  Trottoir.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trottoir und  besteht darin,     dass    es mindestens auf der Seite  gegen die Fahrstrasse einen aus einem Me  tall, Eisen, Stahl oder ähnlichem     'Na-          terial    gegossenen     Abschlusskörper    aufweist.  Vorzugsweise besitzt der     Abschlussköper    die  Form eines Winkeleisens, welches durch  Querstege verstärkt ist. Die gegen die Fahr  strasse weisende Seite des     Abschlusskörpers     kann mit einer auffallenden     Farbe    versehen  und     hohlkehlenartig    ausgebildet sein.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung schema  tisch dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Teil des     Trottoirs    und  der Fahrstrasse im Querschnitt.  



  Auf dem Boden     a    ist die Betonunter  lage b des     Trottoirs    verlegt, welches durch  eine     Makadamschicht    c abgedeckt ist. Auf  einer untergegossenen     Zementmörtelsehicht    d  ist auf der Seite gegen die Fahrstrasse e ein       Abschlusskörper    f aus Gusseisen oder Guss  stahl vorgesehen. Dieser     Abschlusskörper     weist die     Form    eines Winkeleisens auf, wel-         ches    durch Querstege     g    verstärkt ist. Die  gegen die Strasse weisende Fläche des Ab  schlusskörpers f kann mit einer auffallenden  Farbe versehen sein.

   Diese Aussenfläche des       Abschlusskörpers    kann auch speziell zum  Schutz der Farbe     hohlkehlenartig        ausgebildet     sein.  



  Wie aus     Fig.    2 zu ersehen ist, sind in  der     Auflagerfläche    h: des     Abschlusskörpers     Öffnungen     i    vorgesehen.  



  Durch die Verwendung von     gusseisernen     Formstücken zur Begrenzung des Trottoirs  wird nicht nur der Vorteil erreicht,     dass    das  Trottoir rascher verlegt werden kann, son  dern auch ermöglicht, den Belag des Trot  toirs bis an den Rand hinauszuführen.  



  Der     Abschlusskörper    ist aus einzelnen       Gussstücken,        wie    in     Fig.    3 dargestellt, da  durch     zuammengesetzt,    dass diese an den quer  zur Strassenrichtung liegenden Flächen     mit-          telst    Vorsprüngen und     Vertiefungen        inein-          an.dergefügt    sind. Beim gezeichneten Beispiel  ist die Aussenfläche des     Abschlusskörpers     übrigens nicht     hohlkehlenartig,    sondern im      untern Teil senkrecht und im obern Teil  schräg.

   Das Trottoir kann auch an der der  Fahrstrasse abgekehrten Seite einen solchen       Abschlusskörper    aufweisen.

       Fig. 1 shows part of the pavement and the driveway in cross section.



  On the floor a, the concrete base b of the pavement is laid, which is covered by a macadam layer c. A sealing body f made of cast iron or cast steel is provided on the side facing the driveway e on a cement mortar layer d which has been poured under. This closing body has the shape of an angle iron, which is reinforced by transverse webs g. The surface of the end body facing towards the street f can be provided with a striking color.

   This outer surface of the closing body can also be designed in the manner of a fillet specifically to protect the color.



  As can be seen from FIG. 2, openings i are provided in the support surface h: of the closing body.



  The use of cast iron fittings to delimit the pavement not only has the advantage that the pavement can be laid more quickly, but also enables the pavement of the trottoir to be led out to the edge.



  The closing body is composed of individual cast pieces, as shown in FIG. 3, because they are put together by means of projections and depressions on the surfaces lying transversely to the direction of the road. In the example shown, the outer surface of the closing body is not in the form of a fillet, but rather perpendicular in the lower part and inclined in the upper part.

   The sidewalk can also have such a closing body on the side facing away from the driveway.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Trottoir, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens auf der Seite gegen die Fahr strasse einen aus einem Metall gegossenen Abschlusskörper aufweist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Trottoir nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschlusskörper die Form eines Winkeleisens besitzt, welches durch Querstege verstärkt ist. 2. Trottoir nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegen die Fahr strasse weisende Seite des Absehlusskör- pers mit einer auffallenden Farbe ver sehen ist. 3.
