In .der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausfüb- rungsformen von Kraftwagenhäusern gemäss der Erfindung beispielsweise zur Darstel lung gebracht und zeigt: Fig. 1 ein solches Kraftwagenhaus im Aufriss, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach I-II der Fig. 1 für tangentiale Aufstellung der Kraftwagen;
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen gleichfalls im Auf riss, teilweise im Schnitt und in einem Schnitt nach III-IV der Fig. 3 ein Kraft- wagenhaus mit radialer Aufstellung der Kraftwagen;
Fig. 5 und 6 veranschaulichen die Heb und Senkvorrichtung für die abzustellenden Kraftwagen (bei einem Kraftwagenhaus nach Fig. 3 und 4 im Aufriss, teilweise im Schnitt und im Grundriss, Fig. 7 in grösserem llZass.stabe, im Aufriss und teilweise im Schnitt die Heb- und Senk vorrichtung für tangentiale Aufstellung der Kraftwagen gemäss dem Kraftwagenhaus nach Fig. 1 und 2;
Motor vehicle house with stands arranged on concentric turntable rings. The invention relates to a motor vehicle house of the type in which the motor vehicles are parked on concentric turntable rings which, for example, at street level or above or above. can be arranged below the same, optionally in several superimposed floors. The known motor vehicle houses of this type, which are mostly built as high-rise buildings, have various disadvantages, in particular the.
that the placement of the motor vehicles on the parking spaces assigned to them and the removal of them from them is a cumbersome process which can only be carried out with a greater expenditure of time. Furthermore, in the known motor vehicle companies, the motor vehicles are forced to drive under their own power to the parking space assigned to them, which on the one hand does not ensure the full use of the available space and on the other hand does not ensure the risk of mutual damage to the motor vehicles is excluded.
These disadvantages are to be eliminated according to the invention in that mechanically moved conveying devices are provided independently of the drive of the motor vehicles, by means of which the motor vehicles are brought directly to the stand assigned to them on a particular rotary disk ring. can be removed from this. This gives the security that a certain parking space is kept exactly by the motor vehicle to be parked and that the motor vehicles that are already parked in the neighboring spaces are not damaged by the motor vehicle arriving.
Preferably, concentric rotary disk rings are arranged in different levels from the street level, each with one provided for each rotary disk ring entrance and exit, ideren floor can be raised and lowered.
These floors can be releasably connected as platforms with the unitary chassis of the turntable ring in question, so that the motor vehicle parked on the platform concerned by lifting or. Lowering the platform onto the turntable ring and the stand assigned to it can be brought.
The drawing shows several embodiments of motor vehicle houses according to the invention, for example, and shows: FIG. 1 such a motor vehicle house in elevation, partially in section, FIG. 2 a section according to I-II of FIG. 1 for tangential List of vehicles;
3 and 4 also show in elevation, partly in section and in a section according to III-IV of FIG. 3, a motor vehicle house with the motor vehicles positioned radially;
5 and 6 illustrate the lifting and lowering device for the motor vehicle to be parked (for a motor vehicle house according to FIGS. 3 and 4 in elevation, partly in section and in plan, FIG. 7 in a larger scale, in elevation and partly in section Lifting and lowering device for tangential installation of the motor vehicle according to the motor vehicle house according to FIGS. 1 and 2;
Fig. 8 illustrates in plan a set of turntable rings for a motor vehicle house according to FIG. 1 with coupling device for the turntable rings, which in! Figs. 9 and 10 is shown in elevation and plan on a larger scale.
The one or two built in street level according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. Exit house 1 has, according to the number of turntables provided under the street level, rings 2 to 9 eight entrance or exit. Exit points 10 to 17, it also being possible for the spaces required for operational management to be provided in the housing.
As the drawing shows, the part of the building 1 containing the entrance and exit can contain both the lifting and lowering device, and also be provided with an adjoining room 19 which provides the necessary taps 20 for 01, May contain gasoline, etc. The lifting and lowering device consists of a cylinder 21 for compressed air, or a pressurized liquid, arranged below the turntable rings, the piston 22 of which is used to raise and lower the segment-shaped platform 24 which forms the floor of the entrance and exit.
As Fig. 2 shows, the turntable rings 2 to 9 from individual segment-like platforms 24, the size .der park the motor vehicle accordingly, set together, which are detachably connected to the chassis of the turntable ring. The chassis (FIG. 7) consists of axles 26 connected to one another by supports 2, 5, the wheels 27 of which run on the circular rails 28.
The platform 24, which can be raised and lowered by the head 29 attached to the piston rod 22, sits in the lowered position: the chassis 25, 216, 27 .auf, on which it is by means of pegs 30 or the like against adjustment is secured.
Instead of the tangential entry and exit points, according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a radial entry 33 can be provided, which is located at street level above the turntable rings 3 to 6. A lifting and lowering device 35 is provided below each turntable ring, similar to the vehicle house according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
Here, too, the turntable rings are divided into segment-shaped platforms 24 which can be lifted off the turntable frame by the lifting and lowering devices and brought to street level so that the motor vehicle parked on the platform can be lowered onto the turntable.
