Aschenbecher. Bekanntlich werden oft noch brennende Stummel von Zigarren und Zigaretten auf die Aschenbecher abgelegt, die dann, besonders die Zigarettenresten, bei Verwendung gewöhn licher Aschenbecher weiterbrennen und da durch einen widrigen, stehenden Geruch ver ursachen. Das gleiche kommt vor, wenn auf einem Aschenbecher eine Pfeife mit noch brennenden Tabakresten ausgeklopft wird.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, diesem Übelstand abzuhelfen. Das Neue der selben liegt darin, dass der Aschenbecher einen Oberteil, eine Zwischenwand und einen Unterteil aufweist, und dass der Oberteil mindestens drei .Stege mit Ablegestellen für die Zigarren etc. besitzt, wobei die mit einer zentralen Öffnung versehene Zwischenwand von aussen nach innen schräg nach unten ver laufend angeordnet ist und als Führung für Asche und Resten der Zigarren usw. nach dem zur Aufnahme von Wasser bestimmten Unterteil dient.
Dadurch wird erreicht, dass Stummel von Zigarren, Zigaretten und Pfeifentabaküber- reste direkt in den mit Wasser zu füllenden Unterteil verbracht und Zigarren, Zigaretten und Pfeifen während des Rauchens auf die Stege des Oberteils abgelegt werden können.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht des Aschen bechers, Fig. 2. eine Draufsicht, und Fig. 3 einenQuerschnitt nach Linie a-b der Fig. 2.
Der gezeichnete, zweckmässigerweise aus Porzellan oder dergleichen bestehende Aschenbecher weist drei Teile, einen Oberteil 1, eine Zwischenwand 2, und einen Unterteil 3 auf. Der Oberteil 1 besitzt Stege 4, 5 und 6, die halbzylindrisch vertiefte Ablagestellen 7, 8 für Zigarren, Zigaretten und Pfeifen aufweisen, welche mit Löchern 9" 10 zum Durchlass von Asche etc. versehen sind.
Die mit einer zentralen Öffnung 11 versehene Zwischenwand 2 ist von aussen nach innen schräg nach unten verlaufend angeordnet, so dass Resten von Zigarren, Zigaretten und Pfeifentabakrückstände, die darauf - ver bracht werden, von selbst in den im Gebrauc.'a Wasser enthaltenden Unterteil 3 gleiten und dort ablöschen. Bei 13 weist die Zwischen wand 2 eine Öffnung zum Entleeren des Aschenbechers auf. In der Mitte des Aschen bechers ist ein Halter 14 zur Aufnahme von Zündholzschachteln vorgesehen.
Um zu er schweren, dass eventuell in radialer Richtung auf die Stege abgelegte, noch brennende Zigarren und Zigaretten umkippen und auf die Unterlage des Bechers fallen, sind die Stege von der Peripherie des Aschenbechers aus nach innen sich senkend ausgebildet.
Der gezeichnete und beschriebene Aschen becher bietet den Vorteil der Reinlichkeit und des Wegfallens der lästigen Rauchentwick lung und ferner denjenigen, dass auch bei wenig Achtsamkeit noch brennende Stummel nicht auf seine Unterlage, zum Beispiel eine Tischdecke fallen können.
