Description

  

  Einrichtung zur Verminderung der Verluste durch Streufelder in Öltransformatoren.    Neuere Transformatoren werden aus Be  triebsgründen vielfach mit verhältnismässig  grosser Streuung ausgeführt. Dabei treten die       Streulinien    stellenweise auf die     Ölkasten-          wand        übe'r    und verursachen dort     durehWir-          belstrombildung    Verluste und örtliche Er  wärmungen.  



  Dies zu verhindern und die Verluste     au±     ein Mindestmass zu beschränken, dient die  vorliegende Erfindung. Sie besteht darin,       dass    man die Innenwand des     Ölkastens,     wenigstens an den der Streuung besonders  aus 'gesetzten Stellen, mit einer Schicht von  im Verhältnis zur Kastenwand dünnen Eisen  blechen bekleidet. Diese Schicht     ist*        zweck-          mässigerweise    so gestaltet,     dass    sie den Streu  linien den Eintritt erleichtert und ihnen einen  magnetisch besser leitenden Weg darbietet als  die Kastenwand selbst.

   Um den Streulinien  den Eintritt an bestimmten, vorgesehenen  Stellen     zuerleichtern,    sollen die Bleche ihnen  jeweils auf grösserer Fläche ihre schmale    Kanten darbieten. Jedes Streufeld wird dann  in Richtung der Längsausdehnung der Bleche  bis zu seinem Austritt an der entgegengesetz  t'     tD          ten    Kante des jeweils gleichen Bleches     weiter-          n     geleitet, ohne die     wirbelstromgefährdeten     massiven Kastenwände zu durchsetzen.

   Es  ist zweckmässig, diese Hilfsbleche an den     Ein-          und    Austrittsstellen der Streulinien in be-         kannter    Weise     treppenförmig    abzustufen.

  The present invention serves to prevent this and to limit the losses to a minimum. It consists in clad the inner wall of the oil box, at least at the points particularly exposed to the scattering, with a layer of iron sheets which are thin in relation to the box wall. This layer is expediently designed in such a way that it makes it easier for the scattering lines to enter and offers them a magnetically better conductive path than the box wall itself.

   In order to make it easier for the scatter lines to enter certain, designated places, the metal sheets should present their narrow edges over a larger area. Each stray field is then passed on in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the sheets until it emerges at the opposite edge of the same sheet without penetrating the massive box walls, which are at risk of eddy currents.

   It is expedient to graduate these auxiliary sheets in a known manner at the entry and exit points of the scattering lines.
