I>a, g, ei,</I> e2, <I>c,</I> i2, <I>il,</I> 1a, <I>b</I> ge bildet.
Der zweite Gang erfolgt somit über die Getriebeglieder a> 9, e, e., e. fa, f, h, <I>b.</I>
Der direkte Antrieb erfolgt hierbei über die Getriebeglieder<I>a, g, e,</I> lt, <I>b.</I>
Switching device for change gears, in particular for motor vehicles. The invention relates to a switching device for change-speed transmissions, in particular for motor vehicles, and is primarily intended to achieve a substantial switching facility and to be able to achieve the most complete possible silence when switching the transmission.
For example, gears with several noiseless gears are already known, in which the gears are formed by three pairs of continuously engaged gears and shifted by two interchangeable coupling sleeves with beveled claws, which can be switched without a middle rest position. However, this arrangement is not useful in all cases, since if both interchangeable coupling sleeves are switched at the same time for the purpose of a gear change, the reengagement of the claws which are beveled on one side may encounter difficulties.
For this reason, auxiliary clutches have already been provided through which the disengaged gear parts can be connected to the engine again. could be connected to the car.
The invention enables the above-mentioned disadvantage to be eliminated by means of a device to facilitate switching, which in the one switching direction of a switching element synchronizes in the driving sense for the purpose of changing gears, in the other switching direction in order to change gears, on the other hand, in the braking sense, synchronizing in the braking sense on gear parts to be coupled. In this device, a disk is preferably respectively. Used cone coupling, wel che is arranged at the end of the transmission. This arrangement has the advantage that the coupling can easily be made so large that it enables a really sufficient and effective synchronization.
Since other synchronizing clutches apart from this need not be provided, there are no difficulties whatsoever for the dimensions of the transmission in this case.
Of any claw clutches independent of said switching member, one can be provided with beveled faces on the claws, while a normal interchangeable claw coupling with straight claws can be provided, which can be connected to the aforementioned switch light approximation device. Letz tere is conveniently operated with a translation from the shift linkage, while the switching element cooperating with it, for. B. a claw coupling sleeve, a sliding wheel or the like, is moved without translation from the shift linkage.
As a result, the synchronization torque used to facilitate switching can be increased significantly without, however, the entire switching stroke of the shift linkage having to become too large as a result of the direct actuation of the switching element, despite the increase in the switching stroke effective for the synchronization required. The device is preferably made such that when there is a certain resistance in the switch relief device, i.e. for example after synchronization has taken place, this device disengages automatically during the further shift stroke and the new gear can be engaged.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the invention are shown. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the one transmission, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along line A-B of FIG. 1, which shows a part of the switching device in a view, FIG. 3 shows a cross section along line C-D of FIG.
Fig. 4 is a view of the switching mechanism for actuating the front change clutch, # - Fig. 5 is the scheme of the switching method for the individual gears and Fig. 6 is a two-speed transmission with a switching facility in a schematic representation.
In Fig. 1, a denotes the solder clutch shaft, b the cardan shaft, c the countershaft. The gear wheel d1 is loosely mounted on the shaft a and is in permanent engagement with the gear wheel d2 which is fixedly arranged on the countershaft.
Likewise, the wheels of gear pairs e "e.2 and f 1, <B> <I> f-, </I> </B> are in constant engagement with one another, with gear e, loosely rotatable on shafts a and b sits and the gear f, is loosely mounted on the cardan shaft b, while the gears e2 and f 2 as well as the gear d2 are firmly connected to the countershaft. All these gears are advantageously provided with helical gearing for the purpose of silence.
An interchangeable coupling sleeve g is arranged displaceably on the motor coupling shaft between the gears d 1 and e 1 and can be coupled to them. A further alternating coupling sleeve h is also provided between the gear wheels e and f, which can be coupled to them.
This is slidably but non-rotatably mounted on the cardan shaft b, is sleeve-shaped and provided with wedge grooves on the outside, in which wedges of a sliding wheel i, which can be moved on the sleeve h and which can be brought into engagement with the gear wheel i2 of the countershaft, engage.
To actuate the interchangeable coupling sleeve h, which has claws which are beveled in the circumferential direction in a known manner, the mechanism shown in FIG. 3 is used. For shifting the gears, for example, three shift rods operated by the common shift lever k are provided, of which the one, k ,, the gear i ", a second, k2, as will be described in more detail later, the interchangeable coupling sleeve k and a third, k., which controls bluff g.
In addition, a further shift rod k "can be arranged for the reverse gear. The shift rod k, acts here via a lever 1 and a rod h on an angled lever in, which is fed by a tension spring m2, another, the sleeve g holds the actuating angle lever 211 ″, for example, in the switching position shown in FIG.
If the rod h is shifted to the left, so that the left lever arm of the angle lever m, is brought into the position na, ', then as a result of the pull exerted by the spring m2 on the angle lever nt, this lever is turned counterclockwise so that the sleeve g is jerked into the other end position.
On the other hand, the device arranged at the rear end of the gearbox serves to facilitate the switching of the coupling sleeve la. This has a fork lever n which is mounted below the cardan shaft and surrounds the latter in a bow-shaped manner on both sides, which engages by means of two jaws o1, o2 in the groove o of a sleeve p which is slidably mounted on the gearwheel f. At its upper arm ends <I> n, </I> and n2, the lever is each T-shaped and has a detent n, 'or. ia_. ' Mistake.
