Description

  

  Dose mit dichtschliessendem Deckel.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine weitere Ausbildung der Dose nach dem  Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, und zwar  mit einem in den Unterteil der Dose einge  setzten, mit Gewinde     versehenen    Ring, wel  cher mit einem nach innen vorspringenden,  die eine konische Dichtungsfläche bildenden  Flansch gegen die andere konische Dichtungs  fläche des in den Ring eingeschraubten Deckels  anliegt.  



  Das Neue besteht nun darin, dass am  Deckel an der Dichtungsstelle ein elastischer  Ring angeordnet ist, welcher von einem Ring  aus regenerierter Zellulose überdeckt ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Schnitt  dargestellt. Es zeigt die Figur nur einen  Teil der Dose mit Deckel.  



  Am obern Rand des zylindrischen Unter  teils 1 ist durch     Umbördeln    der äussere Rand  2     eines    mit Gewinde 3 versehenen Dichtungs  ringes 4 festgelegt. Der Ring 4 besitzt einen  nach innen vorspringenden konischen Flansch    5. Im Ring 4 ist der Deckel 6 mittelst des  Gewindes 7 eingeschraubt. Nahe dem Boden  8 des Deckels 6 ist eine Rinne 9 vorgesehen,  in welche ein elastischer Dichtungsring 10  zum Beispiel aus Gummi eingelassen ist.  Über diesen Ring 10 und über das Gewinde  7 ist ein aus regenerierter Zellulose in haut  artiger Form bestehender dünner Ring 11  aufgebracht.

   Dieser Ring 11, welcher der  Aussenfläche des Deckels 6 ganz dicht anliegt  und an der Wandung     festhaftet,    schützt den  elastischen Ring gegen den Einfluss des Dosen  inhaltes und wirkt als zusätzliches Dichtungs  mittel, so dass der Abschluss auch für Öl,  Äther usw. dicht ist. Ausserdem dient der  Ring als Dichtungsmittel im Gewinde. Beim  Aufschrauben des Deckels 6 ermöglicht ausser  dem der Ring 11 das glatte Auftreiben des  Gummiringes 10 auf den Flansch 5. Er macht  die Oberfläche des Gummiringes glatt und  vermindert die Reibung zwischen Ring 10  und Flansch 5. Dabei wird eine unverletzte  Dichtungsstelle gesichert.

   This ring 11, which lies very tightly against the outer surface of the lid 6 and sticks to the wall, protects the elastic ring against the influence of the can contents and acts as an additional sealing medium, so that the seal is also tight for oil, ether, etc. The ring also serves as a sealant in the thread. When the cover 6 is screwed on, the ring 11 also enables the rubber ring 10 to be pushed smoothly onto the flange 5. It makes the surface of the rubber ring smooth and reduces the friction between ring 10 and flange 5. An undamaged sealing point is secured.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Dose nach dem Patentanspruch des Haupt patentes, mit einem in den Unterteil der Dose eingesetzten, mit Gewinde und einem nach innen vorspringenden Flansch versehenen Ring, in welchen der Deckel eingeschraubt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel an seiner Dichtungsstelle mit einem elasti schen Ring versehen ist, welcher von einem Ring aus regenerierter Zellulose überdeckt ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Dose nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass der Ring aus regenerier ter Zellulose ausser den elastischen Riug noch die Gewindelänge im Deckel über deckt. 2.