In order to: enable the motor vehicle to be driven in via the outer turntable rings to the innermost turntable ring, the base of the entrance and exit 3.3 consists of: individual platforms 36 which, by means of supports 37, project onto the wall <B> 37 '</ B> rest, so that when all the lifting and lowering devices 35 are lowered, the mutually connecting platforms 36 enable a motor vehicle to pass freely through the entrance and exit 33.
If, for example, a motor vehicle is to be lowered onto the turntable ring 4, the associated lifting and lowering device 35 is actuated, whereby the relevant platform 24 of the turntable of the turntable ring 4 is raised to the street level.
As a result, the platform 36, as shown in FIG. 3, is also raised at the same time, so that the motor vehicles can enter and, after setting up on the raised platform 24, can be lowered onto the turntable, whereby the platform 36 is also back into the road. rliveau a'.b is lowered. As FIGS. 5 and 6 show, the supports 37 carry lugs 38 which protrude above the platform 24 (FIGS. 5, 6) and when the platform 24 is raised, sit on the same and are taken along.
In order to prevent the turntable rings from being set in motion by the drive while one of their platforms is being lifted off, the arrangement is such that a stop 39 is provided on the head 29, which when the piston 22 is in the lowered position, the stop 39 'A circuit breaker 40 is depressed so that the circuit 41 for the drive motor of the turntable in question can be switched on.
If, however, the pressure medium flow to the cylinder 21 is opened, the circuit breaker 40 is immediately actuated by lifting the head 29 by separating the two stops 39, 39 'in such a way that the power line 41 is interrupted and also when the switch for the drive motor is operated of the turntable ring the stream cannot be closed.
In order to ensure that the lifting device cannot be activated while the turntable ring in question is in motion, the arrangement is such that the lifting and lowering device is blocked for the turntable ring in question when the drive current is switched on respectively is put out of action.
For this purpose, a valve 42 is provided at the lower end of the cylinder 21, which opens out into the open when operated with compressed air and, when operated with a pressurized fluid *, returns to the pressure medium container via the connection 43, so that when the Valve 42 the medium through the Lei device 44 in the cylinder pressure without lifting the piston 22; how it escapes from cylinder 21.
The Ven valve 42, which can be operated electromagnetically, can be connected to the drive circuit 41 for the turntable motor type through the power line 4.5 so that the valve is only closed when the drive circuit 41 is interrupted and vice versa, so that when the drive circuit is closed The lifting device is definitely out of operation. This provides a reciprocal backup "that the turning of the turntable benringe and the lifting of the platforms can never take place at the same time.
In order to keep the turntable rings out of motion when a motor vehicle is transferred from one ring to the adjacent one, locking devices, bolts or the like are provided on the turntable rings, which work as long as the drive current for the turntable motors is not switched on. These locking devices can be designed in any way and can be used, for example, pivotable or slidable latches, which either manually or automatically, for example by an electrical circuit.
be operated. In the case of electrical actuation, the arrangement can be such that the switching on of the circuit for the turntable motors is impossible with effective locking and, conversely, locking is prevented during the rotary movement of the turntable rings.
Furthermore, the turntable rings can be provided with coupling organs so that if the drive motor of a turntable ring fails, it can be connected to the neighboring turntable ring and moved by rotating the latter. For this purpose, clips according to FIGS. 8 'to 10 can be used, which consist of two legs 46, 47 which are connected to one another by a turnbuckle 48.
By inserting the legs 46, 47 into holes 49, 50 of the platforms 9.4 of two adjacent turntable rings and tightening the turnbuckle 48, the turntable rings are firmly connected to one another. The brackets can, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, be arranged at an angle to the radius of the turntable rings in such a way that if four such brackets are used for two turntable rings to be connected, two brackets are arranged in the opposite direction at an angle,
so that two pairs of brackets are always under tension for each sense of rotation, while the other brackets are relieved.
A lifting and lowering device, which serves to lift the platform 24 from the chassis 25 of the turntable rings, can be arranged at several points on each turntable ring in order to bring any motor vehicle over such a lifting device by rotating the turntable rings To be able to lift repair, lubrication or the like to the appropriate height.
If a motor vehicle is to be parked in a free space on the turntable rings 2 to 9, the same goes into the gate of the driveway that belongs to the turntable ring, after the free space of the turntable has been brought under the relevant entry point and the free rotation Disc segment 24 was lifted into the entrance level by the lifting device 21, 2'2. By lowering the turntable segment 24 is now brought onto the ferry frame 25, 27, 28 and the turntable ring, if another carriage is to be placed on the same ring, is brought with its free space over the lifting device. The lead from the honeycombs is done in reverse.
The space 31 enclosed by the innermost turntable ring can be used for any purpose, for example for parking motorcycles, as a space for lubrication and cleaning or as a repair shop. The free space under the turntable 2 to 9 can be used as aisle 32 to accommodate and maintain the operating machines.
