking washers are taken along when the key is turned. The beard 28 of the key 27 is designed so that its length corresponds to the total depth of all rotatable tumblers.
One or more recesses are provided in it according to the thickness of the associated tumbler disks. In Fig. 6, such a Schlüsselaus recess 28 'is shown. The full parts of the beard take the tumbler disks assigned to them with them during the rotary movement, while the tumbler disks opposite the recesses 28 'of the key beard, which are therefore not coupled to the cylinder 2 by the key beard, remain in their rest position.
The resilient locking blades 9, which rest on the flats 8 of the tumbler disks, ensure that the tumbler disks that are not coupled by the key are held in their rest position. Also, by appropriately shaping the springs influencing the blades 9, they can take over this function of the blades alone, so that the latter are required.
In the game Ausführungsbei it is - see Fig. 6 and 7 - the foremost disc 4, which is not rotated. It is also advisable to separate the individual tumbler disks from one another by fixed partitions (not shown in FIGS. 6 and 7) in order to prevent the risk of co-rotation due to friction with the tumbler disks that have remained in the rest position.
These partitions can have different thicknesses and can also protrude differently far into the key, so that the key bit must have correspondingly different cuts. In this way, there is a further significant increase in the possible combinations.
In the position shown in Figure 6, that is, in the position before setting a working combination of the discs 4, the end 16 of the slide button 15 protrudes into all of the recesses 6 of the tumbler discs 4;
the locking hook 18 is mounted on the axle 14 in such a way that when the axle 14 rotates, the hook 18 is moved opposite to the disc 21 as is the button 15 with respect to the tumbler discs. The end 19 of the hook 18 is therefore in the position of the button 15 shown in Fig. 6, in which its end 16 lies in the recesses 6, accordingly raised so that the pins 20, 20 'of the disk 21 the end of 18 free. can slide by.
When the cylinder is turned with the selected key and the tumbler washer corresponding to the working combination is taken along, the end 16 of the slide switch 15, which has an end edge that is beveled on both sides, is moved out of the recesses 6 and first reaches the higher,
not recessed part 4a of the circumference of the tumbler washers. As the pushbutton 16 slides up to the higher parts of the tumbler disks, the end 19 of the locking hook 1.8 moves towards the center of the locking disk 21 so that the locking end 19 is now in the path of the pins 20, 20 '. The locking hook end would therefore bezw on further rotation of the cylinder on the pin 20 respectively lying in the respective direction of rotation. 20 'and thereby prevent further rotation of the cylinder.
This does not occur, however, because in the course of the rotation the recesses (7 or 7 'depending on the direction of rotation) of the disks carried along with the recesses 6 of the disks that remained at rest ge coincide, so that the button end 16 in all these recesses can enter and thus the locking hook end 19 is pivoted out of the path of the pins 20, 20 'animal. After turning a certain angle, in the exemplary embodiment by 180, the key can be removed from the slot 3.
After removing the key, the coupling between cylinder 2 and tumbler disks is released. The cylinder and tumbler combination now remain in their position in which the key has brought them, since the cylinder is held in its position by the pins 22 and 23 and the individual tumbler disks in turn by the locking blades 9 resting on their flattened part 8 will.
This stel ment corresponds to the lock cylinder position shown in Fig. 7, which is the starting position for the actuation of a lock with the driver 10 of the cylinder 2 now to ver binding of any number of tours and bolt thrust direction. From this position from the lock when to close BEZW. actuated when opening (the latter for example with a snap lock) and it is returned to this position after actuation.
From Fig. 7, in which, as already mentioned, a working combination of the disks 4 is provided in which all tumbler disks with the exception of the front disk in the drawing have been taken by the key and have performed half a turn. it can be seen that the recesses 6 of the tumbler washer that has not been entrained are still located under the end 16 of the button 15.
In contrast, the recesses 6 of the tumbler disks that have been taken are no longer at this point; Another part of these tumbler jacks that does not have such a recess and is therefore higher up has taken its place.
The consequence of this is that the hitherto formed from the recesses 6 of all disks from sparungsfluchtlinie is no longer available in their total length and therefore the end 16 of the button 15, prevented by the said higher part, is not able to Slide down recess 6 of the disc not taken along. This interruption of the alignment of the recesses is always regardless of the number and order of the taken respectively. tumbler disks that have not been driven enter when turned with a selected key combination.