In these notches, balls <I> q, </I> and q. "Engage, which are mounted in a bore of the T-shaped end k2 'of the rod k. The balls are hereby under the action of a spring qr pressed apart.
The sleeve p is provided on the one hand with a collar p, and on the other hand with a coupling disc p2, which has the inner cone r, a cone coupling. The latter works with the outer cone r: a clutch disc s firmly connected to the cardan shaft b. A ball bearing t is interposed between the jaws o ,, o2 and the disk p2, so that the jaws o ,, o_ engage the coupling cones r ,, r-. effect practically without friction. In contrast, a frictional connection is intentionally provided between the jaws and the collar p.
The clutch p2, s is arranged in a special rear chamber of the transmission.
Due to the arrangement of the fork lever n there is a translation between the shift rod k2 and the sleeve p, which has the effect that the switching pressure on the sleeve p of the switch relief device is greater than the switching pressure on the sleeve h. The described arrangement of the T-shaped shift rod end <B> k2 '</B> in the fork n1, n, enables the shift rod k:
for the purpose of engaging the sleeve h can continue moving as soon as the clutch disc p2 is engaged. In this case, the thrust of the rod k2 overcomes the force of the spring q3, the balls q1, q2 are pushed into the T-piece k'2 and the latter moves from the position shown in full lines in Fig. D to the dashed indicated position F, whereby the sleeve h moves to the right and comes into engagement with the toothing of the wheel f,
after the sync has taken effect. The mode of operation is as follows: The first gear is, for example, via transmission links <I> a, g, ei, </I> e2, <I> c, </I> i2, <I> il, </I> 1a, <I> b </I> formed.
To shift the second gear, the gear wheel i is disengaged from i2 by means of the shift rod k and the change clutch sleeve h is shifted to the right by means of the shift rod k2 from the position shown.
At the same time, by the locking device, that is, by the spring action, in the notches n, ', n2 engaging balls q, respectively. q, the upper end of the lever n is also carried along to the right, so that the jaws o1, o2 bring the conical coupling p2, s into engagement via the ball bearing t.
Here through the gear wheel f 1, which is connected via the countershaft to the clutch shaft a separated from the engine by the engine clutch. is in connection, brought into frictional connection with the propeller shaft b driven by the car and synchronized with it.
If the pressure is increased by moving the shift rod k2 further to the right, the balls q1, q2 are pushed out of the notches n, ', n2' and the synchronization clutch is decoupled from the shift rod. The claws of the sleeve h can now engage the corresponding claws of the gear f, without impact, and couple this to the cardan shaft.
The second gear thus takes place via the transmission elements a> 9, e, e., E. fa, f, h, <I> b. </I>
Third gear is the direct gear. To produce the same, the interchangeable coupling sleeve is first again disengaged from the gear f, and brought into engagement with the gear wheel e. For this purpose, the interchangeable coupling sleeve 1a by means of the rod k. brought back into the center position shown in FIG. 1; so from the gear f, solved.
When the shift rod is pushed further to the left, it takes the lever n with it again and presses the jaws o ,, o "against the collar p. As a result of the friction between the stationary jaws and the collar p, which rotates together with the gear f, becomes the gear, as well as the countershaft and engine clutch shaft a connected to it, braked to a certain extent.
This braking effect has the purpose; the speeds of the parts to be coupled h and e to coordinate more quickly. In second gear, the gear wheel e runs at a higher speed than the cardan shaft b.
If the coupling sleeve <I> h </I> is now disengaged from f, then the gear f, is released from the cardan shaft, the aforementioned braking effect acts through gear f, and the countershaft on gear e, from, which thus compared to the cardan shaft respectively. against the interchangeable coupling sleeve lz is braked. It is therefore a faster and more noiseless engagement of the claws of h in e possible. The direct drive takes place via the gear elements <I> a, g, e, </I> lt, <I> b. </I>
To shift from third to fourth gear, the clutch parts e ,, <I> h </I> remain coupled to one another, while the sleeve is placed in the manner already described above according to FIG. 4 by means of the shift rod k3. This circuit can be done in a known manner without disengaging the engine clutch. The claws of g and e remain in engagement even after switching over the resilient switching mechanism en ,, 7n- #, <I> in, </I> as long as there is a drive torque between the motor and the car.
At the moment of the drive change sels, z. B. by throttling the motor, the switching of the sleeve g then takes place abruptly, the beveled claws of the sleeve g and the gear dl reject each other until both rotate at the same speed, whereupon they engage. In the same way, a reverse gear, not shown, can be brought into a grip by means of a shift rod k, for example simultaneously with the gears i, and i2.
A special synchronization device is not provided for these latter circuits, since it does not appear to be necessary in view of the practical conditions. Of course, special switch facilitation devices could of course also be used in this case.
Instead of a common shift lever k, the gears can also bezw by different shift levers. hydraulically, pneumatically, electrically or in any other way. This also allows other gear combinations, such. B. over the first and last pair of gears d ,, d2 respectively. f, f, etc. can be achieved. Of course, in the context of the invention, the formation of the transmission is arbitrary.
Fig. 6 shows a two-speed transmission, wel Ches corresponds in principle to the transmission of FIG. 1, in which, however, the gear pairs d ,, d .. and il, i, are omitted. Otherwise, the reference symbols are the same as in FIG. 1.
