Raumabschliessende Konstruktion.
Space-enclosing construction. The present invention is a space-enclosing construction, for. B. a wall or ceiling structure, which has at least two spaced apart on ordered formwork and is characterized in that these formwork are connected to each other by a truss-like partition.
The accompanying drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject of the invention, namely a wall construction. It shows: Fig. 1 is a horizontal cross section through the wall construction, Fig. 2 is a section along line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a plan view of the wall construction partially broken off.
1 is the outer cladding, 2 the inner cladding, for example made of insulating panels or panels. Outer and inner cladding are connected to one another by the intermediate wall parts 3 times. At the joint 4 of two intermediate wall parts, one intermediate wall part engages with its one longitudinal side in a groove in the adjacent intermediate wall part. With its other long side, each partition wall part abuts the inner or outer cladding.
With their end faces, the intermediate wall parts are left in grooves 5 and 6 of the purlin 7 and the threshold 8. The nails or screws 9, with which the intermediate wall parts are connected to the outer and inner cladding, also penetrate the joints 4. Instead of the nails or screws 9 and the grooves in the joints 4, other connecting means can also be used. The lath 10 is installed halfway up the wall construction. This has two main tasks. First, it should serve as a stop for the inner cladding; secondly, it should prevent the intermediate wall parts from being able to move in their joints when there is pressure or tension in the wall plane.
This lath could also be attached to the side of the outer cladding, or a lath could be installed on the inner and outer cladding at an unequal height. You could also use more than one staff per side. According to the embodiment shown in the drawing, the individual compartments formed by the Zwisohenwandteile border either only on the outer or only on the inner cladding, so they do not extend over the entire thickness of the construction. This arrangement is particularly favorable with regard to good thermal insulation.
The partition wall parts could, however, also be arranged in such a way that the individual compartments border on both the outer and inner cladding. Also, the intermediate wall parts do not need to meet at right angles, as shown in the drawing. The compartments could be further subdivided by partition wall parts.
The compartments can be covered with thermal insulation material, e.g. B. slag, peat, cork, etc. to be filled; but they can also remain empty.
The construction can also be designed as a ceiling construction. One of the cladding then forms the floor, the other the underside of the ceiling.
The wall described above is preferably made from dry wood. But it can also z. B. such building materials are used that have similar processing properties, such as wood. The construction can also consist of sheet metal, concrete, brickwork or other artificial and natural stones.
In the wall construction described with reference to the drawing, the pressure forces are absorbed by the partition because the parts of the wall brace each other and therefore cannot buckle. Support posts are therefore no longer required. The shear forces irr the wall plane are covered by the outside and the slat 10 men aufgenom. That's why the bollards are no longer needed. The to the outside or. Edges of the partition walls abutting the inner wall are very suitable for attaching the cladding. A slatted frame is therefore not necessary. The construction is suitable for series production.
The grooved purlins and thresholds only have to be cut to length when a plan is received). The partition boards have to be cut to length and grooved for the lath, the window and door openings are simply left open when erecting. The wall described allows gas, water, central heating and electrical lines through the subjects up BEZW. lead down.