After the pushbutton 15 has slid up onto the protruding parts of the tumbler disks, the swivel hook 18 is in the path of the pins 20, 20 ′ of the locking disk 21.
As can also be seen from FIG. 7, the recesses 7 and 7 'of the tumbler disks that are taken along now flank the recess 6 of the tumbler disk that is not entrained in the exemplary embodiment in both directions of rotation.
The consequence of this position of the individual organs of the lock cylinder is that the rotation of the cylinder in any direction to operate the lock is only possible if the tumbler disks are brought into a sol before position that the button 15 with its end 16 in one Uninterrupted alignment forming Aussparun conditions can slide in and thereby at the same time the hook 18 is pivoted out of the path of the pins 20 and 20 '.
This is the case if a key is selected for actuation that corresponds to the set Ar beitskombination, that is, the recesses at the points that correspond to the tumbler disks not taken. When using such a key, the recesses be delimiting parts of the beard the ent speaking tumbler disks, that is, in the case of the example, all, with the exception of the foremost in the drawing, take away.
After covering a relatively short angular rotation, respectively, the removal of the locking hook end 19 from the pin 20. 20 'of the locking disk 21 corresponds, for example, to an angular rotation by about 20, which in turn - depending on the direction of rotation - with the distance from the instant apex of the tumbler disk to the beginning of the recess 7 respectively. 7 'matches, the rotation of the cylinder 2 can be continued in addition to the tumbler disks when the locking hook 18 and so far out of the path of the pin 20. 20 'is swung out,
that it can slide past, i.e. when the uninterrupted recess alignment line described above is present. However, this can only be the case if a key has been used that takes the pulley combination to which the cylinder was set.
The end 16 of the button 15 slides on further rotation on the vorsprin ing parts of the tumbler disks, so that the locking hook executes a movement in the path of the pins 20, 20 '. Since one of these pegs has already passed the end 19 of the locking hook 18, the further rotation of the cylinder cannot be hindered until it has progressed so far that the second of these pegs reaches the end 19 of the locking hook 18.
Since the rotary movement of the cylinder 2 was only possible with the help of the correct key up to this point, a locking effect is also avoided at this point because this correct key ensures that a continuous unlocking line from the recesses 6 of the not entrained tumbler disks and the recesses 7 'respectively. 7 of the disks carried along is formed anew depending on the direction of rotation.
At this point in time, the end 16 of the button 15 can sink into the now newly formed recess alignment line of the retaining disks and thus the hook 18 can pivot out of the path of the second pin for its unimpeded passage. This process is repeated in the course of the further rotation of the cylinder, so that a rotation of the cylinder that is not limited to any number of revolutions is possible.
If the attempt is made to operate the lock set on a certain working combination (for example the one shown in Fig. 7) with a key that does not correspond to the working combination, the following will happen: After a brief turning movement of the lock cylinder a slight turn angle, the pin 20 or 20 'of the disc 21 will hit the end 19 of the locking hook 18, which will thereby prevent further rotation of the disc 21 and thus the entire rotatable ble system.
He has to do this because the end 16 of the button 15 can not perform a downward movement, because a continuous line of alignment from savings, which can only be set when using the correct working combination, is not available. For example, if the 7 as the foremost tumbler disk not shown, none of the three recesses of this disk would be below the end 16 of the button 15, but a protruding part 4a of this disk, so that the necessary uninterrupted recess alignment will not be present.
However, if, on the other hand, any of the disks taken when setting the working combination is not taken, the relevant protruding peripheral part remains under the end of the button, so that the unlocking points - alignment line is also uninterrupted at these points. It can therefore be seen that a cylinder rotation is only possible when using a key that corresponds exactly to the set work combination.
By means of a suitable device, for example a groove arrangement 29, 29 'provided in the front plate 1 of the cylinder, and a corresponding projection 31 on the key, it is ensured in a known manner that the key is only inserted and entrained in the two corresponding positions can be removed. For example, by arranging a screw 32 on the groove 29 ', it can again be ensured in a known manner that, when the lock is actuated, the key can only be inserted and removed as desired on the groove 29. The groove 29 'is used to.
Remove the locking screw with a new key to allow a new setting of the work combination nation of the tumbler washers 4 if necessary.
