Fermeture pour récipient. L'invention se rapporte à une fermeture pour récipient tel que par exemple pour bou teille, pot et récipients analogues, comportant un couvercle dont le bord dirigé vers le bas saisit par sa partie inférieure le bord du réci pient autour d'un élargissement.
De tels couvercles sont parfois constitués de manière telle qu'ils ne peuvent être dé tachés sans découpage ou détérioration. Pour éviter cet inconvénient, on a employé une fer meture comportant un couvercle en forme de disque avec un bord dirigé vers le bas, qui recouvre seulement une partie de l'élargisse ment du bord du récipient, et une bande de fixation disposée autour du bord du couvercle et du bord du récipient, dont les parties mar ginales sont recourbées de telle façon qu'une partie marginale prend autour du couvercle et l'autre partie marginale autour de l'élar gissement du bord du récipient, cette bande étant fermée à l'aide d'une ouverture dans une extrémité et d'une languette de l'autre extrémité qui y est insérée.
Suivant l'invention, la partie inférieure du bord du couvercle, qui prend sous l'élar gissement du bord du récipient, est pourvue d'organes de fixation, par exemple de dente lures, répartis sur toute sa périphérie, et au- dessus de ceux-ci il est ménagé dans le bord du couvercle une ligne de déchirure, par exemple par une rainure ou un autre affai blissement de la matière, tandis que dans la partie marginale sous cette ligne de déchirure est formée, par une découpure dans la ma tière, une languette à l'aide de laquelle cette partie marginale peut être arrachée.
Préfé- rablement, un petit trou est ménagé dans la languette, ce trou servant à faciliter l'arra chement, par exemple en introduisant dans ce trou un crochet, la pointe de ciseaux, ou quelque objet analogue.
Une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention est représentée, à titre d'exemple, sur le dessin.
La fig. 1 est une vue, en coupe partielle, d'un pot en verre avec couvercle; La fig. 2 montre la même fermeture avant la fixation du couvercle. Le couvercle consiste en un disque métal lique 1 avec un bord cylindrique 2 dirigé vers le bas, qui prend autour d'un collet 3 du bord du pot 4. La partie inférieure du bord 2 du couvercle est pourvue d'échancrures 5, qui forment des languettes 6 qui, pour la fixation du couvercle, sont recourbées autour. du collet 3 (fig. 1).
Le bord du couvercle est pourvu, le long de sa périphérie, d'une rainure 7, qui forme une ligne de déchirure le long de laquelle la partie marginale infé rieure peut être arrachée de la partie mar ginale supérieure. Les évidements 5 permet tent de courber aisément cette partie margi nale lors de l'arrachage. Pour saisir la partie marginale à arracher, il est réalisé dans le bord du couvercle une entaille 8, qui forme une languette 9 percée d'une ouverture. Cette languette peut être courbée vers l'extérieur (fig. 1) et être saisie.
La fermeture décrite comprend un cou vercle en une seule pièce, qui peut être em ployé, après l'ouverture, comme couvercle libre, et la fermeture comme telle ne peut être replacée à nouveau. Elle est extrême ment simple et bon marché à fabriquer, et l'ouverture peut se faire très aisément.

According to the invention, the lower part of the edge of the lid, which takes under the widening of the edge of the container, is provided with fixing members, for example toothed teeth, distributed over its entire periphery, and above these there is formed in the edge of the cover a tear line, for example by a groove or other weakening of the material, while in the marginal part under this tear line is formed, by a cutout in the ma third, a tab with the help of which this marginal part can be torn off.
Preferably, a small hole is made in the tongue, this hole serving to facilitate removal, for example by introducing into this hole a hook, the point of scissors, or some similar object.
An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown, by way of example, in the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a view, in partial section, of a glass jar with a lid; Fig. 2 shows the same closure before fixing the cover. The lid consists of a metal disc 1 with a cylindrical edge 2 directed downwards, which takes around a collar 3 of the edge of the pot 4. The lower part of the edge 2 of the lid is provided with notches 5, which form tabs 6 which, for fixing the cover, are curved around. of collar 3 (fig. 1).
The edge of the cover is provided along its periphery with a groove 7 which forms a tear line along which the lower marginal part can be torn off from the upper marginal part. The recesses 5 make it possible to easily bend this marginal part during tearing. To grasp the marginal part to be torn off, a notch 8 is made in the edge of the cover, which forms a tongue 9 pierced with an opening. This tab can be bent outwards (fig. 1) and be gripped.
The disclosed closure comprises a one-piece cover, which can be used, after opening, as a free cover, and the closure as such cannot be replaced again. It is extremely simple and inexpensive to manufacture, and opening can be done very easily.
