Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung von 4-Glykolylamino-3'-amino-4'-ogy-arsenobenzol.. Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung von 4-Glykolyl- amino-3'-amino-4'-oxyarsenobenzol, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Glykolylamino- benzolarsin mit 4-Oxy-3-aminobenzol-l-di- chlorarsin kondensiert.
Das Endprodukt ist ein gelbes, in ver dünnter Natronlauge leicht lösliches Pulver. Es zeichnet sich durch geringe Giftigkeit und hohen Heilwert aus.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 55 gr 4-Glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsinsäure werden, wie im Beispiel des Patentes Nr. 151191 (Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 149252) beschrieben, zum 4-Glykolyl- aminobenzolarsin reduziert;
die erhaltene wässerig-salzsaure Lösung des Arsins wird in eine Lösung von 58 gr 4-Oxy-3-amino- benzolarsindichloridliydrochlorid in 600 ein' Methylalkohol und 900 cm? 1/2n Salzsäure eingerührt, über Nacht stehen gelassen und das Arsenobenzol durch Abstumpfen mit Na triumacetatlösung abgeschieden. Ausbeute 46 gr.
