Kraftbetriebene Handwerkzeugmaschine.
Power operated hand machine tool. The invention relates to a power-operated hand machine tool according to the patent claim of the main patent no. 193146.
With the clutches provided in these machines, it can often be seen that, as a result of the large frictional heat generated when the slats slip, the pressure springs are heated so much that they start to run and even become soft, i.e. lose their spring force.
According to the invention, several lamellar pressure springs are arranged on a circle concentric to the coupling axis of rotation, the diameter of which is greater than half the outer diameter of the coupling, so that when the coupling rotates over its entire length, they cross a cooling air flow passing through the motor housing .
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically. Fig. 1 shows an angle drill in sight, on which the invention is realized light; Fig. 2 shows a section through the Mo gate part of the angle drill according to FIG. 1 on a larger scale.
The motor housing is made in two parts. The two parts are labeled 1 and 2. With part 2, the transmission housing 3 is connected. On the transmission housing 3, the actual angle head 4 is flanged, from the upward an adjusting screw 5 protrudes, which is supported against an abutment, the advance of the drill 6 worried by turning. At the end of the Mo gate housing facing away from the tool, a handle 8 is grown with the interposition of a bearing cover 7, in which the on and off switch for the elec tric motor is housed. The Kabelzulei device 9 occurs at the rear end of the handle in this.
In the motor housing 1, the stator laminated core 9 is fitted, the windings of which are denoted by 10. The rotor, which is designed as a short-circuit armature in the exemplary embodiment, is braced on a hollow shaft 12 which is mounted on the handle side in the bearing cover 7 and on the tool side indirectly on a shaft 13 introduced into it. This solid shaft 13 passing through the hollow shaft 12 is also mounted on the handle side in the bearing cover 7, but on the tool side in the housing part 2. The torque of the rotor 11 is transmitted from the hollow shaft 12 to the solid shaft 13 by the one described below La disc clutch.
On the hollow shaft 12 the one coupling half 14 is wedged at the tool-side end, which has in the vicinity of the circumference wind vane lugs 14a. In the case of a rotating motor, these wings hurl the air they suck in through the motor and provided in the rear housing, not shown, radially outward through holes 1 a of the housing part 1 (see arrow). In the direction of the tool, tabs 14b are also provided on the coupling half 14, one of which is shown in the upper half of FIG. A bolt 15 each goes through this tab 14b. The tabs 14b simultaneously serve to carry along the lamellar rings 16 which surround them with cutouts of their outer circumference.
These lamellae 16 lie between further lamellar rings 17 which, in turn, with cutouts, which are this time provided on the inner circumference, attack over jumps 18a on the circumference of a ring 18. This ring is guided with helical inner grooves on corresponding helical ribs 13a on the shaft 13.
The compression necessary to transmit the torque from the lamellae 16 to the lamellae 17 be provided in the illustrated case springs 22, one of which is shown in the lower half of FIG. On both sides of the Lamel lenpaketes pressure plates 19 respectively. 20 are provided, both of which are movable in the axial direction. On the plate 19 are on a pulp concentric to the axis of rotation, the diameter of which is greater than half the outer diameter of the coupling, Bol zen 21 riveted to guide the springs 22 pa parallel to the shaft 13 and reach through the plate 20 through.
The springs 22 are clamped between the plate 20 on the one hand and an annular disk 23 on the other hand, which is pushed with openings over the Bol zen 21 and is secured against sliding off the bolts 21 by cross bolts 25. In the described design, the springs 22 press the lamellae 16 and 17 together via the pressure plates 20 and 19. On the pressure plate 20, wind vane attachments 20a are provided, which suck through holes 9-b and through holes 2a when rotating from the tool side. of the housing part 2 radially outward.
Through the air flow generated in this way and running in the direction of the arrow, the springs 22 crossing this air flow during circulation are strongly cooled over their entire length.
The entire package formed from the plates 19 and 20 and the lamellae 16 and 17 and held together by the springs 22 is secured against axial displacement by the bolts 15. Pressure bearings 26 are also installed between the ring 18 and the pressure plates 19 and 20.
The coupling described works as follows: When the rotor 12 is running, the torque is via the hollow shaft 12, the coupling half 14, the lugs 14b; the lamellae 16, the lamellae 17, the ring 18 and the screw ribs Ida on the shaft 13 over. However, this transmission is only possible up to a certain maximum torque, which depends on the steepness of the screw ribs l8as and their friction on the inner sides of the ring 18, which is displaceable on the shaft 13 like a nut on a thread.
In addition, the prestressing of the springs 22 has an influence on the maximum torque. If this torque is exceeded, the ring 18 is shifted on the screw ribs 13a either to the right or to the left, depending on the direction of rotation of the motor. Here ver pushes the ring against the action of the springs 22 on the thrust bearing 26 and the right or left pressure plate 19 respectively. 20, so that, since the other pressure plate cannot follow this movement because of the bolt 15, the contact pressure is removed from the lamellae and the torque transmission is thus interrupted.
