Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       Morroberrzoyl-1.5-diaminoanthracbinon    mit       2-Phenyl-benzooxazol-5-karbonsäurechlorid     kondensiert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein goldgelbes  kristallines Pulver und löst sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit schwach brauner  Farbe. Man erhält aus     violettgrauer        Küpe     auf Baumwolle Färbungen von goldgelber       Nüance,    die neben guter     Lichtechtbeit    gute  Koch- und     Chlorechtheiten    zeigen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  34,2 Teile     Monobenzoyl-1.5-diarnino-an-          thrachinon    werden mit 28 Teilen     2-Pherryl-          berrzooxazol-5-karborrsärrrechlorid    in etwa 700  Teilen     o-Dichlorbenzol    1 Stunde auf 170 bis  180   C erhitzt. Der so gebildete Farbstoff  wird in üblicher Weise isoliert.  



  Die     2-Phenyl-berrzooxazol-5-karbonsäure     (Schmelzpunkt: 266 bis<B>267</B>   C) wird durch    Erhitzen der     3-Amino-4-oxy-benzoesäure        finit          Benzoylchlorid    in     Py        ridinlösung    erhalten.  Das     Karbonsäurechlorid    gewinnt man durch  Erhitzen der     Karbonsäure    mit     Thionylchlorid     in     Monochlorbenzol    als in Benzol leicht lös  liches Produkt vom Schmelzpunkt 130 bis  182.0 C.

  The new dye forms a golden yellow crystalline powder and dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a pale brown color.   <I> Example: </I> 34.2 parts of monobenzoyl-1,5-diarnino-anthrachinone are heated to 170 to 180 ° C. for 1 hour with 28 parts of 2-Pherryl-berrzooxazol-5-karborrsärrrechlorid in about 700 parts of o-dichlorobenzene . The dye thus formed is isolated in the usual way.



  The 2-phenyl-benzooxazole-5-carboxylic acid (melting point: 266 to 267 C) is obtained by heating the 3-amino-4-oxy-benzoic acid finite benzoyl chloride in pyridine solution. The carboxylic acid chloride is obtained by heating the carboxylic acid with thionyl chloride in monochlorobenzene as a product which is easily soluble in benzene and has a melting point of 130 to 182.0 C.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpen- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Monobenzoyl-1.5-diaminoanthrachirron mit 2-Phenyl-berrzooxazol-5-karbonsäurechlorid kondensiert. Der neue Farbztoff bildet ein goldgelbes kristallines Pulver und löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit schwach brauner Farbe. Man erhält aus violettgrauer Küpe auf Baumwolle Färbungen von goldgelber Nüance, die neben guter Lichtechtheit gute loch- und Chlorechtheiten zeigen.
